On 3-21-23 I did a phone reverse lookup with clicksearch for $4.95. After I got the results and realized it wasn't even correct I called ClickSearch and told them their service wasn't even worth the $4.95 and I wanted it canceled. Within a couple of hours I signed into my bank account and they had charged me $4.95 plus $89..85 and I was floored. I have called emailed them over a dozen times and I get the same response "someone will be in touch with you shortly!" Which they never do. Now there isn't even a live person to talk to. I am a single mom and caregiver of my dad whom is an 81 year old ******* vet. It is also his account. they didn't just take $89.95 from me without consent but they ******** our account where I was charged several times from my bank. This is absurd and someone needs to do something about it. They put me, my dad, and my boys in a finacial situation that has made my boys do without. I believe there should be a legal punishment for their company. Justice needs to be done. Thank you *************************** **********

I have made several requests of Click Search to delete my information and my husband's information from their public data search site. They have not responded. I hired a privacy company to have our data deleted, but Click Search refuses to honor their request. My husband, a clinical psychologist, has recently been threatened by an unstable patient. It is imperative that we remove our personal data from sites such as Click Search. My understanding is that legally we have the right to request removal of our information. Please help us

Date of transaction 03/26/2023 Amount I agreed to. $****. Amount they charged me $224.38 I went online to search for my friends lost phone. I found clicksearch and they offered a **** three day trial to search for a phone. They came up with an owner of the phone, which was incorrect. I clicked on the actual phone search button which didn't work. They sent me a pdf of the supposed name of owner. At no time did they notify me that there would be charges for clicking on any other buttons. Within minutes of my paying for the **** trial they put 3 more charges on my card. I inquired about it that same night and they responded with the following. You signed up for Clicksearch for a Phone search cost $**** and for the following subscriptions: $59.85 - PDF Download $89.85 - People Search $69.63 - Enhance Phone locator If you have other questions, just let us know and we will be happy to help.I demanded a refund and informed them that I did not authorize those charges. On 2/22/23 I requested Click search to perform a phone tracker as I had lost my phone. The Clicksearch ad indicated the charge was .95 cents. for the service along with free 3 day subscription & if I cancelled within the 3 days I would not be charged. I agreed to the .95 cents tracking charge & sent an email on 2/22/23 cancelling the subscription. I checked my bank & was charged $69.63, $9.95 plus the .95 cents on 2/22/23. I received an email from Clicksearch on 2/22/23 confirming receipt of my cancellation request & that I would not be charged but in fact I had already been charged. I contacted Clicksearch requesting immediate reimbursement & was told their billing **** would respond which they have not reimbursed me to date. I've called them at least 5 times with no reimbursement to date. Today I received an email indicating I had been provided the services so no reimbursement will be issued. I never requested a background check only a 1x tracker my phone.I am requesting reimbursement of the $69.63 & $9.95 charges as I live on social security income only & this has been a hardship on me. I've had to pass up on some medicines due to their charging my card without my permission.

I made a purchase o. 2/5/23 of 99 cents. I was then charged 4 more times. Almost $300 in total. I contacted customer support the next day and was promised a full refund. It has been a month and a half. Countless emails and phone calls. I'm told I will be issued a refund and someone from billing will contact me. Yet either has actually happened.

After further review of your complaint, we were able to determine that you performed a phone search and was provided a notification that a detailed downloadable pdf report was available on the number searched that provided more information, persons name, aderess, etc..  You purchased the report for $59.85 and received the report via email.    From the persons report, you purchase a full comprehensive report which provided additional information regarding the persons background.  You purchased this report for $86.87.  Your were billed the premium person subscription, however, in good faith, we refunded you the $89.85.  Per our terms of service/refund policy, you are not eligible for a refund as you agreed and purchased both reports. Also, since you cancelled within the 3 day trial period, a cancellation fee of $9.95 was imposed, however, we have refunded that also.  Your account has since been cancelled and no further billing will occur.  For further information regarding our terms of service, please visit the website here: ****************************************
