      0 stars is more accurate. I had a car confirmed with ******; when I arrive, we're told there are no cars available and the employee was the rudest most disrespectful person ever. We were met with utmost unprofessionalism. Then we were told we had to go to the airport to get a car which was a 30 cab ride away. Then at the airport- we were told there are different feed and that we had to pay way more than the confirmed price. I used Priceline to facilitate travel and all it did was cause aggravation. I do not recommend booking through them. Confirmations don't mean anything. It was an expensive waste of time.

      Priceline didn’t help accommodate during the crowdstrike/ ********* crash on July 19.,2024. I booked a vacation package though Priceline with airline service as United airlines. ****** ******** canceled my flight and refunded my money. Priceline would not work with me in regards to the crowdstrike computer crash. I asked for dates switched or my money reimbursed. They will not assist with either. Don’t book with this 3rd party app. Priceline is a disgusting company

      I will never use them again. I made an emergency reservation and when I got to the hotel the owner wouldn't honor my reservation because I didn't see the part about no pets allowed and have a small dog. PRICELINE wouldn't refund my money so, already in a bad emergency situation, I still had to pay for a room I never got to stay in, on top of having to pay for a room at a different hotel.

      I purchased ticket from Priceline and in may for flight in October then the air line change the date of the flights so I called to cancel eleven I bought the insurance too they give me the worst hard time and bad service they said the need to email the air line to get code from them so they can cancel the ticket ok it will take 5-7 days ok then after calling every week and waiting 20 day found out they were emailing the wrong email or company then now start over again and wait for 10 days more and keep calling and checking after over month the ticket finally cancelled and been another month and I didn’t get my refund This is bad business

      The car rental place ****** cars was terrible. We did not know about bringing our car registration and tried to make us buy their insurance. We called our insurance company and they offered to speak to someone. ****** refused. Our agent offered to send them an email with a picture of the card. They claimed they did not have an email. We could not get internet service in their facility and the refused to give us password. It was a 3 hour nightmare. An extremely kind customer had a hot spot on her phone and she offered to help us. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM ******* Warning do not use them!!!!!! Priceline should not offer this place as part of their bundles.

      I made a hotel reservation on thes site. I later needed to change my check out date. The website would not let me do it. The virtual assistant gave me instructions it still didn't work. I waited on hold forever til i got a person to be told they couldn't help me without the confirmation number. They couldn't look it up. I went back to the site and it would finally let me change it. The next day i got a confirmation email with the old dates. I sat on hold again, but i had written the number down this time. They changed the date but told me they couldn't give me a price. That i would get that at check in. I asked that a supervisor call me. They never called. I went to check in and the hotel never got the change. I had them cancel the reservation and ended up paying full price. I called customer service again and asked to speak to supervisor, they disconnected me. I called back ask again to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold forever. No one ever picked up. I finally hung up

      SCAM!!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had with any business I booked at hotel at the **** house and I needed one room I booked with Priceline I checked my account the next day they took the booking amount out of my account 4 times and when I called them the next morning they said there was a glitch they promised to refund me the money they had 4 reservations under the wrong names I have lots over 1,700$ and they also cancelled all of my rooms and now I don’t even have a room and paid all this money please do not use them they will take your money and you may not get a room and my reservation wasn’t until October 12th I even contacted the hotel and they said they would refund me the money Priceline refused to talk to them SCAM SCAM SCAM. It does no use to contact them because they put you on hold hand up on you!!! These people should be taken to jail it’s bad enough that it’s so expensive but taking peoples money and you not even getting a room after all of that never have I experienced such bad service just book with the hotel please unless you have money to throw away !!!!

      Priceline advertised that the "express deal" property had Fitness Center. I made the booking accordingly. Once the hotel was revealed to me (*** ***** ******), i called the hotel, and was advised that the hotel did not have a Fitness Center (you had to go to other hotel, in a few blocks to use their fitness center). I made my booking based wrong information from Priceline. Asked to cancel. Priceline did not want to because *** Experience Team "could not find my reservation in their system". Have been on call with Priceline 6 times, and they refused to cancel my booking and refund my money. Horrible customer service, and their information about the properties is always wrong. Will NEVER use Priceline again.

      ESCALATION UNSUCCESSFUL!!!! Sent feedback to vendor/3rd party Priceline. Even if no refund - never again! On July 29 - went into the Perks system to change the departure date - it did not allow me to change my day - so I thought - oh well - just cancel and rebook - which I did immediately went back in PER PERKS em ail and rebooked the reservation again - traveled 5 hours - stayed in a crummy *** ******* *** outdated and raggedy - YES - they were paid for my lodging - IN FULL - but still PRICELINE and *** ******* *** want more money out of their customers - sad. Attention: Rating/Feedback has been submitted - making sure it's noted here again. Also - not sure why - but the Perks agent and hotel is stating that I canceled July 31. I canceled on July 29 @ 10:24am (see attached email). The Perks policy (Priceline or whoever) states 00:00-0:500 - still unacceptable - my check in was not until August 1 - something is really wrong - but that's ok. The Perks or Priceline - or whoever runs this system is not adjusting or processing these in a real timely manner - on purppose - and you're making money doing it that way off your customers - exceptions can be made - especially after I immediately made another reservation - you charged my card - BEFORE - my stay - which means - I will be doing travel business elsewhere. Not a problem. ============== Perks Agent/Cancellation email policy: I have contacted our travel partner and confirmed that your trip number ??? was canceled from your end on July 31, 2024 (INCORRECT-SEE ATTACHED EMAIL CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION) , Cancellation Policy: Between Mon, 29 Jul 2024 00:00 -0500 and Wed, 31 Jul 2024 23:59 -0500, you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thu, 01 Aug 2024 00:00 -0500, this booking is non-refundable. How would you rate the support you received? Bad, I'm unsatisfied
