I ordered a *********** blow dryer for my mother for Christmas in November 2022. She opened the gift and the blow dryer did not work. I called conair customer service and was told to cut the blow dryer cord (and take a picture of it) and send an email to *********************. My Replacement order number is *********. This email happened Feb 10, 2023. I was told for months (until May 14) that a replacement product was shipped to me. Every time I would request an update, I was told that the product had not shipped but would be shipped at that time. In May, I finally requested a refund. It is now August 2023 and I have been continuously mislead by customer service representatives. I have called many times and even spoken to a manager who assured me that they would handle the situation. The situation was never resolved. I looked online and it doesn't appear that my situation is unique. It appears that they often have defective products shipped out and it also appears that many people are being mislead by customer service agents while never getting the situation resolved. When I do speak to customer service agents over the phone, they continuously notify me that they will file a claim to corporate for the incident. It is also nearly impossible to get a manager on the line. The only manager I spoke to gave me a phone number to reach them at and it would now appear that they've blocked me. I tried to reach out to the manager when I was told again by the email customer service, that they did not send out a refund check. Everything with this company has been a "wait until next month and we'll try again". The refund is for $152 that was supposed to be sent in the form of a check to ***** **** ***** ***** *** ****** ** *****. The check was never received. Every time I call they tell me they’ve already refunded me, I tell them they didn’t, then they tell me they realized that it was not submitted and that they’ll file a claim with corporate.Business Response

My girlfriend and I made a purchase of the *********** product (model number *******), which came with a specific blade designed for cats (******), bearing the name "**************". This combination proved ideal for grooming multiple cats. However, after using it to shave several cats, the blade noticeably dulled and required replacement. Unfortunately, my attempts to locate a replacement blade suitable for this particular unit proved futile. Despite reaching out to customer service on three separate occasions, there was no option presented to purchase the needed blade, nor were they able to provide any guidance on where to find a similar blade. Surprisingly, they lacked any information about the blade that is a part of their own product line, leaving me without a clear path to acquiring a blade that closely matched the original. Upon reviewing their website, I discovered a range of blades labeled as "ConairProdog," but none resembled the distinctive ************** blade used for cats. The absence of a blade specifically marked for ************** or tailored to feline grooming was evident. Regrettably, their customer service was notably deficient, failing to offer assistance or provide any direction on how to procure a replacement blade. This situation is particularly frustrating considering the investment of $175 in this unit. It is disheartening that a company commanding such a price point does not offer better support, replacement options, or competent customer service. As a result, I find myself in possession of a $175 device without access to essential information or resources to locate a suitable blade replacement. I would likely steer clear of their product range. This is due to their offering of inadequate assistance, a minimalistic product selection, and a complete absence of guidance regarding the process of acquiring replacements. ***** did not help, ******* did not help, and I spent money trying blades that did not fit. I purchased a ********* food processor in May. We just moved here with much to do. The first chance I had to use it was 7/7. That’s when I discovered the person packing the item did not pack the shredding and slicing etc blades. The warranty is supposed to cover parts for three years. ********* refuses to send the blades that I paid for when I purchased it. And **** *** where I purchased it certainly doesn’t have extra blades. In fact BB’s customer service was on the phone with me and ********* to help resolve the issue. The flat out refuse to send me the blades. I paid close to $200 for the item. Blades are made of steel not gold. I cannot get them to make good on contents listed on the box. Bought my Cuisinart Gas grill last September (9/4/2022) from ******* and used it for less than a year. A quick fire took place at the grill and resulted in rusting of the grates, burners and burner tents. Also, the side paint bubbled. I contacted Cuisinart who mentioned that The ****** ***** manages their builds, who forwarded me to *** ***** *****/****** ****** so it's rather difficult to keep track of their subsidiaries/affiliates/builders so I am filing this complaint against Cuisinart from whom I purchased. The *****/****** ****** rejected any warranties and gave me only one option which is to purchase new parts from their website and they offered 20% off. They also offered to provide me the grill sides. Still this would make me another $200 out of pocket for my 9-10 month old grill. I rejected their offer and I am filing a complaint to request these parts to be provided to me since it has only been less than a year, to be specific I am requesting the following parts: (3 grates, 1 warming rack, 4 main burners, 4 head tents, and grill sides).Business Response

They advise you that you had a grease fire which is not covered under warranty. ****** ***** C/S team offered free parts for all painted parts that had bubbling to go above and beyond. The cooking grates and other internal parts are in good condition still and just need some cleaning and oil applied to function as new.

Received a defective conair product upon ordering earlier this year. Wasn’t aware until I went to open the product recently and the product did not work. I followed every step conair shared to initiate a warranty exchange and the company delivered the incorrect and much less expensive than initially purchased. Called again to inform of the incorrect product, was informed to ship the product back and to inform when in *** possession so the correct product can be shipped. It has been more than 30 days, and still no update from conair or a tracking number. The product was purchased on March 31st, 2023. I purchased the Cuisinart ******** Gas Fire Pit at the end of May 2022. We used the fire pit twice before covering it for summer. When we next tried to use it; it would no longer stay lit if we let go of the button to ignite the fire. We contacted Cuisinart support. We included our purchase information and a detailed description of the problem. Cuisinart replied telling us that they do not support their product; support is handled through the ****** *****. They gave me the email address. Not the best customer service, but whatever, I contacted the ****** *****. I told ****** at that time which part was the problem. I sent them a picture of the part. The customer service person asked me to check some things, and I checked them. Ultimately the customer service person agreed with me and said the part was on the way. I received a part, but it was WRONG. It didn’t have anything to do with or touch the fire. I contacted support and let them know. There was more back and forth. I was told that the actual part was now out of stock and would be sent at the end of March. It didn't come. I got it May 1st, and it was WRONG again. Not only that, but they attempt to blame me for the error. I quickly sent proof of our prior conversations showing otherwise. Now they want to SEND ME MORE PARTS! No, enough is enough. Now, their “Supervisor” contacts me. She is snarky because I am mad and uninterested in waiting for more parts, and decides her best approach is to throw in my face my initial grace regarding their mistakes. Oh...Their response to my request for a refund or replacement was to tell me to return the product to the place of purchase. It's too late! I have now had this $500 fire pit for LESS than a full year, have used it all of two times, then spent the last seven months trying to get it to work. I am justifiably angry. I do not want to wait for more incorrect parts. I want my money back, or a replacement. I do NOT want to speak to anyone from the ****** *****.Business Response
