      Youre a scam. The size charts to your items are so inaccurate by 3-5in which is significant! You charge for embroidering and when someone returns you dont refund the embroidering, the product is kept and probably resold and charge the next person for the embroidering when its already completed and if it doesnt fit them then they return it and your process continues to scam for that charge. You need to get accurate sizes on all of your products. Worst uniform company *** encountered.

      We ordered a set of scrubs for our daughters first job. It was 32 dollars at checkout. We placed the order and they charged us 49 dollars. Called right away and were told they cannot cancel it, we would have to return it when received. They sent us a free return shipping label and returned us 42 dollars. We paid 7 dollars for them to overcharge us. Now Im out 7 bucks and they continue to run this scam.

      Only given a star cause i had to. I am very disappointed with Uniform Advantage at this time. I purchased 4 pair of pants when they arrived they weren't what I expected in material I returned them at my own cost for an exchange. They received my package signed by (*******) I've talked with customer service twice with a different answer each time...I sent the exchange form with the returned order so im trying to figure out what the problem is. I just believe they want everyone to use their return label so they can charge you a fee for a partial refund which i disagree with. The website tells you exactly what to do with a return/exchange and it's still problems.

      Shoppers beware: Do not order from this company!! I had to give at least 1 star to submit this review. Placed an order and they emailed me saying they need me to fax or email a copy of my drivers license or passport before they will complete my order processing or ship although my bank was processing the payment!!! With these times of hackers on the internet, I refuse to send an online retail company a copy my personal documents!! Ridiculous! Never in my life have I ever had a retail ask for that! Dont waste your time with them. ***************?? Questionable!

      Terrible customer service. Order was lost, replacement order incorrect. Absolute waste of time and money. Will never order from this place again.

      ********** customer service. Outrightly stole ****** for an item of clothing we never received an they wont refund or acknowledge it. Took 9 weeks and several calls to even get that. Absolutely suggest utilizing one of the many other companies that facilitate clothing sales and embroidery. Dr. **** ********

      I ordered 3 scrubs tops 10/3/2024 for breast cancer awareness. One because I am a survivor and I keep getting the run. Around I just want a refund they won't give it to me until it's been delivered. That makes no sense that's why I have been calling twice. Because I haven't received it at all one told I would get. It this past Monday. Today someone told me I will get it this Friday I just want my money back. I will never ever order scrubs from this company again..

      the product itself was ok. the whole embroidery process was an absolute nightmare, I placed an order for almost $1000 worth of scrubs and they didn't even embroider all the shirts. Then they wanted me to send them all back and replace order - I have already spend enough time with this order. You get what you pay for,bottom line,

      I was charged for $29 on shipping for a package to arrive within 2-3 days. I put my order in on Oct 7th 2024 and I just received an email that it will not arrive until the 16th of October. Terrible. I would like a refund!
