      I went on May 16th through the Drive-thru and ordered a Whopper no cheese and Whopper *** no cheese meals, sprite, chocolate shake, and Hershey pie. The burgers both had cheese but since they were cold we were able to rip the cheese off the burgers. The fries were overcooked and you could taste that the oil was old. The sprite tasted like it had to be changed. The shake had more vanilla except for the bit of a chocolate syrup that was at the bottom of the cup. The Hershey pie was the only thing that was good. When I got home I tried to call the location and received no answer. I started sending e-mails on May 17th after I couldn't reach anyone in the store. I was told that someone from that location would be reaching out to me. May 19th still no one reached out so I sent another e-mail. I was told it would be 10 business days. June 2nd still no one reached out to me so I sent another e-mail and I was told someone would reach out to me as quickly as possible. June 15th I called the corporate number because I still have not heard anything about a resolution. I was told that they would be sending me an E-gift card to my e-mail. I called on June 17th and they offered me a $15 gift card when I spent $23.62. All I wanted was what I spent except for the Hershey Pie that was eaten and was the only thing that was correct. I don't even want anything for the constant e-mails and calls that I have had to make to fix this situation. I understand that this BK is in a tourist location and most of their customers are people that are visiting and they will never see again and maybe that's why they feel is okay for everything that happened, poor customer service, and hassle but I am a local and even though I will never go to this location I want my money back and customers to be able to get their receipt when they ask for it and associates not to be eating while they are taking care of me as a customer.

      I attempted to use my $20 Burger King **** card on June 17th and it would not register at the Burger King in ************, **. I called the number on the back of the card and the people there referred me to call this number: ************. They then referred me to this number, ************, and those people told me they do not deal with Burger King **** cards. Next, I googled complaints about Burger King **** cards and got this number: ************. I spoke to ***** and she said she had no authority to do anything other than take my email and have the digital team contact me. Well, it has been a day and no one has bothered to contact me. All numbers say they see that there is $20 on the card. They say I can go back and keep trying other registers or other Burger Kings. Why in the world do they think I have the time to go back and keep trying and hoping? Cant one person do their job and reissue me a card if the magnetic stripe on this one is bad? I have really had it with this. This was a **** from my mothers. I am telling her to quit buying your **** cards. I just cannot believe that it has taken me several calls over several days and no one can find a solution. I did not have this issue with Amazon when I received a bad card from them. They were easy to work with and did not make me waste my time.Please rectify this. I have included pictures of the card.

      I am Dashdoor delivery driver tried them said no don't have three spicy chicken sandwich and Fanta ***** They said out of shock. I think They lied me and like ignored at me I am dashdoor driver. I tried turn cancel at Dasher driver still won't cancel long time. I told them please you give me items to me driver to arrived them and photo them on the flood.I think King burger's employee are lazy won't work and ignored me. But the many people thru little busy.Dasher against me and Violations for me not arrived item to them.I got big trouble with DashDoor driver. King ********************** ************************************************************************** They gave items to me mistake went to arrived the customer and photo items on the floor.Thanks

      On 6/10/22 I was charged for an order I did not receive. I called and spoke to the supervisor **** who was rude, stated she was not going to refund my money and hung up on me. I called the corporate number and was advise someone would get back to me. No one ever called and my card was charged for an order I did not get.

      On Monday June 13th I went to Burger King on West Irlo ******* Memorial Hwy after 6 to purchase 2 Original Chicken Sandwiches, and fries only to find that they were closed inside. Even though by the front door it started that they were open in the lobby until 10PM. THIS IS AGAINST THERE HOURS OF OPERATION

      This is the second time I have ordered through the Burger **** mobile app and instead of taking out the total amount of the ****, they are round to whole numbers and taking out more than the authorized amount. The extra amount of the authorized amount is getting added to the ** crown reward balance. I am not authorizing Burger **** to do this and no other fast food apps do this. I think this is very sneaky and am wondering if the BBB could look in to this. If not, who can I contact about this?

      I went on the app with my location on and selected the Burger King ********** in ******, **. I placed the order, just to recieved an email that the order was sent to the wrong **********. I never was able to receive my order as this ********** was an hour away from the ********** I had selected. I was charger $13.96 for food that I couldn't get. I messaged Burger King and got no help.

      I was out of state and went to burger King #***** at ********************************************* on April 27 2022 at 9:22pm CST. When I ordered I was told by someone in the parking lot who worked there don't use the order screen drive right to the window. A gentleman came to the window and took my order. The order came to $38.65 when I returned to where we were staying about ************************************************************* with was not only Inaccurate but the fries were ice cold and soggy, and the mozzarella sticks and chicken fries were so old that they literally crumbled when my kids bit into them. We had a flight to take at 3am so I called the burger king to see if they could remake the food or refund me. Nobody answered. I called back again abt 20 mins later after throwing it out and someone answered the phone saying "dominos pizza" and told me it wasn't burger king then I called back and they said "this is dollar general" while laughing. I called again and I was livid! I asked for the manager I was told there's only an assistant manager there and she refused to talk to me and was laughing in the background. Then I asked for a refund. I was told I need to dig through my garbage to get all the food back if I wanted a refund. The gentleman also told me that they closed early and the assistant manager can't help with a refund anyways so I have to come tomorrow. I explained I'm not from here and had a flight to catch at 3am I was told too bad and there's nothing they can do. I asked for assistants name they refused to give to me. I called corporate and complained I was told the District managers name was ***. I called this location a day later and spoke to their manager a woman who said she would ensure *** called me. *** never called. I would like a refund that I am rightfully owed especially after the lies, disrespectful behavior from the staff, and the games they played on the phone. I kept a photo of my receipt transaction ID *****************************************
