    I’ve called this manufacturer everyday. Customer service said tech will contact me to assist on troubleshooting the tankless water heater. Waited 3-4 hrs and never reached out to me. I called them again asking why didn’t they return my calls and now the water heater burst. Spoke to customer service again and he said he will mail parts. I said no. I do not know how to change it. I want a new tank. This was 3 days ago and he told me it will get sent in 2 days. Spoke to another customer service yesterday asking where is my tank and requested for tracking number. Lady said the tech needs to submit a ticket to pull the heater. This is when I got livid and said you are not sitting here whole week without hot water. Why are you guys sitting on this? I demanded a quick resolution and all customer service said IT would have to submit a ticket. It’s now Saturday and this all started last week and still no water heater. I think I got scammed from this company. They are giving me the run around. This product only lasted 6 months! Product sucks! Will never ever purchase this nor recommend to anyone but only discourage anyone from ever purchasing this defective unreliable products! Stephanie R.

    I bought Fogatti tankless water heater installed it and the pressure relief valve leaks called service the part is not available at this time so they said it would be at least a week before they could ship a replacement so we have to go a week without any hot water Fogatti should have their business shut down.Michael Musser

    THIS IS A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY, PRODUCT NOT ANY BETTER. I'VE BEEN A MONTH TRYING TO GET AN ERROR ISSUE RESOLVED, I'VE SPOKEN TO FIVE DIFFERENT TECH SUPPORT AND ONE SUPPOSED SUPERVISOR AND STILL I AM OUT OF HOT WATER AGAIN IN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS. YES THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I'VE HAD ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY, I'M HAVING ISSUES WITH THE SECOND TANKLESS HOT WATER UNIT THEY HAVE SENT ME. NO ONE IN A DECISION MAKING POSITION IS EVER AVAILABLE. YOU HAVE TO REPEAT YOUR ISSUE OVER AND OVER AND OVER BECAUSE EVEN THO THEY SAY THEY NOTE EVERYTHING THEY DON'T! I NEED HELP WITH THIS COMPANY! I'VE EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT IT COST ME $500 WITH THE VERY FIRST UNIT DUE TO THERE INCONSISTENCY IN SHIPPING TIME THEY QUOTED ME AND THE UNIT BEING DISCOVERED FAULTY UPON PLUMBER INSTALLATION. THEN WHEN UNIT ARRIVED IT WAS FAULTY AND I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK OR SO FOR A PART THAT THEY SAID WOULD BE OVERNIGHTED. COST ME ANOTHER PLUMBING SERVICE CALL. NOW 5 MONTHS LATER AND THE REPLACEMENT UNIT HAS STOPPED WORKING AND SO FAR IT'S BEEN ALMOST A FULL MONTH TRYING TO GET THEM TO HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE OVER 70, DISABLED AND LIMITED INCOME. NO TIME OR MONEY FOR THIS KIND OF NONSENSE. I WISH SOMEONE COULD HELP US BUT I FEAR WE ARE ALONE IN THIS ISSUE OF IRRESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SAVE YOURSELF HEADACHE AND MONEY. DON'T PURCHASE FROM FOGATTI TANKLESS HOT WATER
