1 starI was on hotel website. When I entered to confirm and purchase, I did not realize I had been switch to Priceline. Of course I submitted my information. Confirmation was $70 over hotel website price. Customer Service is non existent for Priceline. Then they refused to credit the charged if I cancel reservations for charges made 2 hours after I made them. Hotel customer service said Priceline is known for hacking into hotel’s reservation pages. Nothing I can do. From now on I am booking with a live agent.Review fromDon H

1 starWe made a car reservation through Priceline for a rental from *********** ***********charged us substantially more than our quote from Priceline. I queried *********** They showed me their electronic cost document from Priceline which was for the amount ***********charged me. I complained to ***********and got the price reduced. However, the final cost was still $500 more than the cost that Priceline indicated we would pay. I keep contacting Priceline and they keep stalling saying they have to hear from ***********as to what happened- why the increased cost? My position is that we made a reservation through Priceline. We got an email commitment for the cost - from Priceline. Never did we get an email from ***********about the cost, indeed we never had a communication from ***********except in person. It seems to me that this is for Priceline to stand by the quote they gave me and refund the additional money.Review fromAshley F

1 starNever use them! Horrible customer service and refuse to make anything right. Our flight was canceled and then rebooked for the next day at an airport a hour and half away from us. Didn’t receive our first class seats we paid for. When calling to ask for a refund they gave me the run around and the agent Michelle was so rude and kept interrupting me and saying but you flew didn’t you. Yes I did on a complete different day, a hour and half away and didn’t receive the first class seats I paid for. Kept saying contact the airline. Then why in the world did we book through you. Save yourself the headache and book directly with the airline be cause Priceline is a scam and they are unwilling to help. They don’t even have a corporate number to contact to speak to someone about this awful company.Review fromAndrew J

1 starMy flight was cancelled, delayed, and then refunded but we were not accommodated in any way. The notification for the delay was only delivered once we had driven to the airport from over an hour away in morning traffic and the airline changed so there was no accountability. We are now paying double for the flight we originally bought and still haven't received the refund. We were told "the price is the price" and that there's no accommodations available.Review fromDwayne C.

5 starsOn May 8th 2025 I had reservation for a rental car was charged $54 for insurance and $152.04 my reservation was approved over the phone but when I got there to pick up the car they told me to confirm my reservations and they couldn't find my reservations in the system that day and the next day so I had to cancel and I booked a flight in the same day AND I SPEND HOURS TRYING TO GET THE CAR ON May 8 2025 I return on May 9th 2025 I was gave the runaround about my rental car and once try one last time to get the car on May 9 2025 secretary at the rental car business ask me for my ID give her my ID and she told me I couldn't rent the car because I my pick up destination in Portland and my drop off destination in Portland and because I had a Louisiana driver's license she didn't let me get the car because I didn't have a round trip booked and I asked her what that have to do with having reservations and she told me how do she know that I'm not going to take the vehicle to Louisiana I tried to change my drop off destination and the car rental company told me to contact Priceline and Priceline told me to contact the rental car please and I did this for hours back and forth back and forth so I finally asked for a refund and tried to book a flight because I wasn't going to have a vehicle to stay in Portland for mother's Day weekend so I decided to just go home for the weekend missed the flight and still can't get a refund no way back to LA I have two days left at the motel before they kick me out in the airline the rental company or Priceline won't solve the issue and won't give me my money back I did everything they said I followed all the rules and I still lost money on the rental car and the flight customer service for Priceline does not understand English well gave me the runaround told me to book a flight while trying to get the car in case and Priceline still won't give me a return.Review fromJolander S

1 starDo not book through Priceline.Priceline uses hotel partners on there booking , and does nothing to weed out not good companies. I booked a hotel with on of their partners of a bedbug infestation experience and priceline did very little if anything to assist me , because it was one on their hotel partners. Priceline had the proof but did not step up to provide support. Below is my response : This is for Priceline and their hotel partner. any information that they need as proof of bedbugs infestation at the ******* *** ********** they may collect it from the public health department , report , the BBB and the CEO of ****** ******* Public health is not more important than money. 1 starSTAY AWAY. I wanted to package the deal with flight room and car rental. They are very good at taking your information, lying to you about hidden prices and then no one to help with call when you are trying to figure out why they charged the hotel fee (which is on bank statement as priceline) I was told for over 4 hours they did not charge this when it was clearly on bank statement. Then they want you to go thru the hoops of mailing or scanning them the copy of your bank statement. Continue to transfer you to others that have no clue what they are doing. Priceline should be Scamline and good luck getting anyone you can understand, they are very very rude, untrustworthy and unhelpful.Review fromMc C

1 starI booked 3 non refundable triple rooms for my trip thru Priceline. I called the hotel directly to secure rooms close to each other and informed i was booked into a different room type with 1 or 2 beds only. I contacted Priceline and they informed me that they would refund me the difference for the upgrade to 3 beds and all I need to do is submit my receipts. Well, I submitted my receipts and it’s been 6 mos of calling them and emailing them and they keep telling me they need to review this with the “higher ups”. They keep giving me the run around. I had trust in Priceline, but not anymore. It only did they screw up my booking and luckily I caught it before my trip, they refuse to own up to their mistakes. So, I am left with filing a lawsuit against Priceline. If you decide to book through them, call the hotel to confirm your room first!Review fromDebra S

1 starI was traveling from ***** ** ****** and back within 24 hours for my nieces baby shower. Flight was delayed several times making it in practical for me to make my trip. Called the hotel from the airport to cancel my reservation. I had purchased trip protection but because the flight was not delayed more than 6 hours Priceline will not issue a refund. Same issue with the rental car. I would have been better off booking directly with the hotel and car rental company. Thankfully I booked my flight directly with the airline. Already received a credit with them without any issues. Lesson learned! WILL NEVER USE PRICELINE AGAIN!!!
