No refundable reservation “in region” of selected location almost 100 miles/close to 2 hours away. Endangered my cat and I. Also did not disclose additional pet fee. Would not offer refund or credit.
      Last. Time. Ever.

One Star – Embarrassing Service at the ******** (Aug 28–29, 2025)
I booked through Priceline and had a friend checking in ahead of me. Priceline said her name was added, but when she arrived, the front desk manager Grettel refused to help. When asked if she wanted to speak to me (the actual guest on the reservation), her answer was: “No, not really.”
That dismissive attitude is unacceptable from anyone, let alone a manager. She made zero effort to solve the problem.
Thankfully, Maria G**** came on duty later and fixed everything in 10 minutes by simply giving her Caesars email for verification. Exactly what Grettel should have done from the start.
Flamingo should be embarrassed by Grettel’s behavior — and grateful for Maria’s professionalism. One star, only because of Maria.

Priceline charged my card and refused to make payments to hotel I was staying at. I ended up paying hotel directly with same card so payed twice for same room. Priceline customer service is unable to make refund to me after 5 phone calls and 3 hrs on the phone. They had the hotel manager on hold on many occasions with no resolve.

I have been a customer for over 15 years. Today I booked a simple hotel and noticed the price seemed higher that I agreed to when I got the receipt. I look and it says I bought trip protection. I MOST CERTAINLY DID NOT purchase trip protection and I never will! I purposefully selected ‘no’ for trip protection, but the system somehow sneaked it in. I IMMEDIATELY called to ask for a refund and was on hold for 15 minutes to reach a very unhelpful woman with a thick accent that I could hardly understand. She kept telling me I have to make a claim with the insurance to get a refund. I said NO! I want a refund for the INSURANCE- not the trip. She repeated that I have to make a claim!! What the heck! So then create an account, verify an account, try to make a claim, which is not what I want to do, and it says NO REFUNDS once I login . So now Jve been forced to give my information to a third party’s bd crew
Ye an account for nothing. The Priceline ‘superviser’ calls me back - doesn’t sound like a supervisor- and is absolutely completely unhelpful. She just keeps repeating that I purchased trip protection when I MOST Certainly DID NOT and did not to intend to purchase it. They knew there were no refunds but decided to send me on a wild goose chase. Priceline has lost their Integrity and Purpose. If a customer doesn’t want an upgrade service you are pushing opt-in for when they are purchasing a separate product, that should be illegal. The point is to make travelers lives easier, not more inconvenient, misleading, and overcharged. I will be looking for another discount travel provider. Mark my words, this kind of behavior will cause a class action lawsuit when customers get tired of being financially abused and mistreated.

Priceline is likely the worst car company out there. Just spoke to one of their high school equivalent managers and the bottom line, know they will not assist you or work with you when problems arise such as flight delays. A reservation means nothing even if you are already charged for the vehicle but, can’t pick it up within the 2 hr window. A horse and buggy would be an improvement as opposed to this gem. Date of horrible service, 8/28/25 -1:00pm

I booked a refundable ticket with Priceline. Outgoing trip was on ******** ********* return was on ******* Due to weather, ******** was delayed too long to catch my connecting flight. Had to cancel and rebook, total trip on ******* When I noticed after a couple of months that I still had not received my refund, I called Priceline. They told me they could only refund the ** portion and that I had to contact ******* *******said that I booked with a 3rd party and needed to go back to Priceline. After over an hour going back and forth, they were able to tell me that I had already been refunded by ******* Why didn't they do that to begin with instead of just telling me that they couldn't help me. It was only after getting upset that she offered to call *******to check. Why wasn't that done in the first place. Also, took me many tries to get a real person on the line. Terrible customer service. They have lost a long time customer because of this.

I had a canceled flight that they haven't refunded. They won't let you speak with a representative unless you have a trip # associated with your phone number, so I had to book a fully refundable flight in order to talk to someone. It's so scammy

I booked & paid for a room at ********** ** ******* ***** ***** ** ***** ***** ** on Aug 7th 2025. Upon arriving at the above hotel I was visibly upset and told the front desk attendant that I was having a bad day could I please have some tissue which he gave me. Afterwards he engaged me in various deceptive acts that he had no intention of honoring after meeting all his demands flawlessly was still denied a room that I already paid for. Priceline has been unable to talk with the ********** staff as the supervisor Carlos just hangs up on them. I reached out to ******* their corporate office and was redirected back to the property own Pratik P**** but when I try to reach Mr. P**** I am told he isn't reachable. There has been no resolution and am being told by Carlos the hotel supervisor that there wasn't anything charged to be by the hotel and that I need to speak with priceline. I'm getting the run around and this is the second incident that I have had using priceline and I was given the run around the first time as well which caused me to give up and never was that issue resolved. Starting with the main issue priceline accepted payment from a Visa endorsed **** debit card, the properties 2 different hotels same card same site same issue the properties or hotels refused to accept the physical card with my name on it stating they dont accept prepaid cards. It is a **** Bank FDIC insured online bank account with a debit card endorsed by Visa wasnt accepted by the properties, though payment was accepted through priceline.com. I have yet to get refunded for either instance.

What a terrible company. I booked a rental in advance through Priceline. I paid $644 for a full sized suv. Upon completing my rental reservation and dropping off my car, I was emailed a final receipt from the rental company. It was for $577. Any person with a brain can see that I overpaid and am due a partial refund.
I contacted Priceline and they said due to overbookings at priceline, im not due a refund. It doesn’t matter how your company operates or if you over book. I paid for something and the final amount due was less than I paid, therefore I am owed a refund of the difference. F PRICELINE. I will never book with them again. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. I don’t know who’s pocketing my $67 refund, but my credit card company is gonna go after them.
      Avoid Priceline!
