    On July 30th, 2024, I signed up with Apex Media Solutions. I was told that the individual who was handling my account, would help boost my ****** Buisness profile, so I would receive more contacts from potential clients. During follow-up calls each month, the representative had nothing but excuses and finger pointing back at me regarding why I hadn't received a single email, phone call, or text from any potential ********** the contract I signed in July, I was given an email address which I could contact if I wanted to cancel the services provided by Apex Media Solutions. Beginning Friday, October 25th to today, I have sent two emails and several calls to customer service, attempting to cancel the contract. There has been no response to the emails, and each customer service representative has told me that someone would be in touch with me within ***** hours. Yet, no one has called. I'm not asking for a refund, even though I deserve it due to poor performance on their end. All I want is to cancel the contract, but after 4 business days, there was been no response on their end.If I am charged again, I've already spoken to my credit card company, and we are ready to dispute any further charges from ****. If it is still not resolved, I will be taking legal action against the company for breach of contract.

    I hired Apex media solutions to build my online ranking and to build my ****** business page reviews from my previous client listing. I was told by my account manager ******* that there would be a landing page created for my former clients to collect reviews. . I gave them a full month to use my client listing( of 100 past clients contact info) to reach out to clients and nothing has occurred. My ranking has only improved by my own doing and not by Apex media solutions, since I have actively been collecting reviews from my own clients. I am constantly hassled by Apex media solutions sales *** to purchase voice registration, which I have already done months ago. It seems that Apex media solutions register you online and then does nothing more to build your business. Their *** ******* continues to try to sell me on more services, but the current services I've purchased are not doing anything to build my business ranking online. When I asked the ***resentative, *******, the blame is shifted to my lack of effort rather than Apex media solutions promised results. I'm beginning too realize ive been scammed. I didn't ****** the reviews until now, but I wish I had done my homework before paying Apex Media Solutions.

In the complaint Mr. ****** requested a refund of all charges made within the company. I was able to relay that we can definitely consult with billing about compensation if necessary and aim to turn this complaint around but we are unable to issue a full refund. Mr. ****** was very receptive to our suggestions and giving us another chance. I am grateful we have the opportunity to rectify this.     I WAS CONTACTED BY APEX MEDIA SOLUTIONS VIA A COLD CALL DURING WORKING HOURS. I INFORMED THE REPRESENTATIVE I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN THEIR SERVICE AS I WAS ALREADY IN A CONTRACT WITH ANOTHER PROVIDER FOR THREE YEARS. THIS COMPANY KNOWS HOW TO TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES FOR PRESSURE SALES, REFUSING TO ACCEPT NO AS AN ANSWER. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD COST $150 TO COMPILE ALL THE **** TO PRESENT TO ME AND THEN I CAN MAKE A DECISION IF I WANT TO SWITCH COMPANIES. I RELUCTANTLY PAID THE *** AND SCHEDULED THE CALL, WHICH I ATTEMPTED TO CANCEL SEVERAL TIMES PRIOR TO NO AVAIL. THE COMPANY KNOWS HOW TO NOT MAKE THEMSELVES AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR THESE EVENTS. I NOTIFIED THE COMPANY BY WAY OF EMAIL SEVERAL TIMES, WHICH THEY FOLLOWED UP BY PHONE CALL. WHEN I EXPLAINED I DID NOT NEED THE SERVICE AND SIMPLY WANT TO CANCEL, THE REPRESENTATIVE BECAME RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL BY SPEAKING OVER ME AND BASICALLY MAKING FUN OF ME FOR ATTEMPTING TO CANCEL WITH CONTINUED PRESSURE TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THE ONBOARDING PROCESS. I DECLINED YET AGAIN AND EXPLAINED I SIMPLY WANT EVERYTHING CANCELLED AND TO CEASE. I WAS HUNG UP ON AND THE COMPANY CONTINUED BILLING ME! THEY DOUBLE BILLED ME FOR THREE MONTHS EVEN WHEN I NOTIFIED IIN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE! NOW, THEY REFUSE TO REPLY TO ANY EMAIL AND THE ESCALATED SUPPORT STAFF FOLLOWED THE SAME BEHAVIOR AS AFOREMENTIONED! I AM DISPUTING THIS WITH MY BANK, BUT THE COMPANY REFUSES TO RESPOND.     I received a call from apex media solutions. After hearing their pitch and the price I agreed to use their services. He told me for $299.99 I could get profiles that show up when voice searched as well as monthly calls to go over my key words to help rank me higher. I agreed and was told Id receive a call the next day to go over my profile. Needless to say I did not receive a call, and now they refuse to answer any of my calls or voicemails. They ran off with my $299.99. ITS A SCAM

