            i was charge for fees that was not show on the website, as well as they rent me a car that had damages and been a car wreck, the left side bumper and fender was hanging and you can see where someone hade try to glue the bumper and fender back, the right passenger side in the car someone had pulled the carpet off the side, the front right side tire was balled there was scratches all over the car on both sides, the windshield wipers the rubber was torn off the blades, the gas lied did not close.

            The agent at Easirent in ***** insisted I had to prove I had more than CDW insurance. My credit card covered that. Since I didn't bring my insurance papers with me, I called my insurance agent. She didn't answer so I left a message. I ended up having to purchase their insurance for $171 for the week since I had no other option. As I was walking to my car my insurance agent returned my call so I went back in and told Easirent my insurance could confirm I had full coverage and send them anything needed to prove it. The agent at Easirent said he would reverse $157 of the charge now and I would get the rest from some airport agency and I would get an email shortly confirming this. When I hadn't received an email I called and talked to another agent who said he saw my reversal in the system and I didn't have o worry. I never got the credit and had my credit card company try to get it. Easirent refused. NO ONE should do business with this dishonest company!!!
