      Do not rent from Easirent Rental Car. Upon return, I was informed that a $150 charge would be applied due to the tire pressure warning light being activated despite no evidence of damage or misuse no flat tire, nothing. The representative then offered to reduce the fee to $75, which felt arbitrary and unsubstantiated. After reviewing other customer experiences, it appears this type of charge is a recurring pattern for Easirent. I recommend you stay away from these scam artist!!! They obviously have their cars rigged because everybody that rents from them can't have low tire pressure with no visible damage. STAY AWAY!!

      My overall experience with this business was terrible. I had a reservation scheduled for 12:00 p.m., but I didnt leave with a vehicle until after 2:00 p.m. because they were out of cars. When I finally received one, all they managed to do was wash the outsideinside cleaning and proper maintenance checks clearly werent done.The way this company operates is highly questionable. They allow people to book reservations online and take payments, even when they dont actually have vehicles available. Customers are then forced to wait up to 10 business daysor longer, depending on their bankto get their money refunded. Meanwhile, employees both in person and over the phone are extremely rude. I personally experienced this and also witnessed other customers being treated the same way.There are many hidden fees as well. When I booked online, I was quoted a keys out the door price, but in reality, I had to pay an additional $500$600 in surprise charges. On top of that, they booked the wrong return time for my rental. When I called to address it, the employee I spoke to (who claimed her name was ***, though I highly doubt thats true) refused to provide an employee ID number and was completely unprofessional.Even worse, if you cannot return the car exactly on time, they will threaten to call the police and accuse you of stealing their vehicle. I witnessed this happen to someone else and experienced it myself. That is unacceptable and intimidating behavior for any *********** make matters worse, their customer service is unhelpful and difficult to communicate with. They are not affiliated with the BBB, which makes it even harder to hold them accountable. But I will continue to file complaints with every possible agency because this company is taking advantage of people in urgent situations, scamming them with hidden fees, and treating customers with complete disrespect.I will never rent from them again and strongly advise others to stay away.

      ***Do not rent from this company!! They are scammers and robbing so many people of their money. So disappointing - stay away!! On May 5th, my wife and I rented a sedan (I won't go into the details of how unprofessional and sketchy that process was, but we immediately questioned whether the company was legit or not from the start). When I returned the car on May 8th, I asked the attendant if she needed to inspect the vehicle. She walked outside with me, told me everything was good and I signed off that there were no damages. She got in the vehicle and drove off. A week later, our $250 damage deposit was refunded to our card. Then, a month later, we received an email from Rockport Auto Claims, saying that we damaged the front grill of the rental car, and we owe $7,000 to repair the vehicle and to cover loss of use and admin time. They also reported a claim to our auto insurance company without our consent. We have been spending months fighting this claim, and they are showing forged documents that we signed off that we acknowledged we returned the car damaged. We did not cause any damages! The worst part is, after reading other reviews, it looks like this has happened to multiple other people. STAY AWAY!!!

      This business does not deserve even a one-star rating. When picking up the vehicle on September 17, 2025, there were many unexpected and additional charges, including a $250 deposit that was to have been returned to me when the car was returned. When returning the vehicle on September 24, 2025, I was told that the system was down. I was assured at that time that my deposit would be refunded to me, but the employee, who was not wearing a name tag, refused to write and sign a statement to that effect or give me his name. He also refused to allow me to videotape his refusal. While writing this review, he must have thought I was videotaping him without his permission, because he told me that to do so is in violation of Florida law. I replied I was not videotaping him and that I would verify what he said about Florida law concerning videotaping. He said that I should be careful or he would take my cell phone away. I replied that he would absolutely not take my cell phone away and then again asked him his name. He looked away and did not answer.

      My experience with them was not pleasant. I booked them through expedia and they charged me an "out of state" fee and "unlimied mileage" fee. Which is standar for locals apparently. They are a misleading company and I will never book with them or recomend anyone else to either.

      If you or someone you know is considering using Easirent for car rental, RUN LIKE THE WIND to a different company! The expression, "Caveat Emptor" ("Buyer Beware") definitely applies to this company. Even though I returned my rental car (RSW Airport) before the 24-hours, the attendant behind the desk was expressionless. And, as I was there, in person, I told the front desk person that I was not in need of another day's car rental. He still charged me an extra day when he could see I didn't need it (as I'd stated several times). These people demonstrate dishonest business practices, zero quality customer service standards, no ethics, and manipulative practices designed to extract more money from people. To see a business of this size with such unethical and predatory practices, along with amateurish and unprofessional conduct, reflects a severe lack of competence and customer care.

      ***** this company at all costs. Car broke down 45min into trip. Called but no customer service after 9pm (they decided to go home early). Forced to take an **** to local hotel. It has been nearly two weeks and they have not refunded anything and no communication even after I emailed corporate manager ****** ******* (no way to call corporate). Local manger Jaden ****** seems to be attempting to help but without resolution, who knows.Horrendous experience and even worse professionalism. Do anything you can to avoid this company.

      I would give Easirent minus 5 stars if possible! We recently flew to *********** then took the shuttle to the rental center. Easirent NOT located there. We had to wait 30 minutes for their van. The rental center was about a 15 minute ride away It was located in a warehouse building it took almost 2 hours to get waited on. Then I was told I was at the wrong location and my rental was at Love airport. They didnt even tell me that the Easirent location at ********** wasnt at the airport. So we Ubered to Love airport then had to wait 30 minutes for the Easirent van!! If they wouldve told us that the Easirent at ********** wasnt at the airport we couldve taken the **** to that location. It was FOUR HOURS after we got our luggage before we finally got our car rental! To say Easirent ***** is an understatement!! I will NEVER use Easirent again!! So many of the customers at the *** location were upset with Easirent . Save yourself the trouble and dont use them!!

      Can I leave a "0" star?? We prepaid our car reservation 2 weeks before our trip. Arrived at the airport, waited for 45 minutes for the shuttle. Called them, and was told they won't be picking us up - they have no cars, and about 20 others couldn't get them either. Offered us NO solution. Ended up with the last car in the airport to the tune of $570 MORE than what we were going to pay. This was May 8th. 2 months later we still have NO resolution, not even our original money back.

      I understand there are problems with any business, but this one is awful. 0 customer support. Management on any level are evidently trained to never talk to a customer or fix any problem. Rented a car for 7 days it broke down within an hour. Wrecker came and picked it up the following morning. No replacement no refund and now here it is and they are constantly trying to charge erroneous charges. Run far from this place.
