They make you think you are buying tickets...but you're not, you are spending money in the hopes that someone will have a ticket to sell you. This is fraud and they won't give money back.

These tickets were advertised as being available when I bought them. They were intended to be a gift and it's now ruined because the company does a bait and switch. You think you're buying tickets, but your giving them money and they try to find a reseller. It is not a guarantee. It's scammy.Event Tickets Center, Inc.

Complete scam. You buy the ticket thinking the product exists. It's not until after you purchase that the site tells you that you won't get tickets until the day before the event and only IF they are able to acquire them.Review fromEllen S

I purchased tickets for a Broadway show that cost more than the listed theater price. I thought there was a $45 transaction fee for my purchase but it was for EACH ticket I purchased. The seats were not even disclosed. When I did receive the tickets, the seats were terrible. So not only did I pay more than double the listed price I ended up with seats in the back and on the far side. I would never do business with Event Tickets again. I tried to cancel my purchase 3 minutes after I hit the purchase button but was not successful.Event Tickets Center, Inc.

We are a resale ticket marketplace where sellers list their tickets. We do not set prices nor monitor pricing or availability from other sources. The website clearly indicates this and our fees are clearly displayed on checkout before credit card information is required. I attended the Chris Stapleton concert and upon entry my tickets would not work. they were scanning as invalid. i printed off the tickets as requested and had both QR codes scanned and attendant told me i should not have paper tickets and that they were invalid when scanned. i then pulled up this email and had the tickets scanned on my phone and they were still coming up as invalid. i had to purchase new tickets. This website is a scam and I attempted to reach out to at least 3 different emails and no response. I paid over 200$ for one ticket and couldnt even get in. Fake ticketsEvent Tickets Center, Inc.

TOTAL SCAM. Got taken for $1,600 in tickets. $1,000 more than an other sight I found. Said sent electronic transfer of tickets to my email. Totally Bogus! Do not buy from this fraudulent company. Resell or not, Total SCAMMERS!!Event Tickets Center, Inc.

Order #******** Email address ******************* I was sent an email saying the tickets were emailed to that email address on May 25, but I never received it. I checked every folder and tried to contact them for countless hours and days. I had to buy tickets from another site who emailed them immediately. My sister flew in from ***** to **** for this concert.Event Tickets Center, Inc.

That is not the email address used to place the order. The tickets were transferred to the email address in the order. This customer was given instructions to download the *** app and make sure they have an account setup with the correct email address. Total SCAM. Never received my overpriced concert tickets for *************************** tonight. On the phone for over 2 hours, chat 4 times, Told no refund even though I never received the tickets and their site states "Your purchase is protected. You will receive a 100% refund for your tickets if:Your order was accepted but not delivered by the seller.Your order was accepted but not delivered in time for the event.Your tickets were not valid for entry. (1)No recourse whatsoever. The seller never delivered my tickets yet they say no refund unless I bought their insurance.Event Tickets Center, Inc.

I sincerely apologize for this terrible experience. The seller is being held accountable for this terrible mistake. The order history shows the refund was approved on 6/5. We will reach out directly and try to make this right by this customer. Again, I apologize. This is unacceptable.
