My recent experience with Astroline has been profoundly disappointing and serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering doing business with them.I reached out with what should have been a simple request: cancellation and resolution. Instead of professionalism or efficiency, I was met with redundant demands, unnecessary hurdles, and condescending tactics such as screenshots of my own account activity, presented as though I were incapable of understanding my actions. This approach was not only insulting but emblematic of arrogance over ********** be transparent, I openly acknowledged the possibility of human error on my part in failing to unsubscribe correctly. A reasonable company would meet that admission with some measure of empathy and a straightforward path to resolution. Instead, Astroline responded with overkill, posturing, and repeated attempts to upsell service extensionsbehavior that clearly prioritizes revenue over customer support.Their responses added no value, provided no solutions, and only reinforced the impression of a company unwilling to take accountability or treat customers respectfully. The lack of empathy, the insistence on patronizing clarifications, and the overall unwillingness to resolve matters cleanly reflect poorly on their values and ************* summary:Expect obstacles, not solutions.Expect condescension, not professionalism.Expect sales pitches, not service.Astroline has demonstrated that customer satisfaction is secondary to protecting revenue at all costs. This experience stands among the worst examples of customer service Ive seen in years, and I cannot in good conscience recommend doing business with them.

Firstly, since I didn't know exactly what the app offered I PURCHASED the 2 week trial, yes purchased! I think it was the first time Ive actually had to purchase a trial, but fair enough. Two weeks to see if I like it is better than 3 days or 1 week free trial so I prefer paying. However! They charge you both your free trial AND your first payment! Day one. Anyone that doesn't look at their CC charges, or like me...gets notifications per charge would never know, and thats what they count on. RED FLAG #1. Red Flag #2 is when you really squint and see that the reoccurring payment which is sent to you in PRINT to be in TWO weeks, not immediately is not monthly, its every 2 weeks. So the app is $30 a month, not $15. So, About 12 hours after paying both charges I sent them an email saying nothing more than I would like to try the app for my trail before deciding and being charged but they charged me for both. I get am emailing back saying, We have canceled your membership and refunded you. I did not ask for anything to be canceled and ethnically if they did that, even without me wanting that I would still be on my trail I paid for, nope. They cancelled everything, only refunded the first installment and canceled my trail but didn't refund the trial, they just booted me off the app and kept the two week trial charge. I hadn't asked for anything like that. All they have to do is be ethical, give someone two weeks, AS STATED, and give them the opportunity to decide. I wrote them back appalled they have blocked my entering my fully paid for trial, explained that I didn't ask for cancelation and that they didn't even refund me the trail yet they canceled me, and they never responded to the two emails. How many red flags is that? Thats not just one bad customer service hiccup or mistake, thats how they operate. It would be really easy for this app to be successful while workmign ethically.

Astroline stole my Credit Card number and started charging me for two accounts that I never set up. They are impossible to reach. I can even log into their website or app because I never signed up for an account. I cancelled my credit card. It was the only recourse. This company is a ****! Stealing CC information and creating accounts.

The subscription model is completely predatory! There are two ways you can be subscribed online and the app. And the refund page doesnt even work. They intentionally mislead consumers, making sure that you dont know where you are subscribed to making it hard to cancel. Additionally, the charge upwards of ***** two times a month.

Signed up for a $1 trial and am continuing to be charged after not renewing and attempting to cancel. They delayed getting back to me via email until after the cancelation date so they could say I was too late in canceling. Total Rip off

Never got an email or communication informing that it was a trial and they would charge $39 per month if I did not cancel. I had no access to any app or website or account login. When I was charged at the first time I tried to dispute with **** but with no success. Today I was charged and for the first time got an email, with a contact us link, and I was able to cancel my subscription. I canceled twice and they continue to charge my account. Will be contacting my bank blocking any charge for them and telling everyone never ever sign up for service with them. The next time I see them advertising on ******** like how I found them I will be reporting all videos. They will not continue to steal peoples money. They are thieves.
