Ordered 4 wheels at $1350 from this company. Received email from FedEx saying only 2 items were shipping. Contacted customer service who Assured me 4 wheels were shipped...nope!! Received 2 wheels of which one was damaged, customer service said they are working on it. After every call I receive a generic email which states your issue has been marked as DONE. What that means I don't know until I call them again. A month later I cancel order completely and am finally told the wheels are on backorder. Avoid this company at all costs! You'll pay all your money upfront and receive a partial order and then seem like a nuisance...never again.RealTruck

We do apologize for any inconvenience with your recent experience. The wheels that you ordered ship directly from the manufacturer. In cases such as this we rely fully on their shipping or service department to provide updates regarding any production or shipping delays which could lead to your order not arriving as expected. Your order was placed for the full set of four wheels however the manufacturer shipped what they had available while they awaited additional inventory to be produced and arrive. Unfortunately in this case they did inform us of delays contributing to an updated timeline of the end of November which was conveyed to you. We did review obtaining your specific items from another distributor however we were unable to do so. Per your request we show we have provided your prepaid label to pick up the items that were delivered and refund the cost of the items that were delayed. We always strive for a wonderful experience and are also disappointed when we are unable to resolve them in cases such as this. We continually work with our vendors and carriers to provide consistent delivery and transparency when delays occur and will continue to improve the overall communication process for all of our customers.Review fromEnrico S

My experience with this company was horrible. I ordered a product that was in stock at the time of order per their website. I received a 30 day delivery delay. After thirty days, I received another 30 day delay notice. I called to cancel the order. I ordered the same product from another company thinking my order was canceled as the agent stated it was cancelled. I received the product from the new company in two days!!!! Realtruck then delivered to me the same product after they stated they cancelled it. I called to return the product but they never sent me the RA as they promised to return the product. So I have paid twice and am stuck with a duplicate product that I cant use. I will never again use this company. Beware before you buy!!!RealTruck

Our records show we did receive your cancellation request however when we requested cancellation from the manufacturer they informed us that the item had already shipped and was out for delivery to you. We then requested your RA from them and are currently awaiting the authorization in order to provide your prepaid label. Bought Jeep seat covers and they didn't fit how they were described so I placed a return, the day they were delivered to mention. I called them and they told me that I maybe could return them it depended on another company even though I bought them through realtruck.com. Website says returns accepted 30 days from date of delivery. This was back in July 29 and today is September 10th. This is ridiculous, it's $325 they owe me. Shouldn't have to give an explanation to why I don't like my seat covers that I bought. They're junkRealTruck

I ordered a bug guard for my brand new truck late July starting a complaint in all the second because the part came damaged and now it's August 28th and the part still not here when they said they would take care of it no one has gotten back to me at all one of the worst places I've ever had to deal with and I'm still owed my money and my part whichever comes first I will never buy from this place again and yet no one has still help me by me placing this complaint I'm still waiting on whichever is first. Let's see what happens.RealTruck

Bought seat covers from them for my Tacoma, ******* brand. Claimed a 1 year warranty, yet 3 days after install I sat down with my wallet in my back pocket and it grabbed the cheap PVC leather fabric and tore it. This continues to happen and now I have 5 holes in my $400 seat covers in less than a month. Real truck has been no help whatsoever, despite this product clearly having a quality issue. Was going to order my lift, wheels, tires and bed cover from them for a total of $9000 in the next 3 months, but after this they will never see a dime of my money. Poor customer service, employees were rude about situation and refused to help me resolve. Went to ******* directly and they are sending me replacement seat cover and said that it is in fact clearly defective. Realtruck refused to do any leg work on warranty, or honor their 30 day money back promise they advertise all over their site. Horrible company, horrible customer service, 10/10 do NOT recommend. Thankful ******* stood by their product, despite real truck saying they received a response from ******* saying they wouldn't cover it (which I find hard to believe based on the fact that ******* immediately took care of me). Overall very unsatisfactory service from real truck.RealTruck

