            According to information in BBB files, Event Tickets Center, Inc. has a pattern of complaint alleging Sales and Delivery Issues.

             

            Specifically, consumers allege they purchase tickets for an event and believe they are purchasing directly from the venue site but are redirected to eventticketscenter.com. Event Ticket Center does not always make it clear that tickets offered through their website are frequently obtained through the secondary market, and prices are set by the individual ticket seller, resulting in prices higher than face value. Consumers also claim they were deceived about the delivery dates of their purchased tickets. Customers are not expected to get their tickets until the day before the event. 

            On August 1st, 2024, BBB contacted Event Tickets Center, Inc. to request their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaint. This aspect of the Business Profile will be updated once additional information becomes available.

            I purchased concert tickets from Events Ticket Center and was charged nearly 300% over the face value. They added $65 in fees and $10 for online delivery, despite their online deliver incurring no notable costs to them. The total cost was unjustifiably inflated, including the asking price as well as the service fees.They claimed to be offering a refund, yet no refund has been processed. There is no clearer way to identify fraud than when they don't even fulfil their promises.I demand a full refund for this excessive and unreasonable overcharge. This practice is unacceptable.

            They are a scam! Paid $273.95 for 4 tickets that were $26.11 each, the tickets were misrepresented as $48 but the face value is only $22.50. They make you feel you are buying from the event when you are only getting scalped. I got scalped $169.51! Purchase from the Actual Event! And when you see the "Hurry, Buy now!" run! It's always a scam. They have good game and fooled even me. Next stop YELP
