Stay far away from anything that has to do with fanatics, theyre thieves. I ****** on their platform for months .. hrs at a time I could lose it all the **** remains active soon as I make a little comeback and win a decent amount acct suspended then closed permanently.. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE & the email is BS. I want what is owed to me!! The same way yall take the money yall should return with the same energy. This is ridiculous now!! I will be contacting the New Jersey Division of gaming enforcement & the BBB!! If I dont get a real response I will be taking legal action. The way this company is doing people a settlement is definitely in the works .Fanatics, Inc.

******* customer service. Ordered a hat on June 22, they claim it was delivered on June 28. The problem was it could not have been delivered because their ordering system cut off the street address - not the first time Ive had this happen (once with ****** checkout and now with Apple Pay). I spoke with a customer service manager on June 28 and spent a half hour explaining the situation. She claimed she couldnt do anything for 72 hours but would ship a replacement on July 2 and send confirmation. On July 3 I had heard nothing so I again contacted their customer service department who claimed it was delivered. I again explained how it could NOT have been delivered because their system cut off the street address. They said they would have to wait another 72 hours. Beyond ridiculous for a problem THEIR system created. Theyve lost my business.Fanatics, Inc.

They use a terrible shipping service (Lasership) that frequently loses packages and just tell you to contact the seller. Then on Fanatics its difficult to get in contact with a human. The ** bot just takes you in circles. If I cant reach a person in the next few days Im filing a claim with my bank. Be weary of using a website that you cant leave reviews onFanatics, Inc.

I have placed two orders and Ive received a partial package and the rest just keeps saying out for delivery. Ive called and they just keep telling me its out for delivery. Its past the delivery time. I cant get anybody who understands English. I finally got a supervisor she put me on hold and then disconnected. Im at my end. Im ready to call my credit card and just reverse the charges and they can figure out where their products at. It is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life at this site. Im so livid I cannot see straight.Fanatics, Inc.

They sent me a $90 crewneck that had uneven sleeves (around 1 inch difference in length). The product was sold out so they couldnt provide me with a new one and refused to provide a discount more than 25% despite it not being what I orderedFanatics, Inc.

Order delayed, then says shipped, then says out of stock and will be refunded. Was a gift, then with all the delays, not going to receive it, and just a refund saying nothing they could do....extremely poor customer service, would rather shop anywhere but with fanatics, and quality has gone way down hill. If it were possible to leave -5 stars I would....wise to shop elsewhere if you are looking for quality and a company that stands behind their productsFanatics, Inc.

I initially inquired to see if I could take part in a social media promotion, based on a Fanatics x **** collaboration, that I saw on TikTok. There were at least 5 people who received a gift box containing a personalized mini locker and a jersey. I spoke to someone named ******* on the Fanatics Live Chat who confirmed that I would be able to receive a locker. I was told that they would be sending me an email, within the hour of our conversation, where I could fill out my information to have it shipped. After 2 hours I still had not received any email, neither in my inbox or junk ******** there was no further communication. I tried following up on Fanatics Live Chat again & ended up speaking to a different agent, who said that they could not help & couldn't transfer me to *******. Even after providing screenshots of my conversation with *******, I was not helped at all.Then I called the Fanatics customer service phone number & the agent I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about. They claimed that they only handled retail orders. So either the agent, or *******, was lying. All I was given was a corporate office phone number. I called the number a total of 5 times & each time, the number immediately went to Call Ended. There was no ringing, no voicemail, no sound whatsoever. I googled the phone number and it was routed to this random lawyer named **** Whitmore ******. Another deadend.I've been given the runaround by everyone & all Im trying to do is have someone honor my request that was promised. No one knows who the correct contact is but someone HAS to know. This was a collaboration between the ****************************** What do you mean you don't know about your own promotion?I have screenshots of the conversation I had with ******* from Fanatics, timestamped 6/23/2025 at 5:41 PM. Please honor my request to receive a **** locker and please send me the email and any other information that is needed from me to have this shipped to me.Fanatics, Inc.

Beware of sale prices! I have recently placed two orders. Both times the items were on sale 30% off. When I receive the order confirmation all items are at full price. The first time I called and they could not adjust the price because they claim they dont know the sale price from that day?! So I just returned all items and got a gift card because if you want it returned to the original CC you have to pay $10. I decide to ***urchase the items on another sale June 16, I of course use the gift cards from the precious order with the incorrect prices. Again the items sell at the full price. I call and ask for a price adjustment for the 30% off as advertised. I mention I dont want a gift card because this is my last Fanatics order due to the bait an switch of prices twice. The *** sends me 3 gift cards for the difference with equals $40.80. I call again and they issue a claim, it goes to Fanatics settlement. They basically say since I used a gift card they only will refund to that. No call to discuss the details and this is complicated. All I have to warn you all about is that this company has problem with selling at a sale price and beware that you cannot get your money refunded to your CC unless you want to pay $10 for that option. Its terrible customer service and they play dumb like they don't know they prices on any particular day. Anyone in retail can look that information up and make it right for the customer. Ordered a youth jersey on 5/31. On 6/5:was charged for the item. No shipping info was provided when charged so I inquired about ***. Was told it would be coming it was in stock. Some kind of delay in the warehouse. 2 days later get an email it was out of stock and a refund issued . Why was it charged to thr card if it wasn't shipped in the first place?
