  I am still an active member but after I get to my next cash out minimum I will likely be terminating my membership. Back in 2019 when I joined the site was great. Lots of survey opportunities and many product tests offered to me starting in ********* because of lockdowns and the lack of in person focus groups. I had 3-4 product tests weekly going on, earnings totaling maybe $50 to as high as $200 per month! Plus getting to keep the products sent to me! Somewhere in 2023 the site really started to go downhill. Many of the longer, higher paying surveys were closing early or not paying out completely upon completion. For example beverage diaries or purchase diaries, monthly or weekly. They'd close early and I couldn't even get partial compensation for my time. Or I would complete these studies in full and send constant emails asking when payment would occur and I kept getting generic responses such a next week or later in the week. Most times it never happened. I kept the initial survey invites as proof. Some date back as long as last December. Most recently I had an deodorant product test. Returning the product upon completion would get you an additional $20 in compensation. Again I have evidence of this straight from the company that sent me the product. But *** is still spinning their wheels saying I need to keep waiting another week when it's been six week already! I'd guess I'm owed no less than $150-200 total for various product test credits and purchase/ beverage diaries. But what else can I do other than keep blasting them with emails? They're getting information from me and getting their compensation from their clients, where's my credit?!!! Once I get to the $25 minimum I think I'm done after six years. It's sad but I am not working for free.

  On 08/18/2025, I sign up to work from home on this website called, ************************************************** sol can make extra money by completing surveys and product reviews. I was about to complete one survey successfully and I earn $5.00, but 1 can't cash out, until I make $25.00, which is okay with me. 08/19/2025 about 4:00 a.m., I went to login my account on ****************************************** to see if I had any work. I couldn't login my account.I try several times with no luck. I click on, 'forget my password', enter my email address associated with my account, but l never received my email link to reset my password. I waited more than hour for the email and never received it. I email support and told what happened and they ignore my emails. Product Report Card support had purposely closed my account and I did not do anything wrong. They have my phone number, address, my name, and personal information. I'm worrying they will sell my information to some stupid data brokers. Product Report Card ************************************************** are doing unprofessional shady business. Later, I received an email from Product Report Card support and they told me; Thank you for contacting us.Your account has been deleted and we never release your information to any ******** Regards I reply back, Thanks for letting me know. I wont be working for them anymore. These are real mean and evil people, who dont care about anything. They closed my account for no reason. This is wrong and unacceptable.

  I have had a membership to this for about 6 years and decided to see how much I ave earned thinking it would be a few hundred dollars by now since I have done thousands of surveys. Literally $7 and I cant even cash out unless I earn $18 more. Such c*** You waste hours of your time to be disqualified for surveys. No benefits at all.

  I was on this website for years and participated in many studies. Last year I was chosen to review a product which I had to purchase myself and try and was then going to be reimbursed for it. Unfortunately when the reimbursement came it was in form of an Amazon gift card despite me having to buy it with my own money on ******. That part was not disclosed to me. Keep in mind that this product was over $100. When I disputed this practice I was blocked from ever participating in their studies again. I asked about the reason for this block and was told this Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately we are unable to provide further information for security reasons. We wish you the best!. Unfair practice and they silence you when you want them to do the right thing.

  As previously communicated to Ms. ********** the reimbursement for the study was clearly outlined before starting the project, which was to issue a credit to her rewards account.  Because we want to take care of our members, we went as far as issuing a reimbursement check instead for Ms. ********* and did so twice when she claimed she did not receive the first check.  We have been more than accommodating with Ms. ********* on this matter.
  
  As for termination of her account, we have determined that is in our mutual best interest to part ways; therefore, Ms. ************ account has been closed per the Termination section our Terms of Use policy.

  They scam you. After being told you have been picked after a 10 min survey, you give your address and all that and then at the very end suddenly you are taken to a page and given a dime after being told you are getting a product to review and being paid for it. This has happened to me many times and just happened to me again. They totally scam you to get info from you and it takes forever to get a pay out and they also take the money you did earn when you can't reach the payout amount "in time"

  Members are selected for surveys they might qualify for based on the information provided in their profiles.  It is usually not possible to have collected all the qualification information needed from a member for any given survey ahead of time. Therefore, there are typically pre-screener questions at the beginning of a survey to determine whether or not one will qualify for a survey.  For those surveys where one does not qualify, we offer a 10 cent reward; whereas, most other companies do not give you anything.

  not true. I WAS picked.... I was TOLD I was getting the product and the higher pay.... I went through the entire process and then suddenly the screen took me to the page that said I was only getting ************************************************************* They got what they wanted they got all the info to be paid and then they rip off people by doing this at the end after we are told we are getting the higher payout and product

  After months of completing their surveys, now that I'm close to their "$25 minimum withdrawal requirement", they stopped sending me surveys so I can't withdraw the $$$ they owe me !Also, like many others have stated... you will often be told that the "survey is full" or "not a match" at the END of the survey !!!I'd advise everyone who has had a similar problem with Product Report Card to file a complaimt like I just did with the State ************************* in ******, ********. These scammers need to be put out of business !!!!!

  Love this Company. They have come a long way in the couple years I've been doing business with them. I'm currently extremely excited in the direction they are moving. Also ****** was amazing!!!! She is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even with the questions she couldn't answer on the spot. She actually got the information and responded back in an extremely timely manner. This was the best customer service experience I have had from any company lately. I will definitely continue doing business with them in the foreseeable future.

  After filling out the survey I was given a 5 dollar credit on my account only to find out that you need a minimum of 20 dollars credit to cash in. I then tried to log into other surveys to aquire the needed credits and it would not log me in, said I had an invalid password. I did not. When I hit the password reset button it would not send the link. I emailed the company directly and they told me to validate who I was to send a drivers licence, a copy of my taxes and all kind of other personal info!!! KEEP AN EYE ON THIS COMPANY!! ANYONE WHO ASKS FOR THAT IS UP TO NO GOOD!!!
