    I purchased 2 tickets to go see the Church on July 21st 2025 at Hall Center in San Francisco, CA. Tickets have been postponed for a year, to July 6, 2026. My order #********. I wrote to the company thinking that they would offer me a refund. The company responded on June 27, they said "I should mention that event postponement does not give customers the option to request a refund, per the policies agreed to at the time of purchase. Refunds are only available upon event cancellation or if the seller's do not fulfill their obligation to deliver."     First, I don't know if I'm going to be able to attend a year from now, so I would like to get my money back. Second, I paid double for 2 tickets through them, totalling $264, as I found after purchasing that they are not an official vendor of the church or August Hall. And third, I don't have the money available right now to just sit and wait for a year, I'm going through a tough financial divorce at the moment.

    I have added 3 documents, 2 of them being the tickets I paid for through Event Tickets Center and 1 document is from another company called ************* showing the difference in pricing.

    Please advice as to what if anything you can do in this case.

    Hi, ***. We could not find any information that the concert had been postponed on the band's or the venue's website. Additionally, ****** and the first support agent you talked to, ******, are correct. On our Terms and Conditions, it states that:

    - IF AN EVENT IS CANCELLED, you will be given a full refund minus any delivery charges if the tickets have already been delivered.
    - IF AN EVENT IS POSTPONED OR RESCHEDULED, and the original tickets are valid for entry at the time of the rescheduled event, your order will not qualify for a refund.

    These terms are agreed to at the time of checkout.

    I am rejecting this response because: I first bought two tickets for July 21, 2025, however the show is been postponed until June 6, 2026. Every time I have seen them, I have always purchased my tickets within 3 months of the date. Moreover, The Church have NEVER put up tickets 1 YEAR in advance. I will never do business with Event Tickets Center, I think in this case your no refund policy is wrong for keeping the purchasers money for an entire year, especially when we the consumer have to stretch our money longer these days, it is unfair. 
    Attached is the email where you acknowledged that there was a postponement of the US tour and the show had been rescheduled for 2026. 
    please refund my money so I can decide if I want to purchase tickets next year or not!

Our current policy regarding event postponements is that if an event is postponed or rescheduled, and the original tickets are valid for entry at the time of the rescheduled event, your order will not qualify for a refund. This policy is in our Terms and Conditions which are agreed to at the time of sale.     On June 25, I purchased three tickets to Earlybirds show in Los Angeles for Nov. 8, 2025 for $237.60 (includes a high fee per ticket) through Event Tickets Center website. The price charged was much higher than the market value (not just the face value). I could purchase those same genral admission tickets for $40 per ticket today.

    I called to cancel or at least have the difference refunded, but they claimed it was market value, which is untrue. They knew it was a problem because they offered my $20/ticket partial refund. I did not accept their offer and am disputing the charge on my credit card instead.

Prices can be above or below face value - this is what we mean by "market value".     I purchased 4 tickets to the Bronco Kansas'City Football game in ****** on Nov 16. I did this via Ticket Center company. I paid $4,559. 50. I live in ******* so after paying the fee, the company indicated I would receive the tickets e tickets on Nov 15, 2025 one day before the game.I cant make airline and hotel reservations unless I receive the tickets now as if I wait 1 day before the game I am not sure I will receive the tickets. I discovered after paying for the tickets that it is non- refundable. That seemed an unethical business practice given that the Ticket Center has 5 months to resell them if they refund my money. I requested a refund and they refuse to do it.

    I purchased event tickets and was only sent an email stating that Tickets will be ready for delivery by a date that is subject to change. No actual tickets or confirmation of availability or seat numbers were provided. When I contacted the company to request a refund due to the lack of delivered tickets, they refused. I am seeking a refund as the product I paid for has not been delivered and no clear guarantee of fulfillment has been given.

    Hi, *******. The only issue communicated to our support teams were concerns over our All Sales are Final policy. This policy is agreed to at the time of checkout. The estimated delivery date was advertised in the seller's notes of the listing, and is a conservative (the tickets wont' come later than this date) estimate based on the fact that platforms like ticketmaster, or venues/artists may have restrictions on when tickets can be transferred. Our policy will stand in this case, and the tickets will be delivered as ordered.

