DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company is the worst and I never write a bad review!! A ONE star rating is ONE STAR too many. I scheduled a move from Medicine Lodge, KS to Mountain Home, AR with pickup on 6/26/2023 and delivery 6/28/2023. We were contacted on 6/25/2023 to see if they could begin loading early and we agreed. They showed up at 2:00pm but did not begin the move until approximately 2:45pm and finished at 12:10am. We were not told beforehand that payment was expected when they finished loading. There was a significant difference between the estimate and the actual amount, but we had added some additional items. I did ask the driver to clarify the numbers on the bill of lading as they were difficult to read. Additionally, we were charged $350.00 for a riding lawn mower handling fee, but my husband drove the mower on and off the truck and a $250.00 tool chest handling fee. Neither of these fees were disclosed on the estimate, even though we informed ****** of them. The following day, 6/26/2023, I double checked the charges on the bill of lading, and we were overcharged $630.00. Upon delivery, the same driver demanded we pay prior to them unloading. We did have damage to some items, but at this point, we will deal with that. We contacted ****** at Old School Moving and were told to go ahead and pay the wrong amount and we would be refunded. To date, despite numerous emails and phone calls (all unresponded to) we have yet to be refunded.Review from Carlos M D

The experience with this company has been very disastrous. First, I was quoted a price over the phone and via FaceTime. I was also assured, because of the proximity, that my pick up and delivery would be within 3 business days. The day of the scheduled pickup, I was given a time frame between 10a to 2p. At approximately 930am, I received a call that the time frame was closer to 330p. At approximately 2pm, I received a third call, that the pick up would be at 7pm. Finally upon arrival, the leader of the group informed me that the price would be adjusted because of the amount of furniture, since I had already paid 30% to secure the order, I was basically stuck. The new price was $2600 above the quoted price.! Because of the late arrival, the movers were unable to finish the job. They returned the following morning. Everything was going well, when towards the end of the job, I noticed the truck had pulled away and leaving one of the crew members behind, asking him what happened, he informed me that the truck was full and they had to transfer items to another truck. By the time they returned, it was past 6pm. The nightmare was just beginning. The lead mover kept reassuring me that everything was going to be okay. The following day, I contacted the company for a status of the delivery. I was met with a very condescending person who quickly responded that by law they had 21 days to deliver my order. Frustrated, I requested to speak with a supervisor who was somewhat better but was not able to provide any update. I have attempted to contact the original person who took my order but she doesnt respond to my calls. I have also placed multiple calls to the company. At this time I am at their mercy. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

They didnt want to do the moving once they got to my house and just left. Never came back and are still charging us for a move we never did.
