    On May 31st 2022 my husband and I purchased Rod Stewart/Cheap Trick concert tickets to be held at the Woodlands Pavillion on July 2, 2022 from Event Tickets Center via the internet. The amount for the transaction was $154.74. The order number is 3799****. On July 2nd we went to the concert and logged into Event Tickets Center to download our tickets. However, the website would pull up only to give a message saying, “oops” something went wrong, please try again later. We notice two other couples had the same problem with their site. We were able to get into the website, so it was not an internet problem as they claim. Even the lady who sells tickets behind the counter attempted to download from the website, but kept getting the same message. We also called several times while attempting to access the tickets only to be on hold for 20 to 30 minutes each time. After many attempts and after missing half the concert she suggested to repurchase the tickets and get a refund at a later time.
    After the concert, we continued to try to get a hold of Event Tickets Center the next couple of days with no avail. We were put on hold from the voice system for 1 to 2 hours and it would just hang up. Finally I got a hold of someone on July 11 after being put on hold for an hour, then receiving a message to leave my number for a return call. After the return call I was giving an email to ask for a refund. A person responded and only offered $45 back, which is their service fee. This is unacceptable to us. Buyers be aware…this is a third party seller, and you may not get your tickets. Looking back, I realized their site says to look out for an email which may not be from them with your tickets. Well, I never got that email. I should’ve noticed this before the concert. But regardless, they say the tickets were received and transferred, which is a lie because I never received the email. Scam!!

    The tickets were delivered over a month before the event with instructions on how to accept the transfer onto your mobile device. You never reached out to us requesting help accepting your ticket transfer until you were trying to gain entry to the event and had not yet accepted the ticket transfer. Our customer service could have certainly resolved any error you were receiving. You mentioned you logged into your user account. There is online chat functionality with that and you would have been moved to the front of the line as your event was the same day. You would have also been moved to the front of the phone que if you called in from the phone number used when placing the order. This is not a scam and unfortunately we have no recourse with the seller since they clearly delivered the tickets well before the event.

    This is a total scam I paid over $621 for Garth Brooks tickets and never received my tickets!! Can not reach anyone via phone or email. BUYER BEWARE!! Paypal will not dispute the fraud either so dont use paypal to purchase any tickets ever. I went on the email site to claim my tickets and they said they were transferred and the tickets were never transferred to my ticketmaster account! TOTAL SCAM THIS COMPANY IS !! I Demand a refund in full for the total amount paid for with my paypal account. I have ALL emailed correspondence. Screen Shots of the issues with this site and screenshots of the calls I have place and been kept on hold for HOURS with NO ONE EVER picking up the phone. A message comes on they will keep your place in line and return your call and they do not call . They do NOT respond to emails. This business needs to be shut down. How many more people are going to get scammed by this company before something is done to them ? No restitution being paid to all the people they have scammed ? This company is a complete FRAUD> NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE HERE SO WHY SAY TO CONTACT THE COMPANY WHEN YOU DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES>> WHY BECAUSE YOU ARE SCAMMERS!! They say the tickets were transferred but they never really are actually transferred at all !! I Will do what it takes to get my $621 back from thes scam artists and shut this business down once and for all . Better Business Bureau Beware and do something with these frauds! Ive called 4x customer service since 7/18/22 now for an event that is 7/23/22 and still no answer, no tickets transferred per my email and no replies to any of my complaint emails trying to get my tickets transferred that were paid for in June. Reading all these other peoples reviews makes me sick to my stomach that you are still in business.

    The seller provided proof of transfer and acceptance of the transfer by the customer. This customer filed a chargeback 2 days before the event and it was close in our favor by their financial institution the day before the event.

    This company is a SCAM and should not be allowed to sell anything to anyone, not even a dog. They never sent me my ticket, I have been fighting with them for five months to get get my $319.71 for this ticket that I didn't receive in March, and here it is July. My bank Truist has dropped my claim because it has been 120 days and no results, they have tried to contact these people and they got no where. All I want is my refund,. I was on hold for an hour and a half, no answer just music. PLEASE HELP Order # 36637138, March 3, 2022, 12:27pm

    The tickets were transferred by the seller on the day they were ordered. Instructions on how to accept the ticket transfer. The customer contacted support via online chat 8 minutes before the event started. The chat ended due to inactivity by the customer. ********************** were delivered by the seller and the customer did not follow delivery instructions.
