      No Delivery. No Service. Never Again! Ordered two items from Fanatics and paid to expedite the order. Everything seemed to be moving smoothly but the package did not arrive when promised. Then I received a message that the package was undeliverable due to unforeseen circumstances. When I contacted Fanatics customer support, they asked me to look on my porch and to check with a neighbor (absurd request), and then proceeded to tell me the package was headed to the warehouse to be scanned and I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days. Then they proceeded to offer me a 10% coupon code for my next purchase with them. I flagged the transaction with my credit card company so they are aware of the situation. It was then that I checked out Fanatics reviews and realized that I should have NEVER ordered from them in the first place. Run fast from them. Run very fast!

      yesterday I placed a order and after processing my order complete my email showed price was higher. I cancelled whole order. Today I again placed a order same thing happened. I got on their chat and was told nothing could be done. I again cancelled order. I will never ortder from them again! Their error and nothing they can do! Absurd!

      A email was sent to me from Fanatics on issue and stated I didnt use the code. If true why would I get the other items discount and not the more expensive one. When 1st order placed the day before the same thing happened, the more expensive item didnt give discount but other items were. Read other reviews on BBB site shows others had the same complaint

      Awful experience. I purchased a shirt on Aug 16 for a game I was going to on 9.13. It said the LATEST delivery date would be 8.25. The shirt never arrived. On the September 9th I called in frustrated that I wouldn't have it in time for the event. They did ASSURE me and I when I say assure I mean multiple representatives on multiple calls told me I WOULD STILL RECIEVE THE ****** This was a lie. My latest call on 9.23 (a month and a half after the order date) they say I can't get the shirt because I was refunded. However when I was refunded I said hang on I dont want that if it means I can't receive the shirt and they said do not worry **** you will receive a full refund and still get the shirt as soon as we can ship it out. This again was a lie.Latest delivery 8.25 - lie Will receive the shirt and a refund due to the inconvenience of not having it for the event that I had bought it for - lie Would still receive the shirt - lie Insane. So much time spent on the phone and checking the order only for it to be a COMPLETE waste of time. I am beyond frustrated and will tell anyone who will listen to stay far away from fanatics.

      I have repeatedly attempted to remove my email address from Fanatics, Inc.s subscription list, but all efforts have been unsuccessful. I have followed the unsubscribe instructions contained within their emails multiple times without ************* addition, I contacted customer service directly and was instructed to log in to my account to update my preferences. I complied with these instructions, yet I continue to receive unsolicited emails.The inability to honor an unsubscribe request raises significant concerns regarding compliance with standard business practices and respect for consumer privacy. Customers should not have to struggle to opt out of marketing communications.

      Beware...the company makes it easy to return items, but they refund a reduced amount. I was charged $64 and was refunded $42. I will NEVER buy from this company again.

      F tier customer support. This ********************** still lives and operates like it's the 1900a can't process partial refunds due to codes not being applied so we have to pay a fee for a return label. Also their print quality is terrible and has peeled on me after 2 washes. Not sure why I ever gave them a 2nd chance and it's sad they have a monopoly on sports memorabilia in the ******.

      Purchased a ************** hoodie with a "two-panel hood" and received a single-panel hood. It even shows the two-panel hood on the website and in the order email. Getting through to a human on the customer service chat was difficult as it only showed a previous order to discuss. After finally getting through to a non-robot, they said they'd send another. It is the same as the first. Complete false advertising. You can't leave reviews and you can't call making returns very difficult.

      I placed an order for a shirt, and two hours later, discovered that I could get the same shirt for less $, with free 2-day shipping from another company. I tried to cancel my order, but was advised by the Fanatic's company chat bot that their cancellation period is 1 hour from order time. The cancellation policy is not revealed to customers when placing an order, nor is it revealed when the customer is sent an order confirmation email. I asked if there was someone I could speak to about this, and my chat was transferred to someone who was supposedly real. The new person I chatted with confirmed the policy, and stuck to it. My order confirmation email showed that the order had not processed yet, but the company representative didn't care -- they were not going to cancel my order. What a ridiculous policy. I'm a sports enthusiast, but now I know better than to ever do business with this company again.

      Hello *****,Thank you for responding to my review. While I appreciate your apology, I am now six days past placing my order and still have not received it. The core of my original complaint remains: your one-hour cancellation policy is not made clear to customers during the checkout process or in the order confirmation email. This lack of transparency, combined with the fact that you refused to cancel an order that had not even been processed, is the reason for my review. Now, the delayed shipping of a order you forced me to keep only adds to the poor experience.

      I ordered two water bottles at $50 each. Within just a few weeks of typical use, both lids brokesomething that should not have happened under normal conditions.I reached out to **************** to inquire about the international exchange policy. I was told my request fell outside the return time frame, which was inaccurate. The responses I received were extremely brief and came across as dismissive and unhelpful. I found it difficult to understand why the information provided was so limited and ************* intention was simply to receive guidance on how to exchange defective merchandise. I was hoping for a clear explanation of the process, but instead, I encountered vague replies and a lack of support.Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointingnot only due to the poor product quality but also because of the inadequate customer service. I feel that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the tone of the interaction was unnecessarily rude. I had hoped for a resolution, but instead, Im left frustrated and dissatisfied
