We did receive a full refund following several attempts to get INFORMATION, not money. Yes we initially asked for a 100% refund based on their online 100% full refund guarantee if you're not happy with the product. We of course were denied; why? the product had been used, which was true (queen fitted sheet, flat sheet, two pillowcases and necessary cables) had been slept on. OK - how were we to determine that we liked the product, experiencing what the earthing technology is promoting, without sleeping on them? Following another email, we did get refunded 40% of the purchase price. That was a start. But **** and I continued to talk and our disgust just increased. Our questions have not been answered. How can they advertise 100% guarantee on a product you can't use to see if it fits your needs? I'm seeking answers. They are, I'm quite certain, making a decent profit with unsatisfied customers, who haven't been aggressive enough to pursue. We have worked much too hard for way too many years to spend $292 and not like what we had. We refused to be STUCK. The person to whom we addressed our email was *****; asking for her or a representative of EH contact us. That has NOT happened.Review from David W

Never received order.Ordered a grounding sheet and wall plug tester on 7/29. Today is 8/22. I haven't been able to get in contact with this company through email, contact us, or phone.Review from Cecily K

I received a pair of shoes from Earthing Harmony that didn't fit. I returned them right away - I included a photograph of the shoes, which they requested, to show the shoes were in good shape and hadn't been worn. I contacted the company both by phone and e-mail to understand how to do a return - it was all more complicated than most returns, and it was concerning. I never heard back that they received the shoes and had credited my form of payment.This feels like a small company out of ***** or somewhere and it is very unprofessionalReview from Donna C

What a rip off. E Harmony should not be allowed to operate in ANY state! All they are doing is stealing the consumers money. Dont look for a match, I dont even think the supposedly matches are for real. I was matched with someone with a foreign accent in another state. If you are looking for companionship, buy a dog or cat, you will have more better luck.
