Buyers beware!During Black Friday, I ordered online a ******* refrigerator that they promised would be delivered by December because the sake was tagged as end of the year clearance as of today I have not received the refrigerator . Every time I called Brandsmart to inquire about the status of my refrigerator delivery I was given the run around and told flat out lies.First, they told me my refrigerator is will be delivered in a week. Then they told me the refrigerator is out for delivery, but It never came .I called them the next day , they said the truck from the delivery company broke down (12-11-2023)I couldnt go out to work or make no many that day waiting on brandsmart at home for schedule delivery .And then they tried to convince me to choose a different refrigerator at a lower standard .Why would I do that when I clearly chose the refrigerator I wanted already paid for it! And I already missed out on other company Black Friday sales because I choose brandsmart.This leads me to believe that Brandsmart is selling products that they do not have in stock .Or that they had my refrigerator but decided to sell it to someone else.Either way, this entire process has been very disappointing and frustrating. Because I have paid interest on my credit cards since November 6 that brandsmart took my money for an item they dont have .And to add insult to injury, their customer service reps are very rude and impatient with customers like me that have spent good money and has waiting for 2 months for the item I purchased to be delivered. Now the refrigerator is double the price.Save yourself the time and the headache buy, go directly to Best Buy to get your electronic because Brandsmart will leave you hanging for months and then give you attitude when you follow up on the item you purchased months ago that you never received.I will post this all over internet because I felt used by brandsmart and the rude web team.(******* in particular)BrandsMart USA

Need service? Don't buy from Brands Mart .It took 2 Days to get an answer but I was on hold for 20 mins,They take the money and run is their policy I recommend any place but Brands Mart they will never see me againBrandsMart USA

I bought a refrigerator a Frigidaire on December 13th 2022 only to have it delivered by two men who did not hook up my ice maker or water dispenser but charged me $20 for a 7 ft water line that was never used or given to me they also ruined my wood floors by dragging water from my old refrigerator across my floors & if I didn't stop them they would have just kept going I had to get a whole bunch of towels to soak up the water and when they were offloading the refrigerator I heard a loud bang and I believe it may have been the refrigerator that fell but I was inside at the time because the refrigerator makes a very loud noise because something is wrong with it about every 12 hours wakes me up out of my sleep very disturbing and loud, I have called the store that I purchased the item from I have spoken to ******* which is the appliance manager and he told me someone was going to get back to me within two to three business days it's been much longer than that nobody's contacted me I contacted the corporate office also and have gotten nowhere everyone tells me they're going to return my calls I also spoke to ******* who is supposedly one of the store managers at the sunrise location I have been given the runaround and I want a refund I don't want this broken refrigerator, I want my money back and I want them to come pick it up, it's a nuisance and if someone doesn't contact me, I'll contact the news channel and we can take that route instead.BrandsMart USA

Its only good when youre buying. Once they have your money no more customer service. We lost our whole refrigerator full of food before Christmas. Still have not received the refrigerator or any follow up calls on delivery status.BrandsMart USA

We initially called Brandsmart service in November about dishwasher not heating water properly. Three visits, parts etc etc I have now gone through both a horrible Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday with a useless dishwasher. I have been buying appliances and other goods from Brandsmart for the past 3 decades and this can not continue. Hopefully, the Service rep if she calls me back will see the wickedness of this type of customer service and have a DIFFERENT tech stop by and fix this without charge, or credit us with everything ewe spent towards a new dishwasher . This company will not stay in business with this low level of service.BrandsMart USA

I purchased a washer and dryer. When I purchased it, the salesperson was eager to help. It was thorough and quick. The delivery was an absolute disaster. My time was changed by the delivery team twice and I was notified. It was then changed a third time and no one bothered to advise me. I contacted the store and no one really wanted to help, one salesman even hung the phone up on me. I didnt get help from the salesman until I told them I was going to cancel the order.BrandsMart USA

Purchased a 75in ********** on 11/22/22 did not received until 12/3 after scheduled delivery was 11/26. an installed on the wall with all connection wires showing installer said something about he couldn't break the wall to hide wires, after a few days not even a week TV screen goes dark or black for about 2seconds after being on for about an hour and continues timing out throughout any programming while watching. There is 3 other TV's in the house all **** and relatively new within the past 2 years never have that issue. Tried contacting Brandsmart store at Dania Pt all I get is someone is going to call you back or reschedule for a past 2 to 3 weeks. Needless to say no one has reach out to try and resolve my issue don't know if its because i brought the tv through brandsmart leasing and they are for stalling for the 30day return to expire. I am not able to just remove from the wall and just take it back which would solve everything.BrandsMart USA

got a refrigerator that makes a terrible screaching noise 80% of the time. after about 2 hous of holds and transfers brandsmart scheduled a tech to look at it. the tech couldn't fix it said it should be exchanged or returned because just bought it. since then hours of holds and transfers. ******* says i need to do something different to begin that process but that it's a different department. also, no one seems to know what it means to finally get someone on the phone when you've been holding 40 minutes then put back on hold...BrandsMart USA

Went there today. The salesman, ********, made me wait an hour because the manager was out for lunch. When the manager came back, he insisted he had to consult with him before he could sell me the gas range at the price they had ANNOUNCED IN THE ADD., which included transportation. AFter he consulted with his boss, he told me it was impossible to sell me the stove at the price it was announced.IT WAS A FRAUDULENT ADD.BrandsMart USA
