***FRANCHISORS BEWARE*** I am also had the exact same problems as many or all of the reviews on here. Sadly, this company has found away to profit off of driven franchisors with a product that is completely based on false intentions. After cancelling our agreement with **** ****** by personally emailing and calling her, she still charged us an extra $1000 for hundreds of leads where not one person EVER requested information on franchising with my company. I placed a stop payment on the money with my bank so they could conduct an investigation. Unfortunately, the findings were not in my favor so she collected the $1000 (not sure how). Then she immediately (on the same day) took another $2000 out of my account. I find this strange, as right after I cancelled services, all the leads stopped so clearly she received my request to cancel the agreement. **** ****** managed to ***** over $5000 from my business. She promised over and over again that the leads were real and confirmed. NOT ONE LEAD EVER REQUESTED ANY INFORMATION ABOUT FRANCHISING WITH MY COMPANY. I have a list of every single lead and the results. It's actually pretty funny hearing what the **** prospects say when you call them. I also have every email communication between myself, my company and **** Harvey. Message me if you would like to read them. Absolute rip off ! Stole over 3000$ without pre authorization, even though I asked them to stop everything after just a couple of days, it was clearly a SCAM They send you a ridiculous amount of “Lead “on a daily basis but those are not leads they are absolutely garbage, straight up random names and numbers most of them are not in service or are wrong numbers or have no idea what this is about, They need to be stopped immediately because they cannot continue ******** people like this in all impunity, absolutely ridiculous!Review from Neal L

I worked with this Dana and she was very helpful for our franchise. We closed 3 deals using her leads in a year. I would highly recommend using their services. She has always responded to any and all of my questions.

I am having the same results as all comments listed here. I have tried reaching out to them numerous times to discuss the poor quality leads and have yet to hear back. Every time I call, they hang up on me. On all of the conversations I had with them and the introduction email, they stated that they are brand specific meaning they only send candidates our way if they in fact inquire about our brand. They also stated they have a team they would assign to me yet I have never seen that happen. This is untrue. I was also told we can return the bad leads for reimbursement or replacement. I have yet to see that happen after the enormous amount of returns I have sent back. This was a mistake on my part for jumping the gun before doing my own research.Official Franchises LLC Response

Thanks for your feedback. I understand your frustrations growing a franchise brand and I personally have years of experience selling franchises prior to working here. The reality is that it takes many leads and a long duration of time to successfully consummate a deal. After all it takes only 1 lead to close a sale.
I have called a group of your leads and a few have said they are in dialogue with your company. Do you have a screener calling the leads or are you the person making the initial call?
Lastly, the individuals that request information about your concept are often times shopping and selecting multiple brands. I know that for yourself Carebuilders may be a popular name that you recognize but for others that are shopping and early in the learning process about your concept they may not have your brand name at the top of their mind. Rather they may be more interested in the lifestyle your opportunity offers such as: flexible work schedule, etc.
Let me know if you have a drip marketing system setup to help matriculate and educate prospects about your opportunity. This will help yield and drive the results your team is looking for in the long run.

Thank you for your reply. The issue I am running in to is that every one I have physically been able to speak with is extremely frustrated because they NEVER inquired about a franchise opportunity anywhere or they are looking for employment. I was informed prior to signing the agreement that every lead is vetted to ensure they are looking for a home care specific franchise opportunity. That is not the case in 95% of the people I speak with. The other leads I receive are non responsive at all. I have not been able to speak to 1 good candidate since starting this partnership. I know that out of every 100 lead you get 1 good lead. That has not been the case here. I have yet to speak with one lead that has actually looked into the opportunity.

Hi ***, there is some friction as I have received a couple of inquiries from our franchise seekers as to why they have not heard back from your company. I will forward them over to you so you can have success with the program. Who is calling the leads specifically? Having them on a conference call may help resolve this issue.Customer Response

I am personally calling every single lead that enters my pipeline. The majority of the Leads i receive from Official Franchises have invalid phone numbers, don't answer, no mailbox, not interested. I call, text and email each one on a 1,2,3,4,5,12, 19, 30 day schedule. Every single lead is being contacted. I would love to get the information from you as to who they are and be happy to provide detailed tracking information on the leads (if, in fact, I received that particular lead).
