    This company keeps on charging my credit card over and over again after the payment is made. They are literally stealing money from me and it doesntseem that anybody cares when I call the customer service line. I was told by one girl as long as I pay off my 800 and somethingdollars that Im good And my payments will be all up-to-date by June 19 and Ill have no interest but then I make the payment yesterday that was due and I look and theyre trying to charge my card once again. This isnt the first time its happening. Its multiple times if they do not stop thiswill be legal issue because it is illegal to keep on taking money From peoples credit cards and then telling them that they wont even give a refund luckily it did not go through, but if it wouldve went I wouldve had ********************************************************** when I already paid an agreement that we have and theyre telling that the next payment isnt until May 4, which it should be because it is monthly payments of $346 which I agree to and Im happy to do because Im trying to pay them off before interest hits on 18 but this is preposterous. I need supervisors to stop payment on that card. I will put a different card on file or if I can trust you all stop payment and stop charging my card that would be great if not, then like I said, its going to be a legal issue.

    To Whom it may concern,This letter is to inform you that I recently received a copy of my credit report that your company publishes and after reviewing it I found a number of items on the report that are inaccurate. The accounts in question are listed below. Please send me copies of the documents that you have in your files as of this date that you used to verify the accuracy of the accounts listed ************** Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681g I have the right to demand that you disclose to me all of the documents that you have recorded and retained in your file at the time of this request concerning the accounts that you are reporting in my credit report.     *********** a subsidiary of FlexShopper diligently strives to address customer inquiries or complaints to the customers reasonable satisfaction whenever feasible. We acknowledge the customer's concerns regarding the debt validation and current status of their account.
    Upon investigation it was found that the consumer originated this loan on October 18th, 2022 and a copy of the loan agreement will be attached with the response. *********** has since placed this account with Emergent Servicing for the servicing of the loan in question. On September 26th, 2023 the consumer was emailed an initial notice of the servicing change of the account with the current balance. All balances reported were investigated and verified that they are reported correctly as $776, the initial notice was emailed to the consumer matching the email address theyve provided in the complaint.
    We encourage the consumer to contact Emergent Servicing for assistance and to work out a payment arrangement for their account at **************.

    I purchased a washer machine from Best Buy through a 3rd party called FlexShopper on 2/26/25. I also paid $95 in shipping costs, expecting a delivery within the following week or so. I never received any shipping confirmation emails or tracking numbers from FlexShopper or Best Buy. I contacted ************ and spoke with their tracking team, but was only met with *** delivery times with no tracking number. They mentioned they were in contact with ******* and would provide shipping information as soon as possible. This never happened, and I am still waiting on my washer delivery. I can't even change it to pick up due to the permissions FlexShopper set on my order through BestBuy. Best Buy informed me that my contact information including my email address was never relayed by FlexShopper, and Flex would not allow ******* to upload my email address to receive tracking information. To make matters worse, my delivery charge did not show up on my bill with BestBuy, but I was charged $95 for delivery through FlexShopper. I hope to receive a refund of the $95 from my lease agreement, and adjust the amount of my lease agreement due to not getting my product until extremely late.

According to their records, an attempt was made to deliver the item on March 13th, 2025, but the delivery was unsuccessful due to no response on the provided contact number. ******* has confirmed that the item is now scheduled for delivery on March 27th, 2025.
    Please note that, as the item is being delivered from a local warehouse with a local delivery service, tracking information is not available for this shipment.
    Unfortunately, as FlexShopper does not control the delivery process on behalf of *******, we are unable to offer a refund for shipping costs. There can also be delays if an item is out of stock or backordered at the time the lease agreement was initiated.

    This business has harassed me incessantly. When I make a payment, they update my payment information without my consent and repeatedly withdraw money using that payment method despite being told repeatedly to halt my automatic withdrawals. They made a withdrawal from my account after explicitly stating that they would not do so and I was unable to purchase a motel room for the weekend for my travel nursing job and had to sleep in my car. I have proof of all these facts. In order for me to not file a lawsuit against them, I wish for my balance to be cleared ( their imaginary, rainbow balance) and to never be contacted by them again.

