      I was under the impression I was paying for a rental car fir 3 days fir 168.00. At checkout it charged me 470.00. I thought i pressed the back button, but apparently it was the confirm button. I immediately called to cancel. They took money out if my account before i could even explain to them the mistake. Within 5 mins. They called me back 20 mins later and said the company had fine print and i agreed to it and there will be no refund bc i consented to it. I asked to talk to the supervisor and the supervisor had no solutions. She said she would email me the fine print so i could review what i consented to. I'm so upset and will never go through Priceline ever again.

      I booked a car through them to travel to *******when I went to pickup the car from their sister company **** car rental , I was told that I could go pass the United States boarder else I would be penalize and my credit card charge for miles . This was not on the contract with Priceline..

      This is the second time Priceline has screwed me. The first time the website didn’t match the amount of days at the hotel with the actual time in the trip so we were left without a place to stay. This time the airport they sent me to was two hours away from the hotel. Their customer service does not care at all. They just tell you to deal directly with the hotel and airlines. Worst company ever. Disgusting lack of customer service. I told them how upset I was and they said “you will really our decision.”

      Best Rate Guarantee BS! Express deal became cheaper 12 hours after I booked and was told by agent that I did not qualify for this guarantee because the rate SHE saw was more than what I paid. I have screen shots showing the cheaper price long after I spoke with her. Now, 8 hours later, the hotel I supposedly got a great rate on is cheaper still! Of course, my rate is non refundable. Scammers!

      First, I thought I was contacting a small motel in central ** to make a reservation but ended up being RESERVATION COUNTER COMPANY. This company is a total scam, then they stated plus taxes and fees without giving the dollar value of these fees. Ended up being over 125% of the room cost. Once I got the confirmation, the room cost was $421, with "taxes and fees" being $553. I called 15 minutes later and they refused to cancel the reservations
      This company shows office in Utah, however all calls went to Honduras...
      this company then is part of *** ***** ****** **, and my cc was charged by PRICELINE, who refuses to help cancel these charges. PRICELINE associates with these illegal and questionable out of the country companies and will not support the individuals that need their help with lying and moral-less scam artists.
      TOTAL SCAM, which is disappointing that PRICELINE associates which such terrible companies and will not help to remove charges, and they are defending these two companies.
      I will fight this to the end and not pay, and file a complaint with Priceline, and with Las Vegas Luxury, who by the way does not seem to exist...
      STAY AWAY FROM PRICELINE AND THEIR PARTNER COMPANIES WHO ARE RUTHLESS AND COMPLETE LIARS ALONG WITH MANIPULATORS...

      NEVER PREPAY THRU PRICELINE Made a reservation for a hotel thru Priceline who stated the hotel had a one day penalty for cancellations. Flight was cancelled less than 24 hours after booking and hotel did not charge the penalty. Priceline refused to refund the 252 dollars penalty. Credit card tried to claim for 3 months with all the documentation in hand but Priceline refused. Book directly with the hotel instead.

      I will never use Priceline again!!! I booked a hotel and flight bundle in March. According to my receipt I was charged for my entire trip (flight and hotel). Come to find out they only charged me for my flight, & used a another company to book my hotel reservation. Neither Priceline or Booking paid my hotel fee (which I did not know) and the hotel came after me for the expenses months after my trip. When I contacted Priceline they apologized stating it was supposed to be in my contracts I would have to pay hotel fees when I arrived but they “forgot” to mention it & also forgot to mention that another company would be booking my hotel. Never again, unprofessional, unorganized, & scammers.
