    I would prefer to give zero stars - was incorrectly charged for a "Relationship Report" that I didn't order and when I went through their support team, was told that they don't give refunds for one-time purchases...even though I didn't make or approve the purchase. Disappointing customer service experience for a company that advertises wanting to help people.

    They are a scam. I got two charges I never made. They give you a $1 trial and then you suppose to click on the report. They mislead you and you are actually clicking other reports that they charge you for it. I was charge extra $28.99 and another charge of $29.99. They are not a good company and do not get fool by them. When I complained they said we dont give refunds. Even they mislead you in their website DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT AT ALL.

    Charged my account $50.98 and when I contacted them about my refund for the unauthorized charge, I have yet to receive a response. I was charged on January 7th and again on January 10th ****.
