      his complaint is for two companies in conjunction with each other. ****** clothing brand uses a shipping company Sonic *********************************************** to process deliveries. Please see all the reviews from different customers for their company that have also had this similar problem and most have had no resolution. The situation is getting out of hand, the complaints for this shipping company are piling up and **** gives the customer the run-around. refusing to believe that packages are not delivered simply because the courier company has falsely updated the system to delivered. original order date - 06/26/24. The amount ******. 06/28/24- The status was updated to out for delivery. I contacted **** on 06/29/24 to advise the package was not received and I would like a refund. They advised to wait until the complete shipping time frame. later (the same day, Saturday 6/29/24), the status was updated to delivered. I still do not have the package and the company per their website is not open on Sat/Sun. There are many complaints on this courier company Sonic ***********************************************, Many have shared reviews on the company sire that they have lost their money because the products were never delivered. The Company is in conjunction with ***** **** uses this company for shipping and many customers have lost their money because of the false information they put in the system.I have attached documentation that shows delivered and then was updated to out for delivery right after, on the same date.Again, I do not have my product. I have reached out to **** for a full refund. But both companies must be reported. Customers should know about this. Again. please see reviews for this logistic company on their website. This has to stop!

      I have now been trying to resolve this with the carried, who marked two different orders of $250 each from ****. **** has marked items as received from Sonic, but Sonic states that the items have not been received by ****, even though, as you can see here, both items have been marked as received.**** kept telling me to check and see if the package was delivered somewhere else, and Sonic told me that the package had not been received on their end. It seems like no one wants to take the blame for this, and all **** says is that they are investigating and Sonic is not helpful. At this point, I have two packages lost at $250 each that no one seems to be able to locate. All I need is the package delivered or them to let **** know they don't have the package so **** can ship another way

      THE OTHER PACKAGE HAS NOT BEEN DELVIERED.

      IT HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY SONIC. THE DRIVER CLOSED THIS ORDER AS DELIVERED IN ERROR. ONCE WE LOCATE, WE WILL DELIVER ASAP.

      Unfortunately, this package must have been misdelivered. We have reviewed with the driver and they do not remember what they did or where the package may have been dropped off.

      I am trying to find my package. I ordered a package from Temu and I completely understand where these items are coming from and that it will take a little while. At this time it has been over 2 weeks. I attempted to call the company on Friday 11/17 to ask about the package as the website has no information. I was told the package is in the state of FL and that drivers were working thru the weekend and I should have it by the end of the week. The weekend came and no package. I called again this morning 11/20. After a 30 minute hold, someone came on the line and was just about the rudest person. She did not want to speak to me the moment she answered the phone. Told me packages don't have GPS. She has no idea where the package is. Its coming from *****. Its not like Amazon. Just wait. Stop calling everyday (1 only called once). She was tired of being talked to and kept going on before she just stopped talking. IT was absolutely ridiculous especially after the hold prompt says how superior their customer service is. I just want to know if I have any change of getting this package at all. Does anyone know where it is? This is all I want to know. I am getting conflicting information at this point. One of the items I ordered is now discontinued to so if this is package is lost forever I wont even be able to reorder. I just need information.

      I ordered from ******************* They used this service to deliver my packages to me. I called the day that everything was supposed to be delivered because they never sent me a tracking number. I finally got one a few hours after calling, and was told that everything was going to be delivered on September 5, 2023. This is not my first time dealing with this company. They have been known to steal packages and say that they are delivered when they are not. This is one of those times. They put that my package was delivered and it was never delivered. The management of my apartment complex was nice enough to look over all the cameras to my apartment to the mail room and to the gate and nobody from the service ever came in yet they **** my package is delivered. I still have another package outstanding with a noooo update. This is over $500 worth of Product that I am waiting to be delivered and is not being delivered. I work from home so I am home all day so they cannot say that nobody was here for a signature. I am sick and tired of them using this service and it not getting to me and me losing out on my money. I am very serious when I say I want my packages delivered within the next 48 hours. I have filed with the attorney generals office and I am sick of them doing this to me time and time again. This is the sixth package that has gone missing from this delivery service. I want my packages as soon as possible. This stress is affecting my health and I will *** the s*** out of that place.

      I am extremely confused from this compliant.

