    Poor customer service. Cancelled service prior to renewal but was charged anyway. Took a very long time to respond to multiple emails and was told I could not be refunded.

    This is a scam website. I just clicked on it out of curiosity and they started charging me $20 each month, without my consent, on my credit card saved in Apply pay.

    I cancelled my services on August 11th after I was charge of the of it service and charged AGAIN August 25th though they already charged me of the service. Why am I being charged in the same month? I will be filing a dispute to get charge with my bank

    Same as others -- this company charged me $29 for a guide I didn't purchase. All I signed up for was the $1 trial. Avoid avoid! Do not sign up for that trial, or you will be billed more without your consent.

    Avoid at all cost. Shady business practices. They make the cancellation process very complicated with lots of fine print in order to trick the user into thinking they've completed cancellation while leaving additional steps so that they continue being charged.

    Fraudulent billing practices. They charged my account after the cancellation $19.99 not one time but 12 times in 2 weeks, a technicality that froze all my accounts in my apple wallet because after the third charge all my banking accounts where frozen to prevent fraud. Unfortunately I was out of town, and unable to pay for things to get around or eat until I could get virtual cards or replacement cards by ****** They still have not replied to my complaint more than a robo reply.

    5/20 I start the $1 trial, see the site is overwhelming and back out. Look at my account to make sure they only took out $1 and see a $30 charge. Deactivate and unsubscribe. Money is returned. 5/24 I have another $30 charge. The subscription fee is $19.99. So not only are they scammers but thieves. None of the phone numbers are active. Ive contacted them after their response on other platforms and havent heard anything back. Theyve replied to my concerns when under other emails but not the one I signed in with. If legal action is needed then I will escalate the issue.

    Absolutely terrible. Made it so difficult to cancel subscription. it seemed intentional. bIt took me 20+ hours over 5 days before they would email confirmation of cancellation. buyer beware

    *****% scam! Once you download the app it sends constant popups trying to take your money intentionally. Then there is not an unsubscribe link.
