I brought $104 worth of shoes, allegedly, when I tried to locate my tracking number it was a bogus phone number, no one has reached back out to me as of yet. I need my money. On or around 3/4/2025 I purchased a pair of pants over the phone. once i completed my order over the phone, the representative asked if i wanted to join the rewards program. i was concerned about the cost of shipping, $14.99. She said if i took the rewards program and cancelled within 30 days that i would get a full refund of the shipping cost. I cancelled the rewards program on 3/18/2025. I called today to find out about my refund. I was told that i have to file a claim form. this was never explained when i agreed to take the reward program. it was explained to me that then i would get a rebate to purchase more merchandise. they misrepresented their offer and weren't honest with me. The fee was $14.99. there was no mention of a rebate. they said "refund" so they mislead me. I do not want a rebate.

Somehow I accidently signed up for their rewards program and it charges me ***** a month. I am fairly savvy at making sure I do not sign up for these types of things so I feel like they make it easy to accidently sign up. I have contacted them and have had no replay. Website labeled a Coldwater Creek whom I have shopped with before. Prices were Very Low- items appeared to be On Sale. Different Name for Company appears on Payment Notice: niebaric Also OCOCAYEE Next Day we received bank statement for 2 transactions: $20.52 $20.44 I emailed '*******' as requested thinking it was a Double Posting in error requesting a Correction or a refund but got an Evasive answer. No refund or legitimate explanation given- I was told I would have to cancel the fees (?) & then 'take my chances' when I mentioned calling BBB.Note: None of the communications after placing my order said Coldwater Creek. Names used were those above only. With the order not being placed directly through ****************************** we have no record of an order with our company. I agree that the Problem probably was caused by What I Thought was a Legitimate Website. My complaint is that it was Not Identified Accurately after the initial page- not until I had looked at several more pages, picked out an item & placed an order. The intervening web pages DID NOT indicate that this was Not Coldwater Creek.
I believe this is a Scam & would like to Alert Others to Beware!

To Coldwater Creek: On 3/2/25 I bought a pair of your pants for $100. Nice pants, nice fabric and style. But why are they too big? I ordered my size and the pants I received are like 2 to 3 times too big. Your sizing is way off. I paid $14.99 for the shipping. I must return the pants because I cant wear them. Now I have to pay more shipping, $10.99 to return the pants. I would have kept the pants if they fit. In total I incurred $25 in shipping chargesI feel that this is some kind of scam and way too money for shipping charges that you are racking-up and keeping. You are a womens clothing company, isnt enough that women get ripped-off already with the price of bras and underwear? The *********************************** has free shipping, ******************** have free shipping, even ******* has free shipping options. Your shipping costs are outrageous, its like I am paying $25 just to try on your pants. You get $25 and I get nothing. Coldwater Creek advertises aggressively, I get catalogues from you when I never asked for your catalogue or ever ordered from you before. You advertise aggressively on ******** and other social media outlets. If your plan is to rip-people-off you have successed, because I feel so ripped off. We do offer a Rapid Exchange option where you can exchange the same item for a different size and those fees don't apply. I am rejecting this response because: The response from Coldwater Creek does not address the unfairness that I am out $35 in shipping fees for a pair of pants that was two to three size too big. It seems like a scam, poor sizing equals more returns and Coldwater Creek racks-up a lot of fees for shipping. I know what the return policy is. I was hoping Coldwater Creek would see that their shipping fees are outrageous compared with other "high-end clothiers." Buyer/Beware with this company. It cost $35 to try on a pair of pants is what it boils down to. I still was $35 back for goodwill.

Transaction Dates: 1/23/2025 (2 orders) and 2/10/2025 After canceling an order, I was advised to resubmit it online. First order was never canceled (Order #********) resulting in my receiving two duplicate orders. I have called at least 8 or 9 times, was advised as to what to do to get a refund, advised the return fees would be waived (since they never canceled the first order when they told me they had). I have not received the refund for shipping, which they insisted had to be done in two separate orders (total of $19.90) nor did I receive anything for one of the returned items (total $32.27), I have been advised several times this would be remedied and to wait ***** hours to see the refund. Never happens. Also returned a jacket purchased on 2/10/25 and never received the associated $127.93 refund (Order #********). I call and am immediately disconnected now and I cannot get through. On December 6, 2024, I placed an online order for two sweaters with **************************. I ordered one black sweater and one gray for a total cost of $95.92. Both sweaters were the same exact style and the cost of $95.92 included shipping. When I received the two items, the gray color was not what I wanted and I started the return process with the company. I got a mailing label for the return and took it as instructed to my local *** store for returning on approximately December 21, 2024. I have yet to receive a refund but in three subsequent phone calls to the company, I have been told I will receive a refund of $50 to the credit card I used for the original purchase.