      We have delivered to this person ONE TIME previously NOT SIX times as the complaint falsely indicates.

      The first delivery was in June and ****************** confirmed receipt of that delivery. We had 2 shipments out for delivery for ****************** today. 9/6/2023 which was also confirmed delivered correctly. 

      Everything else within the compliant is totally false, fabricated delusions. I total all 3 shipments were all delivered to the correct address, to the correct person, on time.

      I received a text message form this company on Thursday 6/22 stating that my package was in *****. I then received a message on Monday stating my package was delivered. This package requires a signature and wasn't delivered. After 48 hours of me calling and e-mailing I get told they never received my package. I find this hard to believe as they scanned it in to their own center.I want my package delivered promptly. I have attached the text messages I received as reference.

      The package was received . An attempt to deliver was made but the driver reported he needed a gate code to access the community. By the time we received the gate code the package could not be located. An insurance claim has being processed for this package.

They didnt even know there was a gate code until I told them there was one for a delivery I was promised next day.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      My claim was processed with my original company. However this company never even made an attempt to deliver - then lost my package. This is a common occurrence with them. When I received a final call back I was told they never received it so which is it, you received and attempted delivery, or you never did. They can't get their story straight. I know they received it - then their driver either took it for themselves, or delivered it to the wrong address without the required signature and/or took a picture.

      The original company is one I will be ordering from frequently and what's to say their driver won't steal or misdeliver my package again?

      I ordered products from this vape company called eightvape, and they were to be delivered by this company whom Im filing the complain against. THe day of deliver, the driver called my cell phone to double check he had the right address to drop off, which was a post office since I have a PO box. I thought he would've been responsible enough to give to receptionist but it never got to them, since I talked with the post master general in there about it. THe driver also signed my name for me which I attached in photo. THe eight vape company told me they aren't responssible and that its the delivery company fault, so they wouldn't refund me. I contacted the carrier by email twice with no reply and their phone number doens't work. I went on trustpilot about both companies and it seems like many people have a problem with not getting this stuff delivered. Makes me think the driver stole my package, but who knows. Im out of $80 now. Please help get me refund. I attached pictures of the order and the signature which I received by email which the driver signed.

      Our payroll company, ADP, uses them for delivering payroll. This is now the second time in less than 6 months that they have failed to deliver our paychecks on time. This time, the driver claimed that an attempt was made at 10:34 but the office was closed even though our office was fully-staffed and open since 8:30. The time before, they claimed they were running behind and attempted to deliver our payroll at almost 9:00 at night which, of course, we were not open at that time.

All our drivers take photos for their deliveries. On 2/24/22 at 10:25am our driver took the photo attached that shows the entrance to your suite with a note stating the office is closed. Perhaps this is an old note? and your office was open? Nonetheless the driver was there and attempted to complete this delivery at that time. A redelivery was completed later in the day as far as I understand. Again, we apologize for the misunderstanding and thank you for your patience. The attached image very clearly states we were closed on Monday February 21 for President's Day and reopened the following day at 9am. Additionally, the lights are very clearly turned on inside the office. The other sign, not pictured, states to call our office if the door is locked. Your driver made no such attempt. After many arguments the delivery was rescheduled and delivered outside of office hours around 5:40p. Our payroll company has terminated this company as our payroll delivery service effective immediately.

      My packages from Tavour had been picked up by Edmundo from the courier company, Sonic, from the Old Dominion Freight Line. It had arrived at 4:59 AM on September 22nd, and had been picked up at 2:00PM. When I emailed the customer service supervisor (Yenni) to ask what are the statuses of my packages, she told me that although Edmundo did sign for the pallet that had my Tavour order inside it ($251.81 worth of beer), that they do not have my order, and that it had never arrived. Basically, she attempted to imply that Tavour had sent me an empty package with no box or anything, as if the Old Dominion Freight Line had magically weighed 3 boxes of beer, put in their weight, and shipped it, without ever having had any packages to begin with. When I called Sonic to speak with a rep, the rep who answered told me that they had in fact received my packages yesterday, and that they were actually sitting within their warehouse, and that it's still waiting on being sorted and scanned.

We received her shipment on 9/23 not on 9/22 as incorrectly stated and was subsequently delivered the next day at 1:45pm. Nonetheless there are no guarantees for time in transit.
