    OMG ?? is the first word comes to mine when I think about the extremely poor service from Just Flowers. I paid for an arrangement for flowers to be delivered to one of my favorite Aunts here in *******. I really wanted to surprise her on her birthday due to she live alone and never recieve company or visits from others to much. ****, Not only my flowers didn't show up but I was told the following day that the location was a little further then expected and if I wanted the flowers to be delivered I had to pay an additional fee ?? mind you this I was told the following day. Since my favorite aunt could not see the flowers o purchase for her (VERY disappointed) I decided to have tge flowers ship to my sister's house the next day for her birthday. ?????? Again, NO delivery to my "Sister" house either, now I'm beginning to wonder if this a legitimate company ?? crazy frustrating thoughts flying through my head. This time I was told that a delivery was made but no one was home ?? my mom has a "Ring" camera and she's was sitting and waiting for this delivery for my sister. No one attempted to call me directly as they were told to do so. Today is a new day and my delivery still has not arrived yet. This must be the worse flower company on the planet. Tgey must be investigated ?? for fraudulent practices. Something just not right. Just Flowers should definitely change there name to "JUST PROBLEMS " JUST CURUPT " JUST WRONG"? JUST NO" TO JUST FLOWERS. WORSE OF THE WORSE. BBB PLZ INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY ?? ?? ??

    ****************. Paid for Sunday delivery, (As per their website, 24-7 delivery) and they took my money, the flowers were not delivered as promised, was told by customer service that no florist was open on Sunday. Why did they take my money knowing the flowers were not going to be delivered. Second issue: received an email stating there was going to be a slight substitution to the item we ordered, due to not all florists have flowers to match the item we paid for. Are you kidding me, WE ORDERED ROSES, what florist does not have roses. After talking to customer ************ they were rude, obnoxious, and had no consideration to rectify this issue. Please read the other reviews, this is how they do business, stay away, they are a horrible company.

    This company is terrible. Thought I was paying one price and they tried to charge me almost $30 extra dollars in shipping and extra fees.I tried to cancel my order and they said they cancelled it, then called me back and asked if they gave me an additional discount if that would work.I still paid $10 more than I wanted, but didn't want the hassle or ordering elsewhere.The flowers were also not like the picture advertised.Very disappointed.

    Flowers were not nothing like the one I chose. Ordered yellow roses with white daises to accent. No more than 3 roses were in the arrangement. I paid for roses and got a lower grade of flowers. Will never use this florist again. It is summertime. No excuse for not having roses! Bet I will check out the company before I order online again.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will deliver the flowers they choose when they want. There were three variables to my order, the date, the note, and the flowers, and all three were messed up. I did not order roses, who I was ordering for does not like roses, yet thats what was received. The colors did not match, and I was not contacted for a next step had what I ordered been unavailable. There was no note included in the order despite the note I wrote included in the order receipt. The delivery was a day late despite advertising same day delivery. **************** was hard to deal with, requiring multiple calls during my work hours to explain the situations with little remorse. I am incredibly disappointed, will not be using this company again and will be leaving honest reviews everywhere I can.

    I ordered Flowers for my Mother for mothers day. 2 Dozen Roses. Spent well over $200+ on this order, 2 days before mothers day. Here it is now, the 29th of May, I am out over two hundred dollars and my mother still doesnt have her flowers. The e mails have stopped and I called and spoke with someone who barely understands English. They stated that they are sorry and will look into it. They will not refund the money either. This place is a s.c.a.m. 100%. Buyers beware.

    If I could leave zero stars, I would. Just Flowers delivers poor-quality flowers, unreliable service, and a website that looks like it hasnt been updated since 1999.Customer service is just as frustratingyoull likely go through multiple overseas **** before finally speaking with a U.S.-based manager. And even then, theyll argue with you and dismiss your claims, even when you provide photo proof showing they delivered dead flowers and spilled waterthe day before the recipients birthday.After all that, they offer a dissatisfied customer refund of **************************** that are already overpriced.I would absolutely not recommend Just Flowers to anyone.

    ******** ************, our management offered you double the amount of what our customer service team offered you. The order was delivered on Saturday, May 10th, the day before Mother's Day. Occasionally, orders do in fact arrive slightly early so that the recipient can enjoy the flowers the entire day of the occasion. Regarding, spillage of water, this can in fact happen while the flowers are in transit. We've checked the quality of the flowers and there was only one in the entire arrangement that had started to ****.
