This company makes it impossible to cancel your subscription as they give you a heads up for renewal. I have tried to follow the instructions to cancel so they wont charge me, but I keep getting in a cycle of emails that never actually allow you to cancel. They are s******* consumers by making it so difficult to cancel that we give up and pay them for nothing.

At the beginning of the month I saw the charge for a subscription. I quickly called this company to tell them I do not recognize this charge. Please cancel and refund. They said too much time had elapsed since I was charged (it was within the first week that I contacted them, they got back to me a week later) and that they do not have any payment information - I have been trying to show them the payment etc and they are sticking to too much time has elapsed so they won't refund me. I think this is a scam company!!

Since *********** never fulfilled the business advertised product and misled me into buying I can take you to small claims in my home ********************** under Consumer Protection to recover the $94.90 scammed by you

Date of transaction: November 10, 2023 Amount: $61.15 This was a FREE 3-day trial of the Gemini app by MacPaw. (Photo cleaning app) On the second day I cancelled the app. But they had charged me $61.15. They say they can not issue a refund, that the app store has to issue refund. In contacting apple support, apple said the developer has to issue the refund. I have emails to support at MacPaw, wherein they claim they can not issue a refund. I therefore filed a complaint with BBB.

I subscribe to MacPaw's software "CleanMyMac" since 2020. Every year, and frequently less than once a year, the software will lock me out of "full" mode and ask me to pay. And I do since I enjoyed the software. Here are all my past transactions, the first three turned out to be annual renewals while the software told me to pay for new licenses:1. Order# ******** - ******************* for 1 Mac Yearly subscription Originally purchased on 23rd Aug 2021 Last renewed on 23rd Aug 2022 Will renew on 23rd Aug 2023 Amount Paid $34.95 2. Order# ******** - ******************* for 1 Mac Yearly subscription Originally purchased on 15th Jan 2020 Last renewed on 15th Jan 2023 Amount Paid $34.95 3. Order# ******** - ******************* for 1 Mac Yearly subscription Originally purchased on 8th May 2021 Last renewed on 8th May 2023 Cancelled and refunded on 18th May 2023 Amount Paid $34.95 4. Order# ******** - ******************* for 1 Mac One-time payment Purchased on 31st Mar 2023 Amount Paid $34.95 Evidently, in the last 3+ years, I have been paying $349.5 that should have only cost me $139.8. I tried to contact their support but even though they see all my transactions, they were not able to issue past refunds. Recently, they switch their support to a chatbot that cannot understand my problems at all.And I can't seem to contact the business directly to express the software issue to them. In addition to overcharging me in the past, the software is poised to overcharge me, and possibly others, on an ongoing basis in the future,

I signed up for ************ one year ago with an automatic renewal. I received notice on 12/7/2022 that it would renew on 12/13/2022. I followed instructions on their website to cancel service however there was no option on my account to cancel as per their instructions. I sent a written request to their customer service which was ignored. I received an email on 12/12/2022 that the service was renewed (earlier than the provided date in the previous email). I am reporting this company as a scam because I was not able to fairly cancel my account despite multiple attempts.

MACPAW continues to charge my credit card for services I do not use nor need. It does it every year and it is a huge problem to deal with them. I would like to be reimbursed for my most recent charge on 11.01.22 for $34.95. ************

Ordered Clean my mac from macpaw in September. Advertisement was "CleanMyMac X is all-in-one package to awesomize your Mac. It cleans megatons of junk and makes your computer run faster. Just like it did on day one." Since downloading and installing, my mac runs much slower in every program and with many more issues. Tried to contact support on macpaw's website twice. No response either time. Would never again buy anything from macpaw.

I opened an account in July 2020. The company charge me for that account and from what they told me, upgraded their system and opened another account for me and charged me again for a year subscription in august 2020. I then wound up paying for 2 accounts for a year. Then in September of 2021 they opened another account for me and charged me a third yearly rate. This year I noticed the second charge in august and I logged into my account and sure enough my account renewed in July. I emailed MacPaw asking why I was being charge as my account already renewed in July. They told me I had 2 accounts. I told them I have only ever had one account for one computer and I had checked my account online. I was then told that they had updated their system and given a link for another account login. This website showed the other 2 accounts that had been opened in ky name and I had been being charged for. I have repeatedly told the company that this is fraud and they keep telling me that since it is over 30 days they will not refund. I want a refund for both accounts opened on this new system that I did not even have website information or a log in for until I was recently given them. Initially they removed the history of billing from my account but sent the information to my by email when I requested it. I have attached the duplicate invoices. Thank you
