I cancelled it the same day I that I started the free trial because it wasnt what I thought it would be. The same day I signed up for it they charged me 5 times once for the .95 and 3 charges for ***** and one charge for *****

      I have been waiting since the 24th of February I was told numerous times in the same email by the same person and other people that I would have my refund they charged me $89, $69, $9.95,$.95 also they don't show the $89 charge on their website and or the employee has not mentioned it to me yet I have all the emails I have all the screenshots and I will be going further with this

      Yes someone had got my bank information and used it for something to do with clicksearch and I have sent numerous emails to clicksearch they have told me that my money shows that it has been refunded but I still havent received my 175 dollars back yet and its been over a month and now they will not answer my phone calls at all anymore I just want my money back

      As can be seen from all of the other reviews and complaints, this company is stealing money from unsuspecting customers. I paid for the 95 cent 3 day trial and then proceeded to trial the service I paid for. I used my daughters phone number to see if it worked as claimed in order to determine if I wanted to continue past the 95 cent 3 day trial. When I searched my daughters phone number it asked me to authorize more money to see the results. I said no wayI was under the impression I paid 95 cents for a 3 day trial. And then I was asked for more money? No way. So I did not attempt to see the search results. I then emailed and asked for my trial subscription to be cancelled. I then checked my bank account and saw that I was charged $69.93 AND $10.95 on top of the 95 cents. These charges were NEVER authorized by me. I emailed and called and was told the $69.93 charge was for the search on my daughters number (even though I used it during the 95 cent trial and never actually opened the search results) and the $10.95 was for an early termination fee of my 95 cent 3 day trial. This is nothing but a scam. I asked them to keep the 95 cents but refund the $69.93 and $10.95 that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE to be charged and they said no. I responded again that these charges were not authorized and to issue me a refund and nobody ever responded. This is the epitome of unethical behavior. I wish I had looked at all the reviews and complaints before I gave these evil scammers my debit card information. I need to be refunded but have zero confidence they will do the ethical and right thing. This makes me disgusted. They literally stole my money that was for groceries for my children. I authorized a 95 cent charge and NOTHING MORE.

      Since June of 2022 I have been submitting opt/out requests to clicksearch.** and their other company they run, herosearches.com. Both sites advertise and give a consumer the right to opt out of their information from being shown. I have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls over the last 9 months begging for them to remove my private information. Through email and phone conversations they just repeat the same lines saying that they will submit the information for removal from their website or that they will escalate it to their supervisors or developers. Nine months later both websites have failed to honor my request. Due to the nature of my employment, having my name and address displayed on these websites puts me and my family and young child in grave danger. This is why it is extremely important that I have my opt out honored and my information removed. I would also like to state that I personally went to the herosearches.com address that they have listed on their website and also with you, The Better Business Bureau. I came to find that this company does not exist at **************************************************************************** as they state. I also inquired with someone at the front desk of the building and they affirmed that no such business exists in that building. I have done everything possible and have given an enormous amount of time to resolve this with this company. I'm requesting *************************** at ************************************************************** be removed. Below are the four links showing this information. I also attached one of my recent emails showing my repeated requests and their promise to remove my information. I was issued request # *****, also # ******.       I am rejecting this response because: Even though they have removed some of my private information from the links I've sent, I keep finding additional links that are still showing my private information.  I have found 2 more links on herosearches.com website and 4 more on clicksearch.us that are showing the same private information.  I have attached a word document with the links provided and I will provide them below.  Besides removing my private information on these additional links I'm providing, the company needs to ensure that I'm FULLY REMOVED FROM THEIR WEBSITES as per my opt out request.  Not just certain pages.  I should not be finding additional pages with my information still on it if I'm fully opt out.  All references to ************************* or *************************** on *********** *************, ** needs to be removed.

      We reviewed your purchases and were able to determine that you performed a phone search and was provided a notification that you can purchase the address of the phone location that you searched.  In order to purchase these reports, you were presented with a popup with a checkbox advising of the additional $63.63 fee's associated with the service. You also purchased a premium person search for $89.85.       Checkin with Click Search about marital status of an individual, which the advertized a part of the fee in the search. They said a first time inquiry would cost $.95, buuuut there where 2 other charges on my credit card that i didn't approve be***es the $.95 which are $9.95 and $69.63. When i called about charges and misrepresentation of their services. They *** the donot check marital status. I told them before i entered information I checked what they supplied and that was on the ad. I called on Jan 6 2023 requesting credits for all charges due to misreputation and charges I didn't OK. They said I would receive credi 1 to 5 days.. Never received credi. As of March 2 I have not recieved any credit fro Click Search. The total of refund should be $80.53. It is not my problem they do not refresh their ads to what info they can provide to the public.
