      Ordered a bed cover on 6/13 and web site said it was in stock. My credit card was charged for the sale immediately. Reeceived an initial delivery estimate of 6/20-23. On 6/17 received a deliveyr update of 6/22-27. On 6/21 received a delivery update of 6/30-7/5. On 6/29 received a delivery update of 7/18-21. On 7/15 received a delivery update of 8/17-22. On 7/16 I submitted an online cancellation request. On 7/17 I made several phone calls to Realtruck customer service to verify that the online cancellation request had been received. Talked ot several people and was told that I would receive a confirmation of cancellation in a few business days. On 7/22 (almost a week later -- 5 business days later), I called again and talked to someone in the "cancellation department" who told me the cancellation request had not been submitted. This person promised to take care of it, but I have STILL not received anything from Realtruck confirming that my order was cancelled. Realtruck was VERY quick to take my money, but keeps delaying delivery of the product I ordered. Nothing delivered, no responses to my cancellation request, no refund. As of today, the Realtruck website says delivery of the product I ordered will be 8/1-8/4 -- two weeks sooner than what they are currently telling me. This is probably the worst experience with an online retailer I have ever had.

      We do apologize for your experience. We show that at the time of order the item was expected to ship from the manufacturer and deliver between 6/20-6/23 as it was not in stock. Based on supply chain issues we have seen additional unforeseen delays across the industry. We did receive your cancellation request which was submitted to the vendor on the date it was submitted. Our records show they confirmed the cancellation and you have already been refunded in full. We apologize we were unable to have you order fulfilled within the original expected timeline and continue to work with our vendors to provide clear expectations as to when deliveries should occur.

      I ordered a brush gaurd April 6th it's now July 21st they sent me the wrong one they said they would send out the right one and didnt with no set date I called emailed it stinks it was ordered with a prepaid card so I don't have the card anymore to get a refund I would never do business with these people again they said its on paper at the warehouse to be picked buy no one is there now so she can't give me a date never ever buy from these people going on 4 months with a purchase over 500 dollars don't buy from them

Unfortunately it appears they are still having supply chain issues. If you no longer wish to wait for this specific item please let us know by replying to your open case with our support team and they will be able to discuss options. As far as having a prepaid card and needing a refund if you do choose to go that route the prepaid company will be able to assist you with retrieving the funds once we send it back to your original form of payment. Our hope is that the manufacturer of the item you want will be able to supply it shortly or we may be able to find a comparable alternative.

      The company is really bad on ship, it's taking them about 5 days, and I have not received a tracking number, because they have not even shipped my order, its really frustrating and was expecting on time! Look for other options if your thinking of buying from this company 👎

      I purchased running boards from RealTruck about a month ago and this is the experience I've had since. I received the running boards in the typical amount of time you would expect with how shipping is right now so no complaints there. What happened after this is when it gets extremely frustrating. On review of the outside packaging, it looked as if this box had been tossed around in the back of the delivery vehicle on its way here. When I unboxed, several metal parts were out of the packaging and or wrapped in open plastic as these metal parts could freely hit each other and it was evident that this had happened as the brackets had multiple chips/scratches on them exposing bare metal which doesn't work in Wisconsin thanks to our winters. Once I started examining the running boards themselves, I noticed first off, the Styrofoam packaging had multiple holes in it allowing the running boards to shift freely and or hit the ends of the boxes which had holes in them. The black running boards had a dent in the one end and multiple scratches throughout. I was still considering keeping them just to avoid wasting my time in trying to return these. I read the instructions and began laying out the brackets exactly as it was shown in the pictures/verbiage on how to install these running boards. Some of the screws/nuts/washers seemed to maybe have been used before? Was hard to tell but I was able to make it work. After I had loosely assembled all the parts per the instructions, I began putting the brackets on the vehicle to make sure they all fit and lined up with the mounts on the vehicle properly. They did not, the driver side bracket is the only one incorrect the rest fit perfectly. So, I figured they sent me the wrong bracket. I tried calling customer support and was unable to reach anyone. I have not been called back and I also tried the automated online messaging system which was no help. So, I had to waste my time disassembling all the parts and placing them back in the pa

      This company sucks, after 8 days still not shipped so i cancelled the order and now 8 more days still no cancelation confirmed. im worried abought buying from another place because if i do they mite eventially ship the parts anyway then i'll be paying for parts i allready have. i really need the parts to get my truck up again so this company is really causeing a great big problem to me you have been warned, DO NOT buy from this seller REALTRUCK.COM

      Real truck is a ripp off company. I purchased a swing box tool box from them and tried to install it with the junk install hardware and the self tapping screws they insisted I use twisted off in the side wall of my pickup bed and now I have to hire a custom shop to remove them and reinstall the mounting bracket correctly. I called multiple times to try and remedy problem but to no avail ...they got there money and now they no longer care. This company is a joke ! Buyer's beware.

      BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

      I ordered a bed cover for my 2018 Nissan Titan on June 21, 2022 The box arrived open. There was no return information inside or receipt for the purchase. I needed to return the item because it was the wrong size. I sent them an email stating that i needed to start the return process.. My case was assigned to a representative. I received a return label one week later on June 23, 2022 after repeatedly asking for one to be sent.. ***** picked up the package on June 25, 2022 to return it back to Real Trucks.. As of yet,
      I have not gotten a conformation that the package was received.. On July 2, 2022 I sent another email to check on the refund status.. I'm still waiting for response.. There is no live person to speak with to retify the issue. Their refund policy states, "once an item is returned a refund will be granted". I just want my money back so that I can move forward.
