Got a great deal, and friendly, knowledgeable service when I recently purchased my used 2010 Lexus. Would recommend!!

I have bought 4 vehicles from this dealership and have had nothing but the best service every time. They are very reasonable and have had my best interest at heart. They seem to have a great culture and go above and beyond in surprising ways. They have become friends and I have recommended them many times. Everyone else seems to have had similar experiences.

17 hours ago NEW I wish I could have given less than a one star review. I went to get a vehicle from here about April last year and they sold me vehicle with a rather miniscule transmission problem at the time. Two days after my warranty ended the transmission started to give. I took my car back to them to see if they would trade out a vehicle that they sold me that was already broken. They told me the only way that would happen is if I put 3000$ down on a different vehicle. I had explained that the only reason I needed to trade my vehicle was because I couldn't afford another option. They told me that they might be able to cover the parts and cost. So I gave my vehicle back to them to run diagnostics. They told me it was the belt tensioner and that it would cost roughly 700$ to fix it. So I told them to give me my car back. Just to find out that the tensioner was fine it was just very loosely holding on so I delt with that.just to find out that my transmission was slowly dying. I tried to trade in my car after a year of payments hoping for positive equity so I could finally trade it in. They told me the only way I could do that was to put down ****$ to get into a new one. Because the car that they had sold me was only worth 500$ because of hail damage that it has already had when I bought it. But because the sales rep that sold me the car wasn't there anymore they couldn't vouch for that. So now I have a vehicle that has **** dollars left to pay on and it's totaled out. The front desk reps just gawked and talked s*** the whole time and we're not helpful at all. All I'm saying is I would never ever ever purchase another vehicles from these f****** scam artists. Unless you're buying a brand new vehicle. Even then go somewhere else. I have never been so disappointed with a business. I work in sales so I know how it goes but if you can't sell ethically then you should close your doors. Don't ever buy a vehicle from any of this guys dealerships.

I am very happy with the service I received at **** Maroone. Got an appointment for an oil change for the day after I called. The service advisors are friendly and go above and beyond to help. They installed the new wiper blades I had bought in the parts ***** for free. They also fixed for free, my windshield washer squirter, that had gotten out of alignment. My van is a 2008 Odyssey and out of warranty. I'm a happy customer!

In my 60+years of buying cars, From many companies and from many sales people, I believe that **** is the most honest and fair sales person I know. He is certainly an asset to Mike Maroone Honda. ***********************
