      I have had a subscription for a few years without issue. June **************************************** my subscription. The package had someone elses packing slip enclosed. I immediately emailed Native and received a cute automated response that they would resolve in 1-2 days. I heard nothing. I emailed a few more times, sent Instagram and Messenger messages, never any response. They have no phone numbers to call. Ultimately I am stuck with a product I dont want, could not get a refund, and canceled my subscription. It is too bad, I like the product but no customer service means I cannot be a customer.

      I placed an order and was sent someone elses package. They have no customer service phone number and I have emailed customer service and have gotten no response. I just want my order or a refund.

      March 27, order #S13080762 I purchased 2 shower gels and some deodorant from Native. It arrived April 5th.One of the shower gels leaked all over my order. I cleaned up everything but did contact in an email to them 3 times. First email I **** was 4/6 I asked that they please reimburse me for the gel that leaked because it was a Easter gift and I did not think it would be delivered in time if they re**** a new one. ***** assured me it would be there before Easter. I **** another message 4/8 saying it still was not here and pls reimburse me.I **** another message on 4/10 asking ***** to please respond to my last email. NOTHING... I finally got the replacement gel on the 4/12 at 4:00pm. If you can believe it, it was also LEAKING. So weird. I explained I would not be using Sour ********************* shower gel for myself and would have no use and like I had asked in the beginning a simple return would work for me. No Im just being ignored.

      On April 1, 2023, I placed an online order to this company-Native Cosmetics. I finished the transaction by paying through PayPal $37.02. The information provided states that items are shipped within 1-2 days and received in about 1 week depending on shipping method. It has been 10 days and my order still shows unfulfilled and multiple emails, instant messages and posts on their ******** page only get a generic message that they apologize for the delay, we are looking into it and someone will contact you about your order.       Hi,Ive been a customer of ******************** for many years however always purchased from Amazon and other stores. This time I purchased deodorant from their website. I placed an order 8 days ago and they continue to not ship. The order online tracking just says oh no this hasnt shipped. I have emailed support many times and they do not respond. They say orders ship 1-2 days. They literally only have one email to contact and no phone number or chat. ***** is the only email to contact and you could read all reviews now saying they do not respond or ship items so its awful customer service and I cant support a business with awful customer service. I have requested a refund and forwarded my order number and she only responds with she cant find an order.

      Transaction date: March 17, 2023 Amount: $11.80 Product: plastic-free ***************** deodorant Order number: S13037439 Nature of dispute: I reached out to Native on March 25, 2023 via their Contact Us form on their website because I received someone elses order on March 24, 2023, and the product I received is not the product I ordered. I received an automated email on March 25, 2023 confirming receipt of my Contact Us form submission. On March 26, 2023, I received an email from ************************* (I believe this is just a generic name they use for all of their customer support communications). ***** asked what product I received and asked me to confirm if the packing slip had a different name/address on it. I confirmed on March 26, 2023 I sent two emails in response: the first included a picture of the packing slip showing that someone elses name & address were on the packing slip; the second included a screenshot of the order I was supposed to receive. I have attached the same photo and screenshot to this submission here. I never received a reply from *****, even after I followed up on March 28, 2023 and April 1, 2023. I sent a message to Native on April 1, 2023 via Instagram and did not receive a response. I submitted a new Contact Us form submission on the Native website (www.nativecos.com) and received another automated response email from ************************* again. I expect to receive the product I ordered as well as a billing adjustment or other concession because I have had to reach out so many times to try to get he product that I paid for and was supposed to receive over a week ago.

      I received notification from Native Cosmetics that my paid sunscreen order was shipped to me on 11/19/22. Order is #S12533554 . I live in **. I didn't receive the sunscreen. Rather, I received cheaper merchandise with a packing slip dated 11/19/22. The packing slip indicated that what I received was merchandise purchased by a Native customer living in **********, **. Per the packing slip, that person's order is #S12533642. I contacted Native through their website in early December 2022. I received an automated response indicating receipt of my correspondence and a 1-2 day delay in responses due to covid-19. I have since emailed Native directly on 12/18/22, 1/9/22, receiving the same automated response. I have had written complaints to Native through Messenger on 12/18/22, 12/19/22, 12/28/22 and 1/29/23. The responses in sum are that my complaint is being forwarded to the correct party. There has been no customer contact or resolution to date. I have even expressed willingness to keep the cheaper product and have Native refund the difference that I was charged for my order that was not received. Sadly I see at least one other quite similar consumer complaint. Native needs to be accountable. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

      I have purchased items from Native. Problem, I have tried to unsubscribed many times and continue to receive advertising emails, texts. I said I would contact BBB because of this. All contact from me has been thru emails. Jan/Feb '23. Same experience happened Oct/Dec '22.
