Tubular did a fabulous job. The team of 4 guys came and assembled the building like rock stars . Theu worked like machines for 2 days straight until wee hours of the night We are so pleased.

Worst company to do business with I would never use them , they are only there to take your money and nothing else there service ***** and they lie so go somewhere else to buy a building one that will last more then a year.the star rating is a zero

The following is a letter of retraction from this customer's engineer citing the customer as providing them with inaccurate information. Date: 8/10/24 Permit #RESADD-*********** **************************************************************************** To whom it may concern,This letter is to confirm that the our original letter written on 6/4/24 was based on a set of building plans provided by the owners on the job site that were not the correct plans. Tubular Building Systems reached out to us about the letter and provided us all of the engineering for the actual permitted building. The only issue we found between the permitted drawings and the and the building was that the collar ties were longer than specified in the plans. On 8/1/24 Tubular Building Systems provided us with an engineering letter from ******* D ****, P.E. #***** that the collar ties are adequate even though they are longer than specified on the plans. According to this information the previous letter we wrote is null and void as the Home Owners provided us with the false documents and wrong information on the building site.

Tubular Building Systems erected a 30x50ft metal building on May 6-7th 2024 on my property. Upon completion I inspected the building and found 8 of my *********************************** the lower truss member bends. I brought this to the attention of the ******* and asked for management to contact me immediately so I could discuss my concerns. I withheld final payment until repairs are complete. One week later ******************* (owner) called and said this is a common occurrence and he had engineering to support the integrity and strength of the trusses and they are not comprised. He said he would provide a copy of the report to prove this and I have yet to receive (2 weeks have passed). I again reached out to ******************* to please contact me because I have a solution to repair the trusses in question and he has not bothered to listen to me. Instead, I received a Notice to Owner with intent to lien letter. I am a former certified welder by trade, and a current licensed builder and have knowledge of metal integrity. The truss component in question has 22 bends, 11 of those bends have tears beyond the welds. I have returned to ******* Building (distributor) for TBS and inspected their 30x40 model and no tears appear in the trusses. I spoke with **** (sales manager of *****) and he was shocked about the trusses and said they definitely needed to be repaired. I also inspected 4 other buildings similar in size in my surrounding area and also found no tears. I don't believe this is a common occurrence. I find TBS in breach of contract for refusing to stand behind this product and provide a sound structure. I cannot occupy a building that is unsafe when we are headed into hurricane season. I will gladly pay the remainder of my bill once TBS makes the appropriate repairs to my defective trusses and I am satisfied, but the owner has made no attempt to do so. At this point I am moving forward with an independent engineer and attorney to seek resolution to this matter.

I spoke with ******************** about his concerns and explained to him that this issue has been reviewed and evaluated by licensed professional engineers in the past and that PE Letters have been provided previously. After review and evaluation the licensed professional engineers concluded in part "2-1/2"X2-1/2"-14ga with tear is adequate for compression" and "2-1/2" X2-1/2"-14ga with tear is adequate for tension". I advised ******************** that I would have a current PE letter prepared and that as soon as the engineers had it completed that I would provide it to him. I am sure that ******************** is well intended, but he is not a licensed professional engineer and he is certainly not the engineer of record; which is why I have encouraged him to wait until the Engineer of Record was able to complete their evaluation and PE Letter before having any discussion about what, if any modifications should be made.

We ordered two carports and we got them installed in less than the qoutes time frame. The crew they sent out was fast, proficient and clean. We have had a few other companies come out and do carports for us but none have compared to this company! Would definitely recommend and use again.

I purchased a 30' x 40' shed from Tubular Building Systems. The building was completed on 2/20/2024. The crew that arrived to install the shed was very professional and courteous. They completed the build in 2 days as advertised. The building itself seems well built and looks amazing. The team leader, ******************** made sure I was completely satisfied with the building before he wrapped up. He walked me through the entire building, verifying all the doors, windows and rollup doors functioned perfectly before he departed. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. It was a great experience with zero issues. I will definitely use them again if needed.

I purchased a 20' x 20' carport and I'm 100% satisfied with the price, work, and customer service. I live in a small town in north central *******, and the price was far better than I could have gotten here. The team from ********* came here to put the carport in and they had it finished in an afternoon. The only negative was that there was a 6-week delay from the time I purchased it until they put it in. I'll just assume that means they were busy with other satisfied customers, however. All in all, a great buy!

Bought a large steel building from this company. Very pleased with the overall product and the installation of the building. The crew worked from sun up to sun down and got the job finished promptly and professionally.I got exactly what I asked for.

Purchased a 28 x 30 garage from these guys. The experience was awesome! Everyone, from the Sales Person all the way through scheduling and installation was knowledgeable, kind, professional, accurate, timely and thorough. Would definitely use them again!!!
