      I had a partial order that was cancelled and part was returned. Going through customer service was ridiculous and very frustrating. I received part of the order satisfactorily. Was waiting almost 2 weeks for my refund with several attempts to find out the status ,to no avail. I just received an email saying that it is resolved. But I was only credited for 1/3 of what it should be. I have no idea how they came up with the amount they credited me.

      Order *******. Cancelled my order 2 weeks ago because it took to long to ship. I still have not got my refund after 2 weeks. Representative said they are waiting for the warehouse to cancel the pending order.

      Real Truck and was disappointed from the start. The first ******** service representative stopped returning my calls when I was ready to buy, which should have been a red flag. I was finally able to order (at a higher cost than was quoted by the first representative). The products arrived unmounted, which was not what I expected and wasnt mentioned to me by the ******** service representative. Also, the wrong size lug nuts were sent with the order. They were also mismatched colors. I ordered the correct lug nuts at an additional cost to me.After contacting ******** service, the representative I spoke with stopped returning my calls, which forced me to escalate the issue to management. Management did acknowledge the mistake, said it was a good coaching opportunity for his staff and promised to reimburse me for the cost of mounting the tires, which I had to do out of pocket due to their error. The lug nut issue was found when the tires were being installed on the vehicle, causing us to have to reschedule the installation until we could obtain the correct ones. I submitted my receipt weeks ago, and since then, Ive heard nothing. Despite multiple follow-up calls, I have received no response or reimbursement as promised.This has been a frustrating experience, and Im disappointed in the lack of accountability and communication from Real Truck. At this point, Im just looking for them to honor their word and reimburse the cost of the mounting.

      We apologize for any confusion regarding your original order and that it was not clearly explained that mount and balance for wheel and tire packages is not available for website orders but only through sales **** in order to verify the fitment of the package. Due to this we do see management approved your reimbursement which was processed back to your original form of payment last week.

      This is truly the worst experience Ive had with an order. I placed an order on May 14, was told I would receive tonneau cover within 10days as it typically ships 3-5 days. Well, after numerous calls, which go to random numbers that change in real time, and texts and getting different information from everyone I spoke to, today is May 31, and the order is still pending. The problem with this company is they outright lie, advertise false lead times on their website, customer service is practically non existent, they put everyone to shipping only to give them an explanation thats untrue and they change their tune every time you are able to speak to someone. Blatantly they provide untrue deliver and shipping dates. They own about 9 different companies and just acquired *** in Dec. They may sell good products and may have good service at times, but the blatantly bad service and lies without accountability is unacceptable. They should be held accountable! You cant just lie to get an order and not stand behind lead times! Someone needs to step in or better yet, companies like RealTruck are why class action lawsuits happen. They cant keep getting away with this! Review after review, negative! Wish I knew this sooner. I spoke to a place in ** who can get the same cover delivered in 3-4 days from order placement. Ill be trying to cancel my order Monday along with contacting my Bank.

BAK has been a RealTruck/****************** for many years and at this they time they are experiencing higher than usual lead times on items not currently in stock in our warehouse that ship directly from the factory floor. Per our records we did receive your cancellation request and have processed your refund back to your original form of payment.

      You should be honest from time of order placement and if you are unable to maintain the original timeframe promised, the customer should be contacted and offered an option to wait or receive immediate refund. The customer shouldnt have to chase down a product they paid for.. The customer shouldnt have to waste hours on the phone only to be told a different story than what was told to them at time of order placement. Your phone lines announce false wait times, I went from a 2 minute wait time to over an hour. Unacceptable. Everything about this was unacceptable. Consumers need to start recording on their end to protect themselves from companies like RealTruck. You may be a great company to many consumers but to the many consumers who have gone through this with RealTruck, I hope you will make some real changes to avoid these situations for the consumers sake.

We show that they issued your RMA within 5 business days and that your return/exchange is currently in process. As soon as your replacement order is submitted you will receive a confirmation via email for your records.

      ********, typical sales based organization. They will hold your hand to sell you anything, even if its the wrong product and then disappear when its time for a return or refund. The phone number doesnt work and they use a chat bot that is so problematic that i dont know where to start to list my complaints. Oh, and the products arrived scuffed and dirty and damaged. Stay FAR away for this s***** company.

We are currently experiencing higher than normal call volume but do offer a callback option should that be feasible. We do show multiple support requests for return / refund that are being supported by agents. Once your refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email for your records.

      I ordered and paid for an $800 Armordillo brush/deer guard for my 2020 **** F250 in March. In late April I called to enquire where it was. I was a little bit irritated because sure enough--I hit a deer. Fortunately it didnt do much damage and after our collision it got up and ran off. I couldnt get a hold of a real human ay Real Truck, but the chat bot told me they would get right on it. It came yesterday May 28th. The necessary installation parts were a mess with some the wrong size and some missing. The instructions may as well been printed in Russian or Greek. What a total s***** experience. I worked on it 12 hours today and its still not done. I won't be doing business with Real Truck or Armorodilla ever again.

      Purchased a ****** Tent Link. The item is defective and leaks. They sent me a denial of return because we installed it. How the heck would we know it was defective if it wasnt installed.

      I originally ordered a particular make of running boards from a different supplier and got the "runaround" and no delivery! After 4 weeks, I cancelled the order and called "REAL TRUCK", who working in conjunction with N-FAB, actually make the model of running boards I wanted. I spoke with "**** *." in customer service who works out of *****, *******. **** was extremely helpful and informed me that the product I wanted was "unavailable" and "not in stock", plus the company had no plans in the future to make more, as they were "phasing out" that model. **** went further to search what inventory he might see available at various retailers in the country and actually found 3 sets at two separate dealers. **** offered to order me a set of those running boards through that retailer, which included a sale price and free shipping! Once he placed the order for me (late on a Saturday) the running boards were delivered the following Wednesday! I could not be more pleased with my purchase, but more important is the service I received from Real Truck, and especially customer service represetative; **** G, who I believe went "Above and Beyond"! Keep up the GREAT work and I will continue to recommend your company and products!

      When you order something that says its available once you pay for it they dont have it. Everything is Bot. I believe they are just being middleman and dont have nothing on their shelves or if they even have a shelf and when you call you get this were experiencing high call volume. I would not recommend using this company. I thought I would give them the chance instead of buying everything from ******. But the bottom line is its gonna be cheaper and you will get it from ****** and then they charged a nominal fee for something that you didnt order for protection plan. I dont know who its protected but a **** sure aint me. I will be calling my credit card company for a refund. I know whats gonna happen. I tried to cancel it on the website. But it does not want knowledge that either.Its gonna show up on my doorstep weeks from now and then Ill have to try to fight to send it back. Of course theres no place to put a review on their website or to read the ones that were there. My advice stay the h*** away. They got one star because I cant give it zero

In cases where they do not ship this is possibly due to the item being damaged when pulled from a shelf for shipping or an inventory discrepancy.
