  If I could leave less than one star, I would!I ordered sympathy flowers and I wanted the family to receive them the day before funeral. They promised delivery for Thursday. Then Friday, it is now Wednesday and they still havent delivered my flowers. I am so disappointed and I have been nothing but patient. Calling to cancel my order today. Absolutely the WORST service! I do not recommend using them!

  I waited all day to hear from my Wife that she received the flowers I ordered for our Anniversary. When I arrived home, I found the flowers in a vase, sitting in my driveway! The delivery person apparently couldn't be bothered to open our gate or place them on our front porch. Very poor service.

  I would highly recommend that you do not order flowers from this site. I ordered a beautiful arrangement in a vase on their site, which turned out to be completely bogus. They doordashed flowers from a convenience store. Needless to say, I was completely embarrassed when my friend sent a picture of what was actually delivered. I asked Just Flowers if they would deliver what I originally ordered or refund my money. They chose to do neither. They did offer me a $20 credit, which is a slap in the face. I learned a very valuable ****** from this experience and I would never use this company again. They left me completely embarrassed. I would not recommend this company at all.

  Ordered a beautiful basket of flowers to be delivered to a grieving friend who lost her daughter. What was delivered was a poor excuse for a bouquet in a cheap glass vase looking nothing like the picture. I understand florists have different offerings but dont offer things you cant deliver to your customers. $90 for $15 worth of grocery store flowers. Im so embarrassed for my friend.

  I ordered a flower arrangement for my manager on a Friday at 8:15am in the morning for same day delivery. Never heard anything by the end of the day, which if my manager received them, she would have let her staff know. So, I received an email from JustFlowers and it said they were unable to find a florist locally that could deliver, and they would deliver it on the next available day. That's c*** They had told me earlier in the day that it was on the truck for delivery for 6pm. There are several florists in the ******, **** area that could have delivered my order since I placed it at 8:15am that morning. Saturday, I emailed them to see what the status was because florists deliver on Saturday's in ****** also. They told me it was scheduled to be delivered that day but no set time. It never got delivered. Come Monday, I called again, and the *** told me he was very sorry that it did not get delivered on Friday, but it was on the truck but he had no set time or if it would even be delivered on Monday. Then, finally, our manager let us know she received it late Monday afternoon. They gave me a lousy $7.50 coupon to use in the future for inconveniencing me. I'll never use it because I will never deal with this florist again. I'd rather dive into an icy river in the winter than deal with this place.

  I ordered a pretty basket of colorful flowers and butteflies. They waited until 1/2 hr before closing to tell me that they could'nt fill the order. Would a vase of colorful flowers be good for the next day. It was for a birthday but was too late to order from anyone else so I agreed. What the recipient received was six red roses and two sunflowers. That was not my idea of a colorful arrangement.

  Just flowers is not the florist you want to handle your flower order. I paid over $100.00 for ************************** to deliver flowers to my son at his gravesite at ***************************. They failed to deliver the flowers to the gravesite. My order contained specific instructions to deliver to the gravesite. I provided the section number an and the gravesite number. I told Just flowers that it was my sons birthday and I wanted the flowers delivered as instructed to his gravesite. The agent taking the order said that they would do just that. What they did was to hire an **** eats driver who spoke little English who dropped the flowers at the desk at the cemetery. Not the gravesite. The staff at the cemetery used the **** drivers cell phone to tell me that the driver needed a pass and that they told her where to get the pass. The driver left the flowers at the desk. The staff at the cemetery told me that they are not allowed to go into the cemetery and that florist know that they must have a pass to enter the cemetery. The person at the desk said that he could not promise me that he could get to my sons grave. So I ordered from another florist for same day service at a cost of over ****** dollars. That florist delivered to my sons gravesite. So, now I have paid $249.00.I contacted Just flowers staff who told me that I should not have ordered from them. The staff person was rude and berated me for objecting to their failure to deliver the flowers as per the order I went further and wrote to the main office and provided them with the written order containing special instructions to deliver to the gravesite. The general manager took no responsibility for their failure, offered me $50.00 as he said that I was playing the angles. Do not order flowers from Just flowers. I now know that the BBB has over 300 complaints about this business. Please dont make the mistake I made of contracting with this business.

  They know the flowers were to be delivered to the gravesite. Not to the desk at *********. I sent Just Flowers a copy of the receipt which clearly sets for the where and to whom delivery was to be made. The receipt says the flowers were to be delivered to the gravesite not to the desk at the cemetery. The driver that Just flowers hired was an uber driver who had no information for delivery other than to drive to *********. The driver spoke little if any English. This is a smoke screen. I contracted and Just flowers agreed to deliver to the gravesite site and they did not do so. They know that the florist that I paid the ****** delivered their flowers. The Army was not allowed to leave their post. So in no way did Just Flowers delivered flowers to Clays gravesite. Someone else took their flowers to the gravesite after I paid ****** for another florists to deliver a bouquet of flowers. The point is had Just flowers delivered as they agreed to I would not have had to order additional flowers. They are being dishonest when they claim to have delivered flowers to the gravesite

  Was having flowers delivered for a funeral and they never showed up because they had no one to fulfill the service? Why do they say they can fulfill an order take your money and not deliver. This business should be shut down based off the reviews and complaints! Do not use!!!!! This is why we should use local small businesses. I learned my ******* Awful that on someones funeral service they just blow you off.

  Thank you for the great service! I ordered an arrangement for my daughter's 30th birthday and it arrived sooner than anticipated and looked better than the online photo. My daughter was very happy!She now knows who to use in the future.

  1 star is too much for this company. I ordered a beautiful plant for my mother and what was delivered was a dried plant and looks sick. The item ordered is not even close to what I ordered. Tried their customer service number and email, they apologize but don't want to make it right. Either deliver what I ordered or refund my *****. They offered me a ***** refund. What a joke. This business is a scam, do not do business with these people. This is a fraudulent company. I wish I could post pictures of the dried up plant they delivered.

If you like the dish garden, you can pick it up. Your company did not deliver what I ordered and its ridiculous you don't refund my money. You are running a scam and its a joke.
