1 starI called CS 3x, spoke w/ 6 different agents to request to be refunded for the difference based on their best price guarantee, however, no one was able to help me. I don't think those agents are really familiar/trained with the services/programs that the company they work for offers. I think the Best Price Guarantee is a SCAM! They try to make every excuse that would not make you eligible to request for it. Tried doing it online and upon submission, their system blocks you saying the # of people I was trying to book for w/ new reservation is different even though it isn't. Don't believe their Best Price Guarantee, it is a SCAM!Review fromLynette S

1 star6/8/25 BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & OVER PRICED SEAT CHARGES THAT ARE DELIVERED!!!!!!!!!! I have been trying to receive my $416 charge for seats returned since May 15th. I was charged this on my flight through them, had the seat assignments for me & my husband. At the airport to check in & had no seats, they placed us separate & the 2nd leg of flight my husband was standby. Airline said they do not charge for the seat assignment. I called into Priceline 5/21 for a refund told it would take 24-48hrs. I let a week go, no refund. Called 5/28, told it would be 24-48 hrs., no refund. Called 5/30 ask for Supervisor, she says would handle personally, but I would need to email paperwork in & 3-5 business days. Stayed on phone to confirm she received email. I waited til today 6/8 called, was told by customer service again, will send to expedite to through accounting, will be 3-5 business days. I requested a Supervisor/Manager. Supervisor on phone/ started same song & dance. I stopped him & requested whoever was higher than him. He said Manager, so I requested to speak to manager. Oh they are not available they can call in 24-48 hrs. IM DONE WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!! LIES ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!!!!Review fromDarlene O

1 starI booked my flight in April for my mom and I and everything seemed to go very well. I kept calling the company to make sure we were in the clear as far as payment and everything else. I kept getting I was in the clear and I was good to go. I looked at my bank statement and a certain amount was taken out so I called again mid April. I asked if payment went through and if I was all set-I got yes I am in the clear. I even double checked and had them reiterate the names on ticket to confirm that I was good. This is me being super cautious and making sure there would be no issues for my mom and I. Today I am writing this June 9,2025, I get a call saying how I was under charged and would need to pay “the remaining balance”. I leave for my trip on June 24,2025 just to throw that out there. Priceline refused to take responsibility for what they did which is their own fault for under charging and error on their behalf. So you call me literally 15 days before I leave for my trip after calling to confirm on numerous times if I didn’t owe anything and if I was good! I shared how distraught, sad, and angry I was. No remorse except we are sorry this happened and then the pitch-you would have to pay the remaining balance of…. That’s all I kept hearing. I am hurt and crushed! I am devastated at such lack of not even wanting to try to accommodate me. They are at fault but they are pinning it on me.Review fromTiffany E

4 starsI booked a non-refundable “Price Breakers” hotel deal through Priceline for a trip to Cancun (July 29–August 2), requesting 4 rooms for 8 guests (2 guests per room). The guest count was correct throughout the booking process, but after submitting payment, the confirmation showed only 4 guests total, which is incorrect. This seems to be a system issue that altered the guest count at checkout without notifying me. I spoke with a Priceline supervisor named Ignacio and Ariane, who agreed the standard is 2 guests per room and couldn’t explain why it changed. A ticket was opened regarding issue and has been escalated. Important: I do not want to cancel my reservation. I am only asking that Priceline correct the guest count to reflect the original booking intent of 8 guests across 4 rooms. This correction is important for proper hotel check-in and access to amenities, especially at an all-inclusive resort. In addition it’s an international travel which is why it’s urgent and important to reach a resolution as soon as possible as our travel dates are soon approaching. I have supporting documentation, including a screen recording of the correct booking input, and I’m asking Priceline to address this error and confirm that the reservation accommodates all 8 guests as bookedReview fromTammy T

1 starI am a gold member at priceline. When you search for hotels it list a price on the website and indicates all fees included but when you go to pay it adds taxes and fees and your final amount is more. they then say the booking is final and norefundable. 1 starExtremely Disappointed – Hidden Fees and No Accountability We booked hotels through Priceline for a family trip to *********** ********* ************ *** *******, choosing family suite rooms for two adults and two children. The confirmation from Priceline clearly showed the correct guest details — but to our surprise, all three hotels only received booking information for two adults. Turns out, Priceline uses Booking.com as a middleman, and somewhere along the way, key information was lost or never passed on. As a result, the hotels said they were only paid for two adults and forced us to pay $70–$90 extra per child per night, out of pocket. That’s hundreds of dollars in unexpected charges. When we contacted Priceline customer service, they insisted the booking was made for four people, but admitted we were only charged for two. So… who is pocketing the difference? This feels like a scam. We trusted Priceline to handle our bookings professionally, but instead we were left feeling misled, overcharged, and ignored. Never again.Review fromTessa P

1 starIf I could give 0 stars, that would be too many. Booked a hotel through priceline and within 10 mins of reserving, we realized we reserved the wrong hotel. The one we wanted was directly across the street with very similiar names. We walked over to the reserved hotel to cancel and they told us we had to cancel with priceline. We immediately called at which point they said they had to call the hotel, put us on hold, got back on and said they had to speak to the hotel manager but the manager wasn't in, they would call back at 8am the next day to cancel. We didn't hear anything back from them. This took place on June 3rd, all within 20 mins of making the wrong reservation. On July 5th we noticed we had been charged for the hotel stay, that we did not stay at. We called priceline and they told us the hotel wouldn't cancel. Priceline advertises free cancelations, and the lady with priceline told us we needed to click the free cancelation box when making the reservation. Very misleading, especially when the box looks like it's a bullet, not a box to be checked. No where on the reservation page does it say to check the box for cancelation "rights."