    This company contacted me back in August and said they would do certain things for voice search I paid a fee and then a monthly fee and nothing has been done i've been trying to get in touch with these people for weeks with no return call or email except on two occasions to which I followed their instructions and was never contacted again. I'm trying to cancel this and get my money back because they have not done what they said they were going to do.

    The company is a scam. On July 30th, I paid $149.99, I was told I would be advertised on several voice search platforms. I had an appointment with ******. I was also told I would be given access to my account and be able to review how things are going. ****** tried to sell me some additional optimizations for $499 monthly then he got it down to $299 monthly. I was told this pricing was for today only and it would not be offered again. I declined because this was a new service for me, and I wanted to see if the monthly fee of $19.99 would bring at least one call. After the decline, I was never given access to my account and my business was not put on any of these platforms. I tried calling but was directed to email them. I sent emails but received no response. They are taking money to start up and a monthly fee but not providing the service that was and is being paid for.

    I am rejecting this response because: I tried returning their call on several occasions. I got a voice message and left a message asking for a return call. No matter what time I called I always got the voice message. Some of my call times were November 6 @ 4:15pm, November 8th @ 11am and November 13th @ 3:08pm. I tried at different times to see if I could get in touch with someone. It is impossible to speak with someone at this place.

    Date of transaction was 10/1/2024 I have already called countless of times and there has been no answer or a call back.They promised to have my business on a voice optimization program, where my business would come out on *********** etc.. My business has not shown up on any of the apps they said it would be on. I'm starting to think this was a scam. I also called another one of their numbers and this lady answered and when I told her I was calling Apex Media Solutions she said it was nun of my business laughed and hung up.

    Apex Media intentionally defrauded me about being able to have have their services for the life of my business, after paying $250 for an entire year. $250 is extremely expensive for SEO but since they promised it will last the term of my business, I agreed. Speaking to them 1 week before my year is up their representative informed me that I need the agreement THEY PROMISED ME IN WRITING. I was floored. They charged me well over $2,000 and now will not honor their initial agreement. I feel defrauded in the worst way.

    I have tried to cancel my account on several different date and times through email and phone calls. I was not able to get a hold of anyone at all. When I did finally get ahold of a representative they gave me the run around until i asked to speak to a manager, once he was on the line he ensured me that they would replace the money they removed from my account and that this account would be canceled. They have sense still taken money out of my account and they are continuing to ignore my voicemails and emails and have still taken money out of my account.

    Apex Media Solutions relentlessly for quite sometime regarding listing my business on ****** voice and other platforms. I was finally coerced into paying a signup fee of $219.98 and was told that I would be paying $25.99 per month afterwards. I was made to believe that all I had to do next was to meet with Apex via zoom for them to set up my business profiles. During that meeting, they proceeded to demonstrate that what I was paying for would be useless without paying another fee to create a business profile amongst 72 other platforms. They then wanted to have me pay ****** a month for a year in order to manage those profiles. So when I told ******* ******** (Employee) that I no longer was interested and that I wanted a refund due to the fact that they sold me something that she considered useless, and she proceeded to make fun of me for not wanting to spend the ****** a month. So then she asked her manager for a deal supposedly and took the monthly fee down to ****** a month after being sold a service that I was told would be $25.99 a month. So I asked to be transferred to a manager for a refund and she said that no one was gping to give me my money back. I have called several times and keep getting hung up on. Please help me get my refund back. I have a child with special needs that requires everything I make to stay afloat. This company preys on small businesses and individuals.
