      I ordered a package and i have yet to receive it although it is marked delivered that is ridiculous! i Contacted northface for a refund and i was told that i wouldnt be able to receive one I need my money back for this lost item!

      We have reviewed this Consumers Complaint and confirm that their order was delivered by ***** on 1/9 to their home at 9:53 am with a delivery photo provided.  In addition, our records show that this Consumer requested to return the product, as it was too small, and a return was created on their account. After reviewing both the order tracking and the return tracking, the package has not been returned to us. According to the return tracking number, it was not dropped off at the carrier. If this is an error, this Consumer should contact the carrier to file a lost package ******** receive a refund, this Consumer would need to file a dispute with their financial institution.

      The date of the transaction was September 13, 2024 of $1437.16. I ordered 4 jackets. I returned the merchandise with the label they provided me, but I never received compensation. The business has not tried to resolve the problem upon my many calls.

      I am rejecting this response because:


      Firstly, I am the bill-to party, ****** ******. However, the order was shipped to my granddaughter. As I am not as technologically inclined, she has been assisting me in handling this matter on my behalf.


      Secondly, I cannot dispute this issue with my bank because the order was not made through a traditional bank account. It was purchased using a prepaid **** card, which does not provide the same customer support services as a bank would. Therefore, filing a dispute through my financial institution is not an option for me.


      Better Business Bureau  is my only hope in resolving this matter. I have no one else to turn to for assistance regarding the issue caused by The North Face. It is deeply disappointing that faulty return labels issued by your company have led to the loss of the items in transit, yet the blame is being shifted onto me, the customer.


      I kindly urge you to reconsider your stance and provide a resolution to this matter, as I am left with no alternative options.

      After researching the matter further, we stand by our previous decision. The best course of action is to dispute the issue directly with the payment method and/or financial institution used. Each financial company, including those with prepaid cards, has specific protocols and resources in place to handle transaction disputes effectively, and they will be able to guide this consumer through the necessary steps. We encourage this consumer to contact the customer support from their financial institution for further assistance.

      I ordered some items last month on November the 15 2024, it showed it was delivered n December 12th 2024 to my post office. I went to check no package. I have been I. Contact with the seller but they have been no help to me and the post office can no run the tracking number that was giving to me. I told the seller that no package has been delivered and I have gotten no response. The email to the person I have been talking to it ****************** I spent ***** I would like my items or my money back.

      This Consumer did not place their order directly through our official website, or an authorized dealer so unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund.  It is always in a consumer's best interest to be diligent when ordering product from any website to ensure it is legitimate and not a scam.       Wrongful practices of the The North Face ************** Date: 9.30.24 Employee ID: ****** (*****)Went in to return a gift for Birthday. Store Manager ***** asked for details of the individual who bought the gift. Provided information for the individual. It was a pair of pants and a jacket. Store manager ***** found both the pants and jacket on the profile, but said that the jacket would be returned at 40% less the cost bought. Returned the pants. ***** returned the item back to the individuals credit card, instead of issuing a gift card. When asked why she did that, she said that she misunderstood and that there was nothing that she could do further. I called the store to speak to *****. She said there was nothing that can be done and that I could ****** the number for North Face customer service and contact them to stop to return and come back into the store to obtain a gift card. Contacted customer service and they were unable to assist, said that they needed additional information and that someone would be calling me regarding the complaint. The store manager refused to provide details of any person above her to assist and said that she would not provide. Additionally, she continuously hung up the phone and forwarding calls so that I could not speak to anyone else.

      I purchased a jacket which I couldnt fit so I sent it back last month. November 29th the a north face agent picked my package up from the post office. I called to inquire about the package and was told it wasnt sent back and when I stated the **** information. I was hung up on. I called back and was told that they didnt pick up my package but I have proof that it was picked up by a north face agent

      As for your refund, it does look like your package arrived to the ** on 12/14 as ***** was the final delivery agent for these Smartpost packages.       Hi, I had purchased Mens McMurdo Bomber (Color- THYME, TNF Black, Size- M) in March 2023. I have barely used the jacket due to warmer winter in *******, ******. The down filling of jacket has started to come out and there are holes in the cuffs. I had raise a warranty claim with North Face on November 27, 2024. The representative were responsive initially but have completely stopped replying since I have shared the requested information. Since, 27th of November, I have been trying to get in touch with *** team to provide me with a solution. The Chat team keeps pushing me to contact via emails. I have tried all the methods to get in touch with *** team. It is my request to help me get the refund, or replacement , or in store credit. I have attached some documents as a proof and reference.

      I ordered the product on 11/30/24. I received a conformation of delivery Monday evening. When i got home Monday evening i did not find the item. I contacted North face and the representative i spoke with said the order was delivered. She said the delivery person said they left it at your door. I explained to the representative that i did not receive the order. She told me there was nothin she could do because it says delivered. I explained to her again that i did not receive the item.

      I purchased their Strormbreak 2 tent 6 days ago (on the 23rd) it was delivered the next day. I took it out and set it up in my room just to make sure there was nothing wrong with it. As soon as I grabbed the cover (rain fly) I noticed it stank like cat urine and it that it was a little bit sticky. That means that the ** coating on the tent is breaking down which! This is known as ''Sticky tent syndrome''. This is a brand new tent, it shouldn't be breaking down. It obviously wasn't stored properly. I messaged the North Face Canada through their contact us form on their site and the box you type in doesn't give you nearly enough space to type what you want to say so I asked that they email me. I got an email back that was an auto reply and from a ''noreply'' email. So I filled out their form again saying that I need to speak to someone and asked if they could contact from an email that's not a ''noreply'' email address. Someone replied and I replied back explaining the situation and they neve replied. So then I tried to do a warranty claim instead, just asking if they could replace the rain fly, that was 3 days ago and haven't heard a word back from them. The warranty claim case number is ******** The websites I bought it from wants me to pay for the return shipping even though they sent me a defective item, which isn't cheap! And also I used $60 in credit I had on that site to buy the tent and that is not refundable. So if I was to return this tent I'm out over $100. So I would rather keep the tent than lose that money and make a warranty claim just to have the rain fly replaced

      case number 22617818 , The North Face did reach out to me and gave me an option to send the tent back to them in exchange for credit which is not what I want. I ended up working it out with the store I bought it from to return and exchange it for a new one and everything is fine now. What the North Face offered was more than fair given that it wasn't purchased from them directly so you can put it down as resolved.

      Good afternoon. On 11/25/2024 I placed an order for a north face coat the order number is A6627812. On 11/26/2024 i received a email from north face telling me that my order has been delivered im home didnt receive anything so I figured maybe the delivery company just marked it as delivered and maybe they will deliver it later. The next morning with us today 11/27/2024 I track the package and its saying delivered and theres a photo of a package on the floor with a photo Im not sure whos door that is but Im not mine. I called customer service for help to locate my package no one was able to help me. I was told to file a complaint with the better Business borough.
