1 starPlaced an order 9/12/25 for three items. Two items were received. The third item is a Commander's jersey; ****** *******-*******. The delivery time was supposed to be a few days. After one day, the Commander's jersey said processing. Then a few days later it said November 05. I wanted to change this item for something that was able to be shipped in a reasonable time. I even ordered some more items that came within a few days. But here sits this one item that I am now expected to wait a very long time for. There is no way to change the item. I spent over an hour on chats because one cannot talk to a person. No 800 customer number to be found on website. After I go through two sets of chats, I get the same response "once it's in processing, we can't change it or cancel it". What awful service. Any reasonable vendor would just allow you credit so that you can get something else and business can be complete. But not this company, they don't care. Done using this company and it's sad that these people can not learn to negotiate. Their lack of care shows exactly why they are not getting another ***** from me and I only have my negative experience to tell others about their service. Terrible service. 1 starDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!! In all honesty I ordered from this site a while ago, but this recent order has taken way to long to be processed for shipping/delivery. I ordered a jersey as a gift as of 9/17. I have reached out twice about my order via email and helave yet to receive a response so basically I feel as though I'm out $90 which is unacceptable!! 1 starI ordered a jersey for my son that was too large so I returned it. They issued me a gift card instead of refunding me. I contacted customer service numerous times only to be told that they know the agent made a misake in issuing a gift card however, once the gift card is issued, they cannot reverse it to a refund - EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR ********** NOT order from this company, they will fraudulently keep your money,Fanatics, Inc.

1 starI purchased a NFL Jersey on June 19th and it was finally ready to ship at the end of September. 5 weeks into the football season. What's the point of ordering if I can't get the product by the start of the season?? Fanatics will never see any of my business again!!! I would leave ZERO stars if I could. 2 starsPlease be careful when ordering with coupon codes from Fanatics. I placed an order and in between submission and payment they removed my coupon code and charged me full price for a product. When I requested a refund for the difference, they refused until I threatened to dispute the charge or return the material. I was told "that coupon code is no longer valid" when it was still on the top of every screen on the site with an expiration date that had passed.Additionally the customer service email line is unmonitored, which denies any ability to provide tangible information and left me explaining myself to the phone agent who did not grasp what could have been explained with a screenshot.Withholding a valid refund request until someone escalates the call is a predatory business practice. Offering deals upon checkout then charging full price is a scam.I'm not saying don't do business with this company, but make sure you check your receipts.Fanatics, Inc.

1 starrdered a Tennessee Orange Hoodie and a ***************** hoodie, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Both hoodies shed excessively in the dryer, leaving a significant mess that took a long time to clean. After researching the issue, it became evident that the quality of these hoodies is subpar.Additionally, the ***************** hoodie developed an unpleasant odor, and the Tennessee hoodie caused a rash on my skin. When I reached out to customer service for a refund, I was told that I was not eligible for one, and the best they could offer was a $15 credit. As a loyal customer of this ********************** in the past, I find this experience to be unacceptable.I am now left with no choice but to donate these unusable hoodies to Goodwill, resulting in a loss of $65. I strongly advise against ordering from Fanatics based on my experience.Fanatics, Inc.

1 starI ordered a t-shirt from the Fanatics website on September 19, 2025. I was then sent a confirmation email indicating that my shirt would be delivered September 20, 2025. On September 24th, I filed a customer care complaint that my item had not arrived and provided instructions on how to deliver the item. Today, September 27th, nearly a week after being promised the item would be in hand, I received an email saying the item had been delivered. Only problem was it had not been delivered. Their carrier, ****** lied about the delivery having been made. Furthermore, go check out the *** section on ******'s website. Two questions involving what to do when the package is marked as delivered but not delivered are listed. Apparently this happens a lot. When I attempted to contact Fanatics customer service, I could not get anyone on the phone. So I used the chat bot and was given the run around about how I had to wait three more days to escalate the issue and report it as lost or stolen. I had to push the issue to get a live agent on the chat and push the issue even more to get them to agree to processing a refund. Complete dishonesty in all phases of the ordering process. I was infuriated and disappointed to say the least. I had ordered numerous times from Fanatics with little to no issue in the past. But this experience will make me think twice about ever doing business with them again.Fanatics, Inc.

The refund was received. But the fact that your company was so quick to offer it tells me you know this is a problem and you dont care to address it. That whatever approach to customer service is disheartening since your company now has a monopoly on jerseys. We have to deal with you and you know it. Get a better delivery partner. 1 starOrdered a mariners jersey ************* is my order number and called and chatted with an agent who refuse to cancel my order even though it has not shipped nor processed. Only returns and I have to wait until after playoffs to receive the jersey then return. This is fraud and absolutely crazy! Just cancel the order! No harm no foul.Fanatics, Inc.
