I ordered a package from **** on March 9th 2025. It was marked as delivered on March 11 2025. When I looked at the tracking it led me to Sonic Transportation as the courier. I have no package and cannot get a hold of anyone from Sonic Transportation. I look at their ****** reviews and its the same story. All **** packages that were all delivered at 7:00pm and signed with the same initials. But no one is getting their packages. Someone needs to put a stop to this.Initial Complaint

I was supposed to receive several packages from **** and they often use this company not knowing they have been stealing packages from this specific store for months I dont know if an employee is doing this but ****** is filled with people complaining to have an online store but a random person signing the packages **** most lost or missing packages has same delivery proof fake signature this cannot be casually I read reviews for at least ***************************************************************** this company under their eyesInitial Complaint

I have purchased clothing from **** for my son and Friday January 3, 2025, it said it was out for delivery and was marked as delivered at 7pm. I have cameras all over my house and I work from home so I never had anyone attempt to knock on my door at all. It says it was signed by **** and I have no idea who this person is. My neighbors had never received anything either. The tracking information is ZAR287184615. The delivery location seems to be far from my address as I saw on their gps and they marked it as my address which is entirely inaccurate. I will be seeking criminal charges against the driver if this package is not delivered immediately. I am not afraid to drive to your location. This is grand larceny because of the amount of money I paid for items. I called the ***** number for new users and they stated that this number does not belong to sonic ********************************************** This is beyond ridiculous and frustrating. Now the items I purchased are out of stock and **** is also doing their investigation. ***** that this company is still in business with as many stealing complains as they have for never delivering **** packages.Initial Complaint

On December 25th 2024, we bought clothes from **** to be delivered through Sonic Courier Inc. At *** today December 30th 2024, the package was said to be delivered but was not. When I tried calling the customer service number, it leads to nowhere. I tried also calling the other number provided and A girl answered having never heard of Sonic Courier. There have been a few times that this company has been used for shipments of mine and they never deliver the product. You have to always get a refund from the company you buy from or have them send it using a different courier. The number for this company is ************** but it seems like this is not a legitimate number.Initial Complaint

Package was supposed to be delivered yesterday and was never received. The tracking is marked as delivered; however, I have cameras and it was NOT placed at my front doorstep. This happens a lot with this company and Im sick of them and the incompetence. I paid a lot of money for my package the continuous carelessness from the drivers are inexcusable. I purchased an item on ******** and received an email with tracking link. The link states Sonic ********************************* was the package courier. I checked the link which stated a delivery attempt was made but I was home all day. I called Sonic and was placed on hold for well over 20 minutes, until I finally got someone on the phone. I asked how an attempt was made to deliver since I was home. I asked them to add my cell phone number to the delivery and they said it would be added to driver notes. Well I check the tracking link again and I see another delivery attempt was made.. no package, no call and was home again all day. Call Sonic back yet again and expressed my concern over the delivery attempts as Ive been home. They promised me delivery the next day. My package has been out for delivery today 10/8 since 10AM and its 9:51PM and it still says out for delivery. I realize Im not dealing with an honest shipping company. I have contacted the retailer/**** and expressed my concern and made a complaint. Sonic is deceitful and dishonest. Im not sure Ill ever get my package as I read multiple reviews with the same issues and concerns. They should not be allowed to do business.Initial Complaint

I have been on hold for 35 minutes to speak to anyone customer service at ************. My order ZAR278430959 states that it was delivered, yet never was. There is no proof of delivery. I have 2 cameras surrounding the front and side of house and there was no delivery by them at all on the proposed date. We also have a gate that they would have required entry for, which I was never notified. This company stole my package that I paid for, and doesnt respond on the phone. Considering escalating this legally as this is stolen paid goods.
