    The date of Transaction was 04/25/2023 in the amount of $68. I purchased some items from AliExpress Com and 4 items was shipped and delivered through **** but when I received the 4 items the sizes was incorrect I had contacted the seller and the Company and was asked to send proof of purchase and photos and videos of the 4 items and I proceeded to demonstrate that the items does not fit and sent photos and videos as requested so that the matter can be resolved no results on the Company's end or the seller now I am asking for BBB to help me resolve this issue ASAP so I can receive my full refund from the Seller and for the Company to assist with the seller to process my full refund ASAP in the amount of $68 dollars

    The Date of transactions 04/25/2023 in the amount of $68.21 for buying to pairs of shoes from AliExpress Company Website online shoppping Store unfortunately the 2 pairs of shoes does not fit both items are the wrong foot size and I have filed a dispute with AliExpress and they have made contact with the sellel but the issue is still unresolved and the dispute for full refund or partial refund was rejected by the seller and I did send videos and photos to the AliExpress Com. and the seller to show proof of what the issue was with both footwear items as a end result my dispute with AliExpress and The seller never came to terms with any agreement for a full refund or a partial refund for both pairs of footwear I will also put the order numbers for both items as well for the first pair the Order Id # is **************** for the 2 pair the Order Id # ****************** Please Help me to resolve this issue ASAP

    Order number: **************** Bluetooth Stethoscope. The device is defective, and I sent several emails with the audio output with nothing usable. The seller could not even tell if it was from the lung or the heart. The seller admits that the product is defective, that it has happened before, and that Aliexpress will not return the money.

    Ordered several items in March and April. Haven't received anything I ordered. I ordered a wedding dress for my upcoming wedding, bridesmaid dresses, and some other items for my wedding. I keep getting emails saying ALL of my items are stuck in customs. Then a few minutes later I get emails saying my items are out for delivery to an address in Springfield Gardens, **. My address is in ***********, **. It is the only address on my account. I also provided my correct address to each seller in communications with them before shipping. They had the correct address. They have not refunded my money. This is a huge scam. I am out money and dresses for my wedding. **************** is a joke. The sellers just mock you when you ask for your money back. It is just upsetting.

    In a Report about my problem in a providence of information. In a period of more than 1 year ago, I made an online purchase from AliExpress for a SF900 ****+ Gaming Console. In the success of my prior purchase from AliExpress, In 2023' I chose to upgrade to **** games with the add-on purchase of a 8bitdo SN30 Pro Wireless Controller. However' when I reached out to the Supplier' (3GL01 3C Store) the Supplier' refuted to respond to my messaging for a replacement SF 900 **** Game Console. Furthermore' in deceptive practices, I came to find out that' the 8bitdo SN30 Pro Wireless Controller distributed by' a 3rd party (TOP AE Mall Store) is not Compatible with the SF900 **** Gaming System.

    I ordered some items from Aliexpress and they use Uniuni. The package appears as "delivered" and "signed for" on April 28, 2023 at 17:03. However, I did not receive the package or signed for it. If anybody not living at my address signed for it, that would be fraud and theft from a person accepting a package that wasn't theirs. I do not know what they did with my package or who received it, but it certainly was not me. I see, judging by other complains, that falsely or mistakenly marking packages as "delivered" seems to be a norm with this company. In addition, that date was a Sunday. Which company delivers on a Sunday at 5:03? Their posted working hours are Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 6:00. Their contact telephone number is not working. Why do they lie about delivery, or did they deliver to another address and let anyone sign for a package without proof of ID? I am at home everyday and I work by the window. I can easily see if someone approaches my door to deliver. Nobody came to deliver anything to my address. I want them to locate my package and deliver it to me with proof of my ID.

    On 03/05/2023, I made a purchase of a battery from the "liitokala Company Store" on AliExpress. Upon receiving the battery, I noticed that it did not match the specifications listed on the website and it is a cheaper product. As a result, I initiated the dispute process on AliExpress. The seller admitted to their wrongdoing and agreed to pay for the return shipping.However, AliExpress's process requires me to confirm the shipping cost reimbursement with the seller, who has failed to respond to my message. it appears that the seller may be a scammer so it is unlikely that the shipping cost will be reimbursed. I repeatly requested AliExpress to take action on the situation but AliExpress did nothing meaningful. AliExpress places more requirements on the buyer than on the seller and all it did was to ask me to contact the seller who will never response. AliExpress has failed to adequately protect buyers from such scams as it claims Furthermore, AliExpress states that the seller or AliExpress will only cover the shipping fee for postal channels, but the **** does not accept the shipment of batteries overseas. This means to return, I have to pay for more expensive shipping out of pocket while all the trouble is caused by the seller. Clearly that AliExpress has failed to provide the buyer protection as it promises and buyer is penalized by a loss while doing nothing wrong but shopping on AliExpress.AliExpress fails to provide adequate buyer protection and therefore I hold AliExpress responsible for my losses in this transaction.

    Bought a P50 tablet from Aliexpress last December and received the unit in February, 2023. The unit seemed very slow, was unstable and some applications would not load. I complained to the vendor and got the runaround. After research and digging, I found out that the device was not as advertised, had an inferior processor and ran an obsolete Operating system (android 5.1 as opposed to the android 12 advertized). I again complained to the supplier as well as the company advertising the unit Aliexpress, asking for either a refund of the $90 which I had paid for the unit or a tablet with similar specifications to that which was advertised, but was denied. I'm stuck with a unit which sometimes works on the internet, but will not run some of the applications I use regularly.