    I purchased “Premium tickets” and was promised same or better tickets. They did not provide these tickets. When I complained they refused to refund my money. A map of the venue’s floor plan clearly states that I was NOT placed in the premium area. They placed me in level 1 section 3 which is clearly marked as not premium seating. They told me they could not refund my money because I opened a link with the tickets but that was the only way to see what tickets I had!

    I am rejecting this response because: My tickets are not in the Premium section!! You can see here in the map from the event. I spoke to a supervisor yesterday and She said I would get a full refund and when I called this morning to check in if was being processed the rep had no record of this conversation. The supervisor’s name was Seniha. Your promise and obligation is to provide same or better tickets. You did not fulfill you obligation so I would like my money back.

    I placed a order for two tickets to see BTO and Blue Oyster Cult on 17 Set. 2025 at the Washington State Fair. Two days later, I got a email for me to download my two tickets. When I did, the tickets were not mine and had a different name "*** ******" on them. It seems that the explanation that was given to me is that this person purchased 8 tickets but decided to sell them back. When I asked Event Ticket Center to reprint my two tickets with y name on them, they refused. Stating that there would be no issues upon entry to the Fair in Washington. Well, last year when we attended a concert, we had to provide identification with our tickets upon entry. Event Ticket Center has failed to response to two phone calls and failed to respond to two emails in regard to this issue with these tickets.

    I want Event Tickets to take the time and use my order number and provide two tickets with my name on them to avoid any issues upon entrance to the concert.

    If the tickets have been sold by the original person, then whomever buys the tickets should have their names on them. The lack of customer service to understand the issue and resolve it should not be that hard.

    I do not want them to call me and try to blow smoke up my rear saying there will no issues when in fact I witnessed the checking of tickets along with IDs to gain a concert here last year.

    The request I have is simple, print out two new tickets with my order number (********) and name on the two tickets.

    I would like this to be resolved with in 2 business days before I decide to submit a fraud case against them.

    There is nothing on the fairgrounds website that states third party tickets aren't allowed. All the site says is that they cannot provide technical assistance on tickets purchased through third party sites. In addition, other resale tickets are on AXS/Seatgeek.     I bought a parking pass for a ***** concert in ************** ********* ********* . Being a very busy concert I had to buy parking so I did . I explained to the ***resentative what I needed that I needed the closes parking available and all of this is recorded by them . The *** stated that that it was right on top of the stadium that I would walk five minutes and be entered in the stadium . I looked at the parking areas and I saw parking right on the stadium . I assumed that was what he was talking about . But I wouldnt know till I received tickets to park . I got the tickets two weeks before concert . And my parking spot was a 0.5 a mile away . This was not what he said he was getting for me . So I was manipulated and lied to just to sale me parking . And I want my money fully refunded . I was at lot E and they charged me ****** to park a 1/2 a mile away. Which was dead wrong . Im requesting full refund .

    6/6/25 I attempted to purchase tickets for a **** *******/***** ****** concert at Cheyenne ******** Days on 7/25/25. I was somehow redirected to a secondary site, Event Ticket **************************. Once I confirmed and paid for the purchase I noticed a $77 service fee and received an email stating the tickets would be delivered 7/24 which is the day before the event. I contacted Event Ticket ************************** regarding my concerns of not receiving the tickets I purchased and requested the tickets be delivered or a refund be granted. The customer service agent was rude, condescending and said that I am an adult and need to take responsibility for my own actions. I have never received such poor customer service. I don't know how these companies are allowed to redirect internet traffic, hide service fees in fine print and not provide the merchandise purchased for >6 weeks.

    Hi, ****! Thanks for reaching out. As our customer support team has stated, your ticket will be ready on or before 7/24. I'm sorry for any sub-par customer service received and the unnecessary or rude comments during your call with us. 

    However, to be clear, we don't redirect internet traffic or hide our service fees! Additionally, venues and artists sometimes have regulations in place for the timeframe tickets will be distributed, and when tickets can be transferred between users. Unfortunately, as a resale marketplace, we don't have any way to speed this process along.
