    Need access to customer service agents for questions!! A bot is NOT a replacement. It hangs up on you after delivering some long mindless message. Travelpro luggage has strong positive reviews but it is expensive. They need to provide HUMAN customer service to be called a good business. Im not committing my $$ unless I know I can get a hold of someone BEFORE I order anything. Monos as well as Tumi are way more reliable that way.

    Poor durability and craftsmanship, and warranty is a scam. A rollerboard foot broke off on second use. When I asked for a replacement via warranty, it was "free" with a $26 shipping and handling fee. Obviously, they are just shifting the cost of the item to this fee so they can claim it is "free," so they are deceiving their customers here. The replacement part didn't even work because the screws on the broken foot were installed with a round nut and soft s**** that just stripped when trying to unscrew them. When I asked for a refund of the replacement part, they said there is no refund to give because the part was "free." As another review said, I also posted a 1-star review on their website that was never posted, so they are artificially inflating their ratings.

    After reading these reviews I feel less alone.Two of the wheels on my Maxlite 5 25" fell apart after less than a year. Multiple phone calls (and hold time) and emails later, and many many photos sent, they sent me replacement wheels for a $25 "handling fee."The wheels didn't fit (obviously for the wrong luggage) so I sent more photos and measurements. Today I received an email saying they were for the "updated" style and they didn't have the wheels I needed.But if I send them $50 for another "handling fee" they will send me a new suitcase. Style and color not guaranteed.This has taken weeks of back and forth, and this is the best they can do? No wonder our landfill are overflowing with junk.I am debating just going with another brand.

    I purchased a luggage set from travel pro about 6 weeks before my trip. When the set showed up it was beautiful. But I quickly realized the suitcase wasnt the one I ordered. It was suppose to have an expansion and this one didnt. After receiving a message from the company, after I began the return process, I called for a week and left messages with no reply. I finally managed to get in touch with ******. She told me there was nothing she could do for me on her end. I would need to repurchase the $1200 luggage set and send the other back. My mind was blown that I was expected to drop another $1200 on their mistake. At this point my trip was drawing near and I had no luggage. She then told me I had a week to send it back as their return policy was 30 days. Again I cant believe Im hearing this as they sent me the wrong luggage, and Im not able to get ahold of them for a week to fix this, and now Im being told I may not get my money back? I mentioned this to her and she said Ill put a note on your file. The customer service is lacking at this company. I decided to send back the luggage and go with another company as I had a feeling if something ever happened to my luggage they would be a nightmare to deal with. *** had two suitcases from another company that broke and they sent me new luggage within 48 hours. I will gladly purchase from them again as their customer service is amazing! Even if their luggage always breaks. Also, I left a 1 star review in their website that was never posted. So that also says a lot.

    I purchased a piece of luggage from the company y and the first time I used it the wheel wasnt functioning, I filed a warranty claim as it was within the warranty period. I was told multiple times the claim was approved and the order for a new piece of luggage was placed. I have never received the bag and have given up as I have contacted the company multiple times. To add injury to insult I was charged for shipping for the replacement bag. It is insulting I have to pay for a product that had poor company quality control.

    I purchased a two Travelpro Crew 10 22 Inch Expandable rollaboards from Amazon - one if 2015 and one in 2016. One of the main reasons that I purchase these bags is because they have lifetime warranty ... or so I thought. Recently a zipper on one of the bags stopped working. Naturally I reached out to Travelpro customer support and was told "I apologize for the inconvenience, The bag comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty and they do have an expiration date. Once production stops parts are stored 1-2 years after." This is clearly false and deceptive advertising on their part. They should stop advertising a lifetime warranty if they have not intention of honoring a lifetime warranty.

    We bought the Premium Elite hard side luggage. Four pieces, three medium and one carry-on. Went on two trips. Two of the medium sized bags cracked during our last trip. Sent photos to Travel Pro. After several e-mail exchanges I was told the nearest warranty/repair location was 199 miles away and I need to take them there. So, tell me, just how do you fix a cracked case? Glue it? They offered no assistance in getting the luggage to the warranty/repair center. I ended up throwing the broken cases away and gave the remaining two pieces to Goodwill. Spent $1400 on poorly engineered luggage. You don't attach flexible material to a stationery point and expect it to withstand stress.

    I am experiencing the worst customer service any company could offer. After I sent countless e-mails and chats to get replacement handle and zipper for my luggage under lifetime warranty, after 4 weeks I still do not have nor the zipper nor the handle. I also received an e-mail stating that I am going to get a free replacement luggage as the parts are out of stock, nothing received yet. Today I had a chat with an agent saying the parts are not available and now I have to pay and return my old luggage. I also called an agent today and she told me that based on the photos the handle has no issues... Seriously??? If the handle has no issues why did Travelpro promised free parts and free replacement of my luggage as the parts are not available? How **************** is handling this simple case is outrageous! Why would I send back my suitcase and pay $45 to a company which can not handle a simple repair / replacement claim? A 1 star rating is actually too high for Travelpro.

    I just received my order and the rolling garment bag looks great. I looked for some instructions, or a photo or QR Code to see suggestions for how to use and there isn't anything. I see may ******* videos online but none match my bag. Tried customer service on website and there is basically no customer service. Phone number says no calls. The site mentions an email and online chat option but neither are offered anywhere. How can a company with great products for all these years just decide to not have customer service? I'm deciding whether to return just because I'm so aggravated!

    TravelPro no longer has customer service.We have used ********************** exclusively for our luggage needs for nearly 2 decades. They excelled in quality and in Customer Service.I recently placed an order for luggage. I intentionally ordered directly from the company, anticipating better service rather than going through Amazon or ******, and I believed it is better to directly support the company without paying a third party intermediary. Big Mistake!The order was submitted last week. My payment was processed immediately (of course) and the receipt stated the product would be shipped within 2 business days. Time was of the essence for this order-- I needed to get it to a friend for his upcoming international travel.The product has not shipped. The phone numbers for "customer service" do not work--a bot answers stating "no one is available in customer sevice, goodbye," and I get disconnected each time. If one attempts to inquire online at their web site about shipping or cancellation (if the product is unavailable), the "live chat" states "wait time is over 15 minutes." Several HOURS later, there is still no live chat. There is no direct way to inquire about anticipated shipping updates online, and there is no direct way to inquire about order cancellation online without sending an email. If you send an email with all of the required order information, guess what---a bot simply acknowledges that your "email was received" and no one has yet replied. Something very bad has happened to this company. I wonder if ***************** (the private equity owner) or *********************** (CEO) have any clue as to what has happened to their company.I will be contacting my credit card company to cancel payment and wondering whether to contact the *********************** regarding what seems to have transitioned from a premier company our family has relied upon into a potentially fraudulent business, or at least one that is no longer capable of functioning.
