      Terrible customer service as others have alluded too. ***** do not buy anything from this company. I ordered a cover. They sent the wrong one. Now it is my responsibility to return the item. They will not send me the correct cover until they receive the return. I also have no received a return slip. Essentially just took my money.

      I ordered parts 3-17-2025 a week later I called *** told parts were on order it would take a month to get some of the parts asked to ship part of order was no then I seen took my money . after a month I called and was told it take another month for parts.I will never order parts here again canceled order.

      This place will tell you everything to get you to buy. Once they receive your money they are zero help and all the lies you were sold during the sale come out. Don't be fooled like myself and many others. Do yourself a solid and order from another vendor. We should keep businesses like this open. We all work to hard for our money to hand it over to scam artists like realtruck.com

      After 2 weeks of holding payment they had no shipping or confirmation sent and after talking to an agent one day I was ignored and the next day they finally realized the item was out of stock and said my money would be refunded within 10 days. Worst site ever shouldnt be allowed to sell anything

      Thank you for the feedback. As this item ships directly from the manufacturer we are reliant on them keeping us informed of delivery status or stocking levels. In this instance they let us know on April 30th that the item was currently out of stock with no timeline for replenishment and your order was refunded within 48 hours. We apologize we were unable to complete your order as anticipated.

      This is my ****************** and its annoying real truck has time to reply to every review but cant reply when you ask for shipping confirmation. For reference my order was placed April 18th, and was not informed of any manufacturer shipping until my second day calling customer service on April 30th. And since that was a Friday the refund was not issued until Monday which would be ************************ buy from someone else RealTruck is bad business

      Ordered three items on two different orders. The first order took several weeks to receive the item and Real Truck is still showing the item as Pending Fulfillment, when I have received and installed the item. One item in the second order was shipped immediately. The second item on the second order is still showing pending fulfillment and I canceled. I wonder how long they will take to refund the purchase price. I will not use them again. I have contacted them several times on this item and still waiting on a status from the last call on this item.

We appreciate you bringing to our attention the items you have received that are not marked accordingly online. in instances where we do not ship products directly to you but rather a 3rd party does we rely on the shipping updates from them.       Bought a tonneau cover that was their brand and paid to have it installed by one of their "installers". The cover is already broken and having issues and no one will get back to me. For an item that costs nearly $1000 this is unacceptable.

      Worst Company ever, ordered a truck bed cover my CC was charged but 14 days later I still don't have it 2 calls and still no one has given me a answer.I was told twice someone would call me. legit company's don't charge your card until shipped. Im out over $1000 dollars and no solution.

      Thats because I ordered under my ****** email. I have since called and told them to cancel the order since nothing had been done on the company end to get me my products as of yesterday. I was told they were having warehouse issues. I have also contacted ****** to look into the matter and ensure a refund. Lots of similar experiences from other customers shared online about your company. Yall know you have a problem but dont seem to want to fix it or do right by customers

      Super frustrated. Its easy to talk to a sales person and order/pay for a product but returns and customer service support is the worst Ive ever dealt with. You absolutely cannot speak to a person, even when they say theyll have someone call, and because they use outside manufacturing, it just seems impossible. I purchased new headlights for safety reasons as mine are terrible and its tough to see at night. I am a single mom of two and NEED my $300+ back.