    On 10/31/2024 the consumer was offered a one time settlement offer of $600 to fulfill the lease agreement. The consumer was to repay that settlement in two payments, the first payment was to be made on 10/31/2024 in the amount of $300, with the second to be made on 11/15/2024 in the amount of $300. The first payment was received on 10/31/2024, with the second payment not being received. Per section 11 of the lease agreement the consumers account was deducted 11/16/2024 being as the promise to pay on the settlement agreement was not met.
    As of 3/17/2025 the consumer balance on this account is $253.09 as a remainder of the outstanding settlement offer in order to fulfill the lease agreement.
    We encourage the customer to contact our collections supervisor line at ************** to arrange payment on the outstanding settlement.

    FlexShopper, in addition to being an unscrupulous business, is also a phone spammer. I receive numerous calls a day from various numbers attached to the 256 area code. They are all sourced by FlexShopper. They obviously don't care about the "Do Not Call" list that's supposed to protect consumers from companies like them.

    Flexshopper doesnt perform any telemarketing calls in which the Do Not Call registry that the customer referred to would limit and protect them from receiving in excess. Upon investigation FlexShopper was not able to locate any accounts within our records or a profile with the email and telephone number provided. This investigation included researching within our call system to ensure we check if any calls have been placed to the consumer with the number they provided. We were unable to locate any outgoing call going to *** ********* to the phone number that was provided by the consumer. Without being able to locate a profile in our system for the consumer, we are unable to notate an account as cease contact, being we dont see that the consumer has done any business with FlexShopper previously.

    On February 26th, I paid off my entire balance, and my loan was OFFICIALLY labeled as closed via their own website.A few days later, I suddenly get an attempted charge for $31 which was my weekly payment, and go back on to see the loan REOPENED and I now owe over TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS. So I call customer service admittedly very angry, and after around 30 minutes on hold, I get told the lease was reopened because of a single $31 bank payment that was returned by my bank. I ask how does $31 translate to $220, I'm willing to pay $31 but I just paid off the ENTIRE balance, I refuse to pay $220 for ONE small missed payment. (Which now, they've already charged me another $31 which in all legal fairness should be the end of it.)Not only did the customer service *** keep ***eating "it was reopened" and refuse to tell my why I was being charged an extra $190, but was extremely disrespectful and demeaning, and and at one point actually snickered at me over the phone.I am filing this ***ort as a further attempt to resolve this as I am considering legal action otherwise. I refuse to pay another $190 after the loan agreement was COMPLETED. I believe this is unlawful and incredibly scummy and will be speaking to a lawyer if this can't be resolved.

     Upon investigation of this account in question, the consumers weekly payment that was due 2/28/2025 was in processing as of 2/26/2025. When the consumer went in on 2/26/2025 to pay off the lease the amount reflected was with the payment already be accounted for. That payment returned as insufficient funds and reopened the lease in question as to why the consumer was seeing the additional amount as being still owed.
    FlexShopper has went ahead and verified the closure of this lease and no further obligations from the consumer regarding lease ending in 1930 and that lease is closed.

    For the past several months I would always called them and keep saying to make a certain day for weekly. But they always take money out of my account on various days. I am so sick of it.     So I returned a product purchased on Flexshopper on January 23, 2025. LEASE ID ***********. This product was returned via the *** label that they gave given me. *** label is 1ZY482X09092657040 This item was received from the return company on February 12, 2025. Keep in mind this is a leasing company and returns being delayed can cause a penalty and of me paying them twice. I regret purchasing anything on this website. It is giving me a HUGE HEADACHE AND I might have to go to a small court to report this issue. Attached is the evidence. Someone from the company should contact me so I can get this resolved as soon as possible. If this is NOT RESOLVED, I am going to contact the ********************.
