I bought from Aliexpress a Samsung battery pack for my ebike. It broke in three months. I opened it and found it's not made by Samsung or made with Samsung component. It's made by a Chinese company named ******* I contacted the seller with no resolution. I also chat with Aliexpress customer service three times, with two times the agents "escalated" the complants to higher level. But all with no resolutions. There's not even any response from the third report. The fake product is still selling online. I have chat record and photographic evidence of them selling fake battery pack.Initial Complaint

I ordered about $19 worth of items at aliexpress and they cancelled my order without refund, saying they didnt take the money, they did take my money. I'll upload the invoices as proof. I ordered a t-shirt from Aliexpress and made sure that I submitted a change of address before I made the purchase. 1 the address wasn't updated within the application. 2 I directly contact Ali Express to inquire if product was sent to correct address. They insured me that the address was used when product was sent out. I received a message this morning that product was delivered this morning and it wasn't. Date of transaction: Aug 31, 2022 The amount money I paid to seller: US $10.23 What is the business committed to provide you: Straightening Iron Hair Straightener Brush Four-gear Temperature Adjustment Ceramic Tourmaline Ionic Flat Iron For Women with free shipping from China to Toronto What the nature of the dispute: The seller provided me with a delivery time, which was Sept 29, 2022, but so far, I have not received the item. Also, when I checked the shipping status of the item on Sept 29, it states that the ordered item has be received. I reached the seller on the same date to clarify, and was informed by the seller that the item is still in transit. Then, I requested the seller to give a reasonable waiting time range, because it has been passing the delivery day, and also, I am unable to check its shipping status on the website of Aliexpress any more (it states that I have got the item on the website, but it is not the fact). The seller refused to give me an answer, but repeating "do not worry. The parcel is still in transit". After waiting for another 10 days, I submitted a refund request through the Aliexpress, because I paid the money but did not get what I paid for. Also, the seller never attempt to resolve my problem but keeps me waiting in a endless way. I am not sure whether I can get it in future, and even the seller or the Aliexpress never give me any warranty stating when I can get what I paid for. However, my refund request was declined on Oct 13, and the Aliexpress requests me to contact my local post office to find out what happened to my parcel. It is not right, because there are so many local post offices in Toronto, and I could not get any information regarding the parcel by providing its Aliexpress order #. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: I did not see any steps the seller took to resolve the problem, but keeps telling me" do not worry. the parcel is still in transit". I ordered jars for a health oil. I received them and the lids don't fit. The supplier lied and said that they were candle jars and don't need to be sealed. I have messages to the seller stating clearly these were for oil and it even says so on the label. The company has been extremely difficult to get a refund from and they have a 30 day money back guarantee. I have no way of contacting them back they said to send a message through a trade dispute center but I got another message saying they don't check those messages. I have a video confirming they don't close but it won't let me upload it. It was through my company Arcanum Healing. The seller said they would send out new lids in 10-15 days but that's over the terms of the contract in addition the product quality is terrible and I don't want to spend any more time with them. I was looking for a specific item which after doing a google search found it on AliExpress. I paid with a credit card and did a hold at Wells Fargo to verify a purchase. The money was released back to AliExpress in four days. In the mean time the items were frozen with a note that customer stopped payment which means I did not pay for the items. I also made a purchase on my Discover card with no problem. The frozen status means the vendor can't get paid. I have called customer service 6 times and always promised a supervisor would approve it and email me which never happens. My bank sent me a letter which I scanned to them. I want an email stating that the product was paid in full and the frozen taken off the order so vendors can get paid. I have already warned 12 of my friends not to buy from the. Purchased the laser machine back in June 18, 2022 for $1919.20(tax included) and the price dropped to $1635.09+tax(5%gst) soon after. Contacted their customer service to find out if they can price match it and they agreed to match the price upon the request and promised I will be charging for the discounted price. It has been over four months now and I have contacted them multiple times with the same promises over and over again and no action was done. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter regarding a product I purchased from AliExpress.com My order ID with AliExpress.com is **************** I brought a Xiaoxia cell phone from Aliexpress (Order ID ****************) for $390.02 on 11/11/2021, however, the phone has issues to turn on and off. Because it is still under warranty, so I contacted the seller starting from 8/13/2021 to repair or replace the phone. I also chat online at Aliexpress.com webpage started on 8/19/2022 (online chat is the only way to contact AliExppress.com), but till now after many times contacting the seller and chatting online with AliExpress, I still cannot get the problem solved. I even can repair locally and share the repair fee with them only need them to send me the parts which cannot be found in the local repair store, but they still refused to give me the parts. The power button does not cost much, but they just do not want to solve this issue. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving my complaint. I would like for AliExpress.com to send me a replacement phone or repair the phone. If the phone cannot be replaced or repaired, I would like for AliExpress.com to refund the full purchase price of $390.02. If the phone must be returned to AliExpress.com, please direct Aliexpress.com to make arrangements to pay for the expenses of the return. Thanks in advance *******
