      I ordered from NHLShop.com. I received 2-3 emails daily despite having unsubscribed everyday. This continued for about a month. Then I started receiving more emails from another Fanatics affiliate. This time the unsubscribe button completely doesn't work. There is no email or phone number to contact this predatory business. All of this is illegal. I submitted to the ************************ explaining the situation. DO NOT give these people ANY of your information. Order elsewhere, but if you did order and have similar issues, file a complaint with the *** and document everything. Screenshot all of their emails, all of your attempts to unsubscribe, and your complaint to the ***. It is possible to take corporations to civil court over CANSPAM act violations.

      Terrible service!!! I recommended a promotion to three friends in addition to making a purchase myself, generating a decent amount of money for Fanatics. Fast forward and all of my friends received their orders correctly, except me, the one that ordered first. I contacted Fanatics about being sent the wrong item and they simply say, send it back and we'll refund you. I don't want a refund, I want what I ordered. After talking to some folks in memorabilia collector groups, they tell me to reach out to a sales rep. I do so and the rep says, yeah we have it, it's $79.99 which is approximately $30 more than I purchased it for. When I questioned him about it, he changed his mind and told me it was a different SKU even though the picture he sent me of the item was the exact same. The customer service is ridiculous and they just don't seem to care. The agent emailed me and said he spoke to management and there's nothing they can do, which should have read there's nothing they will do. Never again will they get any of my money.

      I initially had an issue ordering merchandise from ***shop.com. I thought I had ordered the merchandise multiple times as zi attempted to utilize the on/line ordering process! I was able to contact ****** via *** shop.com's live chat, explained my situation and she immediately connected me to *** shop.com customer service representative ****! I explained my issue to **** insuring I do not get double, triple, or quadruple billed and asked for any all orders initially made to be cancelled! **** was so professional and since I had a 'live customer **** ****** that I was able to speak with/to I placed the order with him. Prior to completing my order **** went over every detail of my order, shipping address, discount applied and all details in full. He was absolutely great! Turned a initial annoying and troubling experience into a customer satisfaction experience. Thank you both of these young professionals.'K.C.

      First time I purchased a custom T-Shirt for a mildstone birthday. The sizing is VERY SMALL. I reached out in chat advising that I would like to return or have the issue fixed. I was told because it was a custom order there was nothing I could do, but that they would send another (but only in the same size). We went back and forth about the fact that if their sizes run that small normally it would be a waste, but opted to cross my fingers and hope they in fact had sent me a woman's or youth size and send me a mens. I advised it was time sensitive and needed by 6/1.They agreed to send me return label and another shipment. I chatted few days later because I had not received any email updates on the new shipment. Then I was told they were 'checking with the vendor'. Few days later, still no update. Third chat I was told that the agent send me 30% off coupon and indicated in their notes I wasnt sure what I wanted to do and they didnt ship a replacement. That simply was not ture. I advised that I wasnt confident they would send me a size that could fit a man and they REFUSED to at least send my a large just in case. So I agreed to take a ****** that they send me a replacement hoping the first one was a woman/s or boys sized tshirt. The agent apologized and offered to expedite ship given the failure of the agent the week before to ship as they said they would. 2 days later I get an email that my order was not eligible for expedite. I will NEVER purchase from this company again.
