This is literally the worst software I've ever had the displeasure of using. They have multiple applications, from moving money to identity verification.... but guess what, they are all complete trash, riddled with bugs, glitches, and headaches. How can a product that doesn't work AT ALL be funded, and have customers in the BANKING INDUSTRY?! I'd give negative stars if I could.Plaid, Inc.

This is a scam to steal banking info and then act innocent. They don't bank with a ton of banks, they don't connect even when they claim they do and businesses need to stop contracting this scam company. You won't get paid because we can't pay you when you use plaidPlaid, Inc.

complaint against Plaid and ********************* regarding their mishandling of a data security breach that has compromised both my personal and my daughters sensitive information. This breach has had severe financial, emotional, and psychological consequences on my life, and I recently discovered an alarming connection that further escalates my concerns. Key Details of the Breach: Centrex Data Breach Timeline: The breach occurred around May 2024, yet I was only notified via letter on November 8, 2024 nearly six months later. Affiliation with Plaid: Centrex is affiliated with Plaid, a widely used platform that facilitates linking bank accounts to various applications. I have linked my bank accounts through ********************** multiple times, meaning Centrexs breach may have also exposed my banking credentials. Bank Account Closure: As a direct result of this exposure, my bank account has been closed due to unauthorized or suspicious activity tied to this breach. Impact on Credit Score and Financial Stability: My credit profile continues to suffer unexplained changes, and suspicious activity persists across my accounts. Emotional and Psychological Trauma: This situation has caused me PTSD, severe stress, humiliation, embarrassment, and ongoing emotional distress I urge the **** to thoroughly investigate ********************* and Plaid and hold them accountable for their failure to secure consumer data, failure to notify affected individuals promptly, and the ongoing consequences of these breaches.Plaid, Inc.

Plaid would be much better if it supoorted many more financial firms than it currently does. It doesn't make sense that they don't support ********************, which is a major financial firm.Plaid, Inc.

My wife sold her bitcoin. She requested it be sent to her bank. They wanted her to sign in with Plaid. She does. Requests the transfer. That should be the end of it. No money after two days. Investigates. Bank says that Coinbase tried to submit it, but they are a credit union and do not support Plaid. I look on her coinbase account and see her credit union on their payment system that was linked through Plaid. I take a screen shot of it. Coinbase told her it would be a couple days. In total 4 days go by, and no money so I call Coinbase. They wont tell us what account the money was sent to. They only want the last 4 digits of her account. She has two accounts, one checking and one savings. The account on Coinbase DOESNT match her account numbers, either of them! Coinbase says it is not their fault. They also had deleted the credit union from their payment systems and we couldnt see it anymore on our end (although I have a screen shot). They were not helpful at ALL. We did not type in the account number and whatever account it was is not my wife's account, and they would or could not tell us where they sent the money. Plaid is supposed to sync your bank account and fill in that info to the institution (Coinbase). They transposed the numbers, because the number on Coinbase is not any of my wife's account numbers. I asked COINBASE to put a hold or reverse on the ACH transfer. They said they couldnt. LIE!! Plaid has NO Customer service, just an autobot which was useless. Dont you want to prevent the money from going to the wrong place?!!! SCAMMERS!!! How incredulous. How Scandalous! How shameful. How covert!Plaid, Inc.

Offers no human support options for customers. Bots will reroute you to help articles that will not address issues with no representative option. Sales reps will clearly state its not their job to help you and blame your bank. What business does not address customer needs!? Ridiculous.Plaid, Inc.
