      Ordered a youth jersey on 5/31. On 6/5:was charged for the item. No shipping info was provided when charged so I inquired about ***. Was told it would be coming it was in stock. Some kind of delay in the warehouse. 2 days later get an email it was out of stock and a refund issued . Why was it charged to thr card if it wasn't shipped in the first place? They could've cared less

      I ordered a jersey and was sent one in the wrong size. I called the store and at first they told me that since this is a customized item, it cannot be returned. I reiterated clearly that I received the wrong item and then they offered me a 10% discount. I continued to insist that that I wanted is the correct item. After a 34 minute call, they finally said they would send me a return label, but that no refund or exchange for the correct item would be issued until the jersey reached the warehouse, which could take 10 business days. I regret not buying the jersey from the team-run store instead.

      My husband bought us shirts, blanket, hats, and sweatshirts. We wore them once and washed (in cold) the shirts look so bad you cannot wear them. The ink is faded/ washing off. Very disappointed and to expensive for that to happen.

      Purchased a jersey for my husband, they sent the wrong size. I returned it and took a gift card as refund because I was reordering in the correct size. Correct size came and was made poorly. Returned for a full refund and got a gift card. I did not request a gift card. I requested a full refund, they refuse. I am now stuck with a $200+ gift card and no one will speak with me or respond to me from Fanatics. I HIGHLY advise potential customers to avoid this site. Poor quality and AWFUL customer service and return policy.

      Order didn't arrive when it was supposed to. Tracking info. never updated. Contacted ***************** Shipping was refunded. Still never received item. Contacted **************** again and found out they cancelled my order and didn't refund my money or even tell me they cancelled it.

      I needed a clear bag - it was $11.99 online. It was on sale with the regular price being $14.99. It wouldn't arrive in time, so I headed to my local ******* Clubhouse store (owned by Lids/Fanatics) and the same bag was $21.99! I mentioned the big pricing difference to the clerk at the store, who said there was nothing he could do. This is of course is not a lot of money, but ludicrous pricing policies. I will never again shop at ************************/Lids/Fanatics and will be sure to share my experience with everyone I know, warning them about the shady pricing at these stores! Who wants to waste time researching if a company is out to scam you. Just avoid shopping there, plenty of other competitors.

      I'm lost for words.Your company is a bunch Is a fraudulent sellers. I bought a ******* car ****** u card number 50 refractor and an ***** ******** ** the first of april ** the second of april they sent me a confirmation page ** the same exact card non refractor This Is a form of fraud. They played the old switch a route because they realized they gave me the card too cheap and they messed up.I have proof and if I can't get someone to write me back instead of going through their 3 week.Nightmare return policy I will have no choice but to hire an attorney and you will be responsible for attorney fees and Is my time
