    I have an account login issue with AliExpress as of July17. I entered my login name and password, but it did not work. So, I requested the system to send me a verification code to my email. So, I can reset the account. I have waited for several hours now. Nothing has happened. I called the AliExpress #************. It was just an automated answering system. No live agent to support. There is no email address on AliExpress website. No any other phone#s listed. Chat option on the website was not working. I clicked many times, nothing happened. I don't know where to get help from. I can not track my orders because I can't log into my account.

    Transaction date Jun 12th Order is.**************** Tracking number LB331381418SG ********************************************************* Refund request ***** I purchased items and they never arrived.I contacted customer service multiple times and they told me yes a refund needs to be issued and that they will get back to me .when they get back to me they keep denying the refund. Although the tracking above shows it is lost. They keep asking me to go to my local mail office to get a certified paper. I went twice and was told they can not find it in the system this can not issue a letter. The item never reached ****** I appealles a couple of times and they told me the same thing yes you need to get a refund. When they get back to me they say no again .This is blatant fraud. Check the tracking above and you will see it says lost

    Ordered 2 items from Aliexpress on 4/1/23, I received the items but they did not fit/ were way too small. Order # ****************. Due to this, I contacted the seller asking to return the item. I was advised by the seller to pay for shipping and that they would refund me for the costs, despite their return policy stating they are to provide me with a shipping label. After paying $61.15 for return shipping, the seller/site only refunded the cost of the item. When asked about the shipping fee they offered it as a coupon. I declined this offer, because their return policy does not indicate that you will receive a coupon, and I was not supposed to pay for return shipping to begin with, the seller was. I want my shipping fee of $61.15 refunded to my original method of payment or my bank account.

    I ordered a flatbed A4 colorsun printer off of Aliexpress the printer does not work accurately according to the website description and I reached out to them well within a reasonable time frame as stated on the site but yet they are refusing my refund when they know the product does not work as described I have reached out to aliexpress And the company that sold the printer and they are both rejecting my right to a refund. I offered to return and ship back there product and in return they refund my money

    I ordered an item that I no longer need due to not keeping the vehicle that the part ordered was for. ****** refuses to refund stating the item has already left the country thus they can not issue a refund. This is not a legit answer to reject a refund. I am okay with sending the item back of doing whatever needs to happen to return the item to get a refund but I demand a refund.     Purchase from AliExpress didnt get my package but they said it was delivered but shipping company says they dont have my package and AliExpress dont want to help me or resend package all they say is same thing and just close or end the chat

    I placed an order for Car Screen: Order ID: ****************. The item was described as retaining OEM features. After receiving product, I found out it DOES NOT, and seller confirmed this and said sorry (see screenshot). Seller clearly states and FREE RETURNS in MULTIPLE places on the listing (see screenshot), I opened a dispute per AliExpress guidelines to return item as not being described. Upon opening dispute because item is not as described, seller refuses to provide a label or pay for return unless I close the dispute (see screenshot), which AliExpress advised me not to do. Also seller wants me to commit fraud by declaring value of $20 or they state they will reject the return unless I commit fraud and declare a fake value (see screenshot). This is illegal, false advertising, and fraudulent. I have asked *********** to step in, but support has not be helpful. I will be contacting my local authorities. AliExpress needs to step in and be accountable for its sellers and upholding Terms of Service and laws. ALSO the seller is a PLUS member, and AliExpress states that Plus Sellers have up to 3 FREE Returns and AliExpress will provide the return label.

    Order details I placed the order at issue on April 14,2023 at AliExpress.com. On or about April 30, 2023, once the packaged arrived, I contacted the merchant via AliExpress **************** (the Merchants host website), and informed it that (1) the package received was damaged; (2) it was missing 2 cards; and (3) the instructions were in ******* and I am English speaking was unable to attempt to get the cameras to work in their damaged condition. I also provided them the opportunity to remedy these issues by (1) replacement of the damaged cameras with undamaged replacements; (2) provide the 2 missing 64G cards; and (3) provide instructions in English, or make a full refund and make arrangements to retrieve the damaged products. The Merchant blamed the damage on the shipper, which they selected, and took no further action to correct any of the damaged or missing product, or provide how it planned to retrieve the damaged merchandise. The Merchant shipped the product in a plastic bag from ***** that was not proper for a fragile product. See attachment 1. The product was damaged upon arrival as shown in the photographs In addition, I could not attempt to test the product because the instructions were provided via a QR code that took me to a ******* menu. I provided a video and the photographs in attachment 1 to the Merchant, pursuant to their request.The Merchant was deceptive in advertising 3 cameras and 3 - 64G cards, and sent only 3 cameras (even though damaged) and 1 - 64G card. See Attachment 4.The Merchants advertised a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE in which it stated We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described, or if your item is not delivered within the Buyer Protection period. You can get a refund 15 days after the claim process finishes. I made several attempts to have the Merchant replace the damaged merchandise, and provided photographs, and a video pers its request; however, it refused to replace the damaged product.

    These people have been playing a game with me and my money since May 2nd, telling me that the team will review it and other stories. I requested a cancellation of the order from this person, but they never did it. These people have kept my money and always come up with an excuse to not refund it. I have been waiting for 24 hours since May, and nothing is happening. The seller has the money held and a week ago, they appeared saying they were going to send the c*** they sell and that they won't refund the money, knowing that I don't want the order from day one. They don't understand that I want them to return my money. I am including how asked 100 times the seller to cancel the order . Now, the seller sent the other and AliExpress is holding again my money and dont provide a label to return the item. Tired of their game.

    Date of the transaction: January 18, 2023 The amount of money we paid the business: USD******* What the business committed to provide you: --Delivery Time:20 days after receiving deposit What the nature of the dispute is: We paid the deposit of USD ******* AND Seller never finished the production within 20 days after received our deposit.Seller breached the agreement with shipping overtime and breached their commitment on how they will do the inspections later. Seller is lying that the product is produced but actually it is not produced before or on the inspection date decided by seller. We never accept the delay. We have been kept checking with seller if he can send us any pictures or videos to prove that he finished the product on time. But seller breached his promise and never send us any pictures or videos and refused to show as on video chat about their accessories. We believe that seller did not finish production on or before inspection date of March 9. Now that seller passed the due date too long, Therefore, we asked for cancelling the order and we want to receive the fully refund of my deposit. We accepted all the seller's offer at the beginning about the machine's descriptions without any changes. Label was attached on the machine on the date of Inspection. But it can be removed easily. Therefore, It is not customized. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: Trade Dispute Midiation Team Alibaba.com did not try to resolve the problem. They ignore the evidences that I provided for showing seller breached the contract and breached what they committed to provide to us. They just said that we accepted the delay according to chat history. But actually there is no evidences or new agreement to show that we have accepted the delay.They made judgement that they can not support my cancellation the order and refuse to fully refund me the deposit.
