      I purchased 6 pictures from Inspire Uplift for $44.00. The same day I received the following email:"Hello, we have received your order. Due to an error on our side in the product listing, your purchase order will only allow you to choose 1 of those 6 pictures. If you still want to purchase, please let us know which of the 6 images you choose. Thank you very much !"I responded that I would like a refund, and I got no response. I tried to contact customer support and started texting with a "customer support" person. They tried to tell me I only purchased one picture, but the site clearly showed 6 pictures as part of the purchase. I gave up after the "service agent" insisted that I only purchased one picture. The agent seemed to know what the problem was before I even said what was wrong which tells me they know the scam they are running. Why would the email state, "due to an error on our side" if the product description was correct. If this complaint goes through can someone from the BBB contact me so I know what happens with this?

      I purchased a product from Inspire Uplift on their website as a gift for my wife. Upon her opening the package and plugging in the product (it is an illuminated sign), we discovered that it is substantially less bright than it appears on the company's website. I contacted the company and they asked me to contact the seller on their site. I told them that the contact seller link requires me to sign in, and their sign-in function doesn't work (not sure if I even have an account on their site or if I checked out as a guest). I just want to return the product and get a refund. It is advertised falsely on their website.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I am not going to be back in Ohio until the end of March as I am travelling for business.  I have already packed up the sign in preparation for sending it back.  I just want to get it returned and be done with this transaction.  I've spent too much time fighting with this company about returning a product that is falsely advertised.

      On 1/14/24 I ordered a sweatshirt from InspireUplift.com/shop/dayshirt. On the site it gives a ******* address. After not receiving the item within the specified time they gave, I contacted ********************************** to inquire about it. I then heard from ************ who gave me a tracking number that showed the item was actually coming from ***** (the website said nothing about it coming from there). As the item was ordered for a special event and didn't arrive in time, I contacted them to cancel the order and I requested a refund. I got a form response from ********************** who ignored my request and sent me the tracking number again. She said the ******* address was their headquarters. I exchanged several emails with her without her acknowledging any of my requests/questions. I tried to Message Seller but there was no response. I received the package 1/31/24 and the return address is from: Cell, *********************************************************************. I never saw, nor did **** or ********* ever mention, this address. I have tried unsuccessfully to get a refund but they always ignore my request. I have not opened the package and want to refuse delivery of it (which I mentioned to them several times). I have all the emails I can forward to you showing their responses. This is a rip-off scammer company.

By the time you wanted to cancel the order, it was already in transit and on its way to you.

      I am rejecting this response because: When I placed the order it said on the website 5-7 days delivery and only had a ******* address, leading me (and any other customers) to believe the package was coming from there. Also, I never did receive an arrival date until after the time I should have received it had passed and I sent an email asking about it. That's when **** replied and I then discovered it was coming from *****, not *******. Even though you said it was too late to ask for a refund as the package was in transit, it was past the time it should have arrived. I ordered the product for a special event, however due to their inappropriate business practices and lies, the item did not arrive as specified. Very shady business practice. Now the website has removed the 5-7 day delivery timeframe info. When the package did arrive, it came from a ********** address--the same state I live in. It should have arrived in plenty of time and all this would have been avoided. ******* keeps dancing around saying they have locations in several places. Then why didn't the website say it was coming from *****? I never would have ordered it. I would like to return the unopened package and get a refund, but don't know where to send it, so can you tell me where? *******? **********? *****? I tried several times to Message Seller by chat (the only way possible) and wouldn't get a response until 1:00 AM. What kind of customer service does that? Also, I would like to see something that states their delivery times and letting the customer know when they're ordering where the product is coming from. I will return the unopened package and request a refund.

      Ordered sandals from Staywell, a company on Inspire Uplift website on 12/18. Took 2 weeks to get them which I find too long. When you are ordering from within *** it shouldn't take this long. The order # ******* for $36.01 I am retired on a fixed income, so that money is a lot to me. Anyway, the sandals were lightweight and seemed comfortable when you stood. The problem was when you walked in them my feet slid to the front because the bed of sandal was so slippery that my toes hung over. I tried putting different removable foot pads in them so my feet wouldn't slide, but nothing helped. They are flat sandals, no heel. Feet should not slide this much. I contacted ******** and they made me take pictures of sandals and send to them to make sure I had received the size I ordered. They said that was the right size and they did nothing else. The size is correct but has nothing to do with the problem. Then I sent message to Insure Uplift and heard nothing back. Terrible customer service. All I did was wear a few minutes inside my house on carpeting. I can't wear them like this and they are no good to me. I don't trust either company at all! Both just a scam as far as I am concerned. Even if I paid to ship back I bet I would see no reimbursement even if they said they would.

      I am rejecting this response because: you are not and HAVE  NOT addressed the problem with this product. All you keep saying is you sent me the correct size. The problem is with the quality of the product. I can't wear them because they are too wide, you can't adjust them and my feet slide so far forward that my toes hang way over the front because of how wide and slippery the bed of the sandals are!!! Horrible sandals and I would like my money back!

      This company doesn't even address the actual problem I had with the sandals. They just keep saying they sent the correct size and that's all they think that is required. They don't care whether the customer is happy with the product or not or whether they fit right or not. Since they obviously have no intention of letting me send back the sandals and give me any money back then I will gladly be writing a very bad review online and will take great pleasure in doing so!! They are crooks as far as I am concerned.

      I ordered a pair of size 7 boots, I got a confirmation email for the order of size 7 boots. They sent me size 6.5 ( the bottom of the boot has a 38 stamped in it which corresponds to size 6.5 on their website, a size 7 is a 39). They have refused to issue a refund even after I sent a picture of the size stamped on the bottom of the boot. They are giving me the run around, it takes 2 days for them to respond to any email and now they want me to send a picture of me measuring the boot. I just want a full refund because they did not send me what I ordered. I have been requesting a refund for 3 weeks.

      I found a rare, hard to find item on their website that I wanted to purchase for my daughter as a gift. I placed the order on their website and got an email confirmation with an order number. With the holidays I figured it would take a bit of time, but the sellers page and the website both confirmed a shipping update would be received within 1-3 business days after the order was received. On day 4 I had no update so I tried to go to the Sellers page to contact them for a status but I got a 404 error that the seller page was unavailable so I contacted customer service. Their 24/7 Webchat and phone number were not available though when I attempted both avenues so I emailed them. They again told me to contact the seller. I went through my PayPal to file a claim so I could get help. A day or two later the sellers page was available and they provided a tracking number. The tracking number was with AfterShip which was not one of the shipping providers advertised on the sellers page. Still I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited and waited. To this day the tracking label only shows information received. I emailed the website through PayPal and my personal email requesting their assistance in a refund as I clearly was not going to get this item. The websites response so far has to be simply follow up with the seller which is not helpful or working for me. Hopefully PayPal will help me get my refund. This site and sellers are clearly scamming people- no one answers the phone. Its shady and unethical and they need to be shut down.

      I ordered a pair of shoes that were a $103.91 as a gift for someone and never received them. I contacted the seller and the response I got was that they would be there within 20 business days. The tracking number that I was provided with is not recognized by the **** or any other shipping company in the US. Every time I call I am on hold for over 20 mins with no response. This is clearly a scam and I would like my money back.
