1 starWe contacted them within 1-2 years about our cracked quartz counter, they didnt respond and didnt act/repair. We sent requests/emails and no response at all. There are more low grade/sub standard materials in our house such as the tub and bathroom floor/materials that easily crack and they didnt bother to replace.Review fromJacob B

"Our experience with this builder has been disappointing due to the poor craftsmanship throughout our home. We've noticed multiple issues, from uneven flooring to poorly installed fixtures. Walls are not properly aligned, and paint jobs are sloppy with visible brush marks and missed spots. Doors don't close properly, and several finishes are already showing signs of wear and tear. The attention to detail is severely lacking, and it's clear that corners were cut during construction. We expected much higher quality for the price we paid, but instead, we're left dealing with the consequences of subpar work.""We continue to face unresolved issues with our new home:1) Ongoing backyard drainage problems and soil erosion.2) The food disposal unit is not functioning as expected. Despite being installed to handle food waste, the builder advises against using it for that purpose due to its low capacity. This has led to frequent water clogging, requiring significant manual intervention."NarasingaRao

3 starsThis company provided an exceptional home-buying experience. From selecting the lot to customizing our floor plan, the process was seamless. The builder was attentive to how exactly we wanted our house to be and delivered a home that matched our vision perfectly. We were particularly impressed with the energy-efficient features and modern appliances that were included. I loved the amenities for families in the community. Were thrilled with our decision and grateful for the professional service we received.Review fromJake G

I wish I could leave Zero stars. I will never, ever recommend purchasing/building a home with Century Communities. Every little last bit from the time frame, build "quality," warranty process, and "customer support" is seriously disgusting. I really don't know how else I can describe it. entire neighborhoods, tons of homes and families suffering from this builder and they have no regard to uphold any customer service as all your complaints go unheard at any higher level than their rude and unprofessional superintendents and "customer service managers" who fight back on any concern you bring up. They come in to your poorly built home, and essentially try to force you to live with it by lying to you saying their poor workmanship is within standard and they refuse to work on it. I can go on for days, but I am so exhausted mentally and physically because of this company. My health is actually now suffering because of the stress they cause. Please take these poor reviews seriously, please DO NOT use this home builder. I am a first time buyer and that excitement and dream of owning my first home has been absolutely crushed to dust by what they have put me and my family through. Century Communities is very, very, very awful in all aspects of home building/buying.Century Communities

I would give them 0 stars. My house is crumbling. 2 x 4s are poking out of the ceiling. Another crack in my wall has been repaired but still is there. It is all structural. Since the warranty is only for a year and they wont fix anything for 10 months, you are stuck trying to get them to repair anything. They say its within our tolerances. My dryer vent turns 2 corners They are terrible. I would like my house repaired correctly.Century Communities

3 starsI've had an amazing experience with this team! I really felt that they were genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect home. The construction process was smooth, with regular updates and transparent communication. Our home was perfectly built, and the attention to detail is evident in every room. Weve been living here for six months now, and we couldnt be happier. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality home and a stress-free buying experience.Review fromTGB B
