      I ordered food for delivery and the driver did not deliver my food. His location got further and further away, and then he submitted it as delivered and kept my food. I submitted complaints with Postmates, forced into their chat system as they have no customer service phone number, and have been denied compensation. This is unethical and unacceptable customer service.

      Uber, tends to price gauge, I live 25 minutes from my job at ******************************************************************* charges me from 50$ to 125$ just to take me there, when I usually pay 17$ - $20 on average

      Uber banned my account last year stating I violated their terms and conditions but wont tell me what terms and conditions I supposedly violated. I hadn't used their app in a while and when I logged in to catch a ride to an airport I wasnt able to purchase a ride and found out my account had been locked out and I was sent to support who then told me my account was banned. Terrible customer service I know they lose a bunch of others customers the same way banning people for no reason treating us as criminals and making us submit photos of ourselves and our IDs every 5 seconds. Lyft is more expensive in my area but its better customer service wise they actually value their consumers so stick to Lyft I will never use Uber again and will be telling warning everyone I know to stay away from Uber.

      They ban your account with no proof from the riders and don't give you the money you rightfully earned then make it seem like it's your fault as to why they can't give you your money. My account has been banned unrightfully after calling to complain about missing money and nothing has been done since my account is still inactive and I still haven't received my funds

      Yesterday, I placed an order on Uber Eats and mistakenly entered the wrong address. However, the driver called me to confirm the correct address, which I provided. He also asked for my PIN, which I gave him, assuming he completed the delivery. Unknown to me, he never delivered the food to my house. When I contacted Uber Eats, I provided all the necessary evidence and even reordered the food immediately, yet they refused to issue a refund. Despite my repeated attempts to explain the situation, they kept responding with the same generic statement without conducting any investigation. Ultimately, $100 was taken, and I received nothing in return.

      Uber charge me twice for a journey and prove to them they were paid and to no avail my account is still blocked.
