1 starI had a highly disappointing and distressing experience using this ticketing website. While they claim to be a "resale marketplace," there is no clear warning at checkout that the tickets being sold are drastically overpriced compared to official sources. I unknowingly paid more than 5x the actual ticket price, even though the same tickets were still widely available on the official event website at face value. The disclaimers they reference are buried and easy to overlook for a first-time customer who believes they're making a normal ticket purchase. This feels less like a ticket service and more like a trap for unsuspecting consumers. The customer service response was robotic, repeatedly pointing to their fine print and refusing to acknowledge the deceptive nature of the purchase experience. This business profits by preying on people who don’t realize they’re being overcharged until it’s too late. It’s not illegal, perhaps—but it is unethical, and it’s an awful way to treat customers. As many others have said, it's easy to be deceived into selecting this site for tickets, because they streamline the whole process, paying for their site to be displayed by Google first etc. This makes people erroneously believe they are the official vendor. They lie about ticket availability, likely because "limited supply" is subjectively interpretable language easy to defend in court. The tickets are always upcharged to an extreme, and there is an additional service fee despite no services being rendered before the penultimate event day. Sending e-tickets shouldn't require a service fee in the first place. There is no guarantee of actually getting your tickets either. There is a pattern in replies from this site, phrases like "there is nothing wrong with your order", which I believe to be deliberate minimizing language, implicitly blaming the customer. They must be well aware their site is frequently considered deceptive, and if they ran business like they cared they would render that consensus as a sufficient enough reality to do something fair about it rather than adhering to an arbitrary no refund policy. They have no reason to deny refunds 10 mins after a purchase for an event that's a month away that they haven't sent you tickets or rendered any service to you for. They simply have a right to do so if they don't care about you, which they don't. Lengthy complaints here are a testament to a real issue they do not care to fix. Legally they tread on a very fine line, but I don't think it'll bear out in the long run. Whoever writes the replies likely gets off on being as snarky as possible with plausible deniability, just as the site scams as much as possible with plausible deniability. Every aspect of this is evil. Even their speciously positive replies reflect something bordering on sociopathy, with clear intent to deny, defend, or even deflect wrongdoing rather than showing any true shreds of empathy or sense of responsibility to customers.

This company would be more accurately described as a "bidding" website. There is NO guarantee when you are making a purchase that the seller can't back out at their discretion. Will you receive a refund? Sure. But hopefully you don't miss the e-mail, make plans with people, flights, hotels, and then not realize that you were never guaranteed those tickets despite this website having a countdown timer securing those tickets at that price for you. This is actually the second time I've attempted to conduct business with this website and had nothing but problems. There will not be a third.Event Tickets Center, Inc.

This company is a total scam. They charged me almost 3 times the actual price of a ticket. Following a link online to buy tickets for a PPA Pickleball tournament in st George UT, I bought a grounds pass ticket for $61. When we got to the tournament, we found out the actual cost of a ground pass was just $25! I feel angry and scammed. This company appears to be legit but it is NOT. Beware.Event Tickets Center, Inc.

I didn’t realize they were a second hand ticket seller. My fault but after I bought the ticket, it said I had to print it out. I don’t have a printer or access to one at work. They won’t refund me and now I’m concerned the venue may not have a record of my purchase. They suggested I go somewhere and pay to print my ticket. Event Tickets Center is just another company taking advantage of people by pretending to be the venue’s official site, jacking up ticket prices by over 200%, and adding ridiculous service fees. They say they’re just a platform for sellers, but that’s just not true. Avoid this site at all costs! I wish I could give zero stars.Event Tickets Center, Inc.

This an awful, deceptive, and predatory business. They have somehow gamed Google search results to appear first on results as a legitimate ticket seller. They charge three times the face value of a ticket for an item that they will not deliver, nor even guarantee the existence of. I marvel that these practices are legal in America. I have never dealt with a seller in which I was accused of making a mistake. They don't want to help. They just want your money. Their idea of a resolution is such an embarrassment. I've never worked with a seller like this where they have a policy with no flexibility. I work in legal and even though everything is black and white, there are exceptions to the rule. The CORRECT thing to do is provide me with a better solution than to resell the tickets but there is no guarantee they will resell. What a joke. How do they sleep at night?!? When paying through ******, an additional window pops up and asks for your login, to select the card you want to pay with, and it's own "agree and continue" button separate from our "place order" button that must be selected manually.