Warranty and defect issues are handled directly by the manufacturer and our records show we were working with them directly on your behalf in order to provide a resolution for you instead of transferring the issue over to them. It appears they offered several options that we conveyed however they were still not your liking so we once again reached out on and they communicated they were working directly with you at that point. I bought a set of headlights for my Chevy. The Arrived after a surgery I had so I didn't get the chance to put them on my truck right away. When I was physically able to put them on my truck they were junk. My factory head lights were brighter the led strips were dim and hard to see. When I tired to return them they refused the return because it was passed 30 days. I understand return Policies but My situation was a little different because I had to have surgery and could not put them on my truck. They are brand new defective product. And they won't do anything about it. I have also found the headlights cheaper on other websites. Extremely poor customer service.RealTruck

Order wheels and tires and only received lug nuts. Been three weeks and never can get a hold of anyone at Realtruck.com. I canceled order but again have not heard back from anyone. I financed through ****** and was over $4,000 Realtruck has no customer service. I just want the entire ordered canceled.RealTruck

We do show we sent an expected ship by date of 8/19 to your email on file but the manufacturer did expedite this expected lead time. I took a snap shot of the cancellation. To be honest I placed the order and the next day contacted the sales guy I placed the order with, I wanted to switch out the wheels and tires for something else and the sales guy said no problem and to contact him on Monday. I sent email after email to him and no response. To be honest all I want is s to replace the wheels with something else. I have been told not to refuse the order and that you guys will make it right. Ordered a bed cover on 6/13 and web site said it was in stock. My credit card was charged for the sale immediately. Reeceived an initial delivery estimate of 6/20-23. On 6/17 received a deliveyr update of 6/22-27. On 6/21 received a delivery update of 6/30-7/5. On 6/29 received a delivery update of 7/18-21. On 7/15 received a delivery update of 8/17-22. On 7/16 I submitted an online cancellation request. On 7/17 I made several phone calls to Realtruck customer service to verify that the online cancellation request had been received. Talked ot several people and was told that I would receive a confirmation of cancellation in a few business days. On 7/22 (almost a week later -- 5 business days later), I called again and talked to someone in the "cancellation department" who told me the cancellation request had not been submitted. This person promised to take care of it, but I have STILL not received anything from Realtruck confirming that my order was cancelled. Realtruck was VERY quick to take my money, but keeps delaying delivery of the product I ordered. Nothing delivered, no responses to my cancellation request, no refund. As of today, the Realtruck website says delivery of the product I ordered will be 8/1-8/4 -- two weeks sooner than what they are currently telling me. This is probably the worst experience with an online retailer I have ever had.RealTruck

We do apologize for your experience. We show that at the time of order the item was expected to ship from the manufacturer and deliver between 6/20-6/23 as it was not in stock. Based on supply chain issues we have seen additional unforeseen delays across the industry. We did receive your cancellation request which was submitted to the vendor on the date it was submitted. I ordered a brush gaurd April 6th it's now July 21st they sent me the wrong one they said they would send out the right one and didnt with no set date I called emailed it stinks it was ordered with a prepaid card so I don't have the card anymore to get a refund I would never do business with these people again they said its on paper at the warehouse to be picked buy no one is there now so she can't give me a date never ever buy from these people going on 4 months with a purchase over 500 dollars don't buy from themRealTruck

Unfortunately it appears they are still having supply chain issues. If you no longer wish to wait for this specific item please let us know by replying to your open case with our support team and they will be able to discuss options. As far as having a prepaid card and needing a refund if you do choose to go that route the prepaid company will be able to assist you with retrieving the funds once we send it back to your original form of payment. The company is really bad on ship, it's taking them about 5 days, and I have not received a tracking number, because they have not even shipped my order, its really frustrating and was expecting on time! Look for other options if your thinking of buying from this company 👎
