    I started in the medication and was charged &297 for the first month. Then it received a message that I was due for another shipment for $497. I called and sent an e-mail that I could not afford that increase . I do not want any more medication. This company deducted the $495 from my bank account. Now I’m not getting a response from the emails. I have also tried to call them and only getting voicemail. Two days and no response to my calls or e-mail.

    They'll charge you $497 the second month, and tell you "the initial checkout page displays a discounted price of $297". My invoice said $0 next to discount. I feel they aren't very transparent about pricing and I'm still going back and forth with them regarding this charge without my consent. They cannot seem to produce anything that told me the following month would be close to $497. A shame because the medication was working and I liked the setup and ease of the company.

    Janice G. After my terrible experience on signing up with Reflex Md . It did report them to BBB the same day. They contacted me within 72 hours. Made apologies , Gave me a good discount. It was able to talk with the manager and get my questions answered.

    I am very upset . I signed up with reflexmd . They did not complete my process to sign up Took my card and charged me . My name is Janice Garcia . I see the other people that are calling this scam and have not provided complete process or took the payment and did not complete the process. I will be contacting the medical board on their patient services . I am register nurse if this company does not contact me.

    VERY WORRIED THAT IVE BEEN SCAMMED!!! Easy set up and the payment, but no connections possible after that. Customer Service is a message and you can't seem to connect via email. I'm prepared to take this to the furthest ends of the law if need be. Misrepresentation in Healthcare really burns me up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

    SCAM!!! It’s very easy to signup but IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. I’ve tried calling and messaging several times and still haven’t heard from anyone. There should be an option for zero stars.

    I am concerned that this business may be running a scam. I have attempted several times to reach an actual person regarding shipment of the medication that has already been paid in full but to no avail. I am a travel nurse and I am changing locations tomorrow and wanted to update my profile in efforts that the medication were to be shipped but it appears that my login to their site is no longer functional and their "Magic Link" as they call it is also not working. I only have an 888 number for customer service that is also provided on the BBB's website. Their recorded message when calling states it is a "virtual service". I have left multiple messages with my name, DOB, & cell number but have heard nothing back from them. I would like to know what recourses may be available. I believe I need to call my credit card company that I utilized when purchasing the "package". The price was well over $600. I also believe after reading other recent reviews that they have ghosted their customers. It would appear that they have taken our money and closed up shop!! I am attempting to warn those who may be considering this SCAM

    I signed up with them almost 8 weeks ago. The first month went fairly seamlessly. I would say the doctors are less than enthusiastic to answer questions and directed to the instructions sent which only addressed 50% of my questions. The second month has been horrible. I filled out a survey so they knew how much medicine to give me. I was stating I was at 20units and wanted to stay. I got what looks to be an automated message stating I should start at 10units for 2 weeks and go up to 20units afterward. The message was the EXACT message I got the first month. So I message my doctor. No response for over a week. Submitted a message to support to say they will address and ensure the doctor responds for next month. The issue is I paid $497 for medicine that I will run out of before the end of the 4 weeks because they called in the wrong amount to get filled.

    ReflexMD is a great company. I previously used Calibrate (a competitor) but they made me jump through so many hoops and never got back to me. ReflexMD was able to walk me through the entire process and are very white glove. I feel great now that I have a great service for my weight loss.
